Submission of proposals 提交项目建议

Project proposals should be submitted online via the applicants' affiliated S&T administrations / recommending entities, i.e. the S&T Departments (Commissions, Bureaus) of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities or cities with independent planning status where the applicants are located, or the competent departments or bureaus of the ministries of the State Council to which the applicants are affiliated.
