SCI & SSCI是美國科學資訊研究所(ISI)编辑出版的引文索引資料庫，創于 1964 年 .www.isinet.com/journals/index.html

寫 SCI,SSCI 論文的重要性研究成果的主要分享方式 , 貢獻學術與實務。在著名刊物如 Nature和 Science上發表一篇重要文章，其意義不亞于在奧運比赛中取得一面獎牌。是應徵、升等、考核、評獎、申案的重要指標( 含個人與學校 )

國外期刊審查制度

簡單型 :由 Editor直接送 Reviewers 審查嚴謹型 :由 Editor先審查 ,再決定是否送 Reviewers 審查


國外期刊審查制度嚴格型 : (1)The DE (Department Editor) will review the paper for fit with the journal mission. If the DE feels that it does not fit or has other obvious problems, he/she may decline it immediately. If the paper passes this "fit test", the DE will send it to an appropriate Associate Editor. (2) The AE will review the paper for significance of contribution to the literature. If the AE feels it does not have the potential to make a strong contribution, he/she may recommend rejection without further review. If the paper passes this "significance test" the AE will send it to at least two qualified referees for detailed review of the analysis and exposition. (3) The AE will collect the referee reports and write a recommendation to the DE. The DE will discuss the paper with the AE if necessary and make a decision, which he/she will communicate to you.


何種文章值得被刊登於 SCI/SSCI 期刊

有原創性成果的文章 (方法 , 模型等 )有新發現成果的文章 (行為 ,現象等 )分析性成果的文章 (優劣 ,趨勢等 )


好文章的要求

Clear: 思路清晰、邏輯性強、概念清楚、層次清楚、表達清楚、語句通順Complete:内容完整、結構完整，忌虎頭蛇尾Correct：内容正確、資料數據正確 ,可信、文法正確Concise：論述深刻、充分揭示其文章内涵


好文章的要件

內容原創性 , 成果新穎 .對前人工作的評價洽如其分 .給評審與讀者留下深刻好印象 .


如何寫一篇好的學術文章 (II) 1.題目:流行的題目、新創的題目、舊題目新方法。.2.引言 :敘述問題之重要性，實務上之價值，目前所研究領域知識的不足。3.方法論:過去有那些方法用於此類的問題，他們的缺點為何?(可以視為文獻探討之部。)4.新方法或模式:解決上述第 3點之不足，要有完整與正確的推導，証明所提之方法、模式為正確可用的、使用 Testbeds 、 Efficient/Effective 。5.比較新方法、想法或模式與過去文獻上方法的差異，優劣點等。若能舉出實務上之應用例子，特別為管理之期刊所喜歡。列出文章的所有結果。6.結論:說明文章之結果與後續研究之建議。7.參考文獻:該領域之主要參考文獻一定要引用到。


退稿的常見原因無新意，重複他人工作（國際刊物最歡迎的是具有原始創新性的工作 )有新的發现，但未能很好地說清楚單純的定性描述，缺乏定量的、理論的分析僅處理是区域性 (Local)的工作，而不是具有普遍意義 (General)的工作文章組織得不好，文字功夫欠佳， Referee難以看懂


選一個合適的期刊投每一期刊都有它們專注的領域 .看看你的 paper 與它們已出版的 paper樣子像不像 .瞭解自己領域期刊的審稿制度 ,速度等 .看看期刊的評比研究或聽聽領域傑出者的意見 .(如國科會人文處的國內期刊的評比研究 )

細看精讀 , 一定要看懂 reviewer 的意見所有的 reviewer 之意見都要處理 ,不能心存應付了事 ( 這時就要龜毛了 )最好改得比 reviewer 的期望還高改了那些地方 ,要另附一信說明若 revised one 還不行 , revised two 要更小心了


Reply letter exampleI&M 4556: House Selection in Internet Environment: Fuzzy Goal Programming Approach Thanks a lot for the referee's (# 3) valuable comments based on which the paper has been substantially rewritten and improved. Our reply to these comments is as follows.Reviewer 3’s Comment: OverallThis study employs a fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach as a decision aid assisting homebuyers to select the house via the internet. This is a good practice to illustrate the use of fuzzy goal programming in the internet environment. However, I must say that this is another “typical” FGP study although the authors have attempted to incorporate more variables and explore applicability of FGP in the Internet environment. The topic has been addressed many times and I am tired of the negligible improvements I see in many of the papers the topic. In addition, there is no usability testing based on the proposed approach and system. Today, this type of research without efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction test, is another type of “number crunching” and the usefulness of the approach and system is questionable. In addition, the contribution of the findings to the research field and practice is limited (or not clear). These weaknesses limit the contribution and quality of the paper, and make it difficult to publish in the current form. I hope the comments below will be useful to the authors in reassessing their research direction.Ans. As mentioned by referee, this study is of a fuzzy goal programming problem. However, we did out best to modify the typical approach and add improvement upon it. First, the homebuyers can set different weights on each housing goal with linguistic terms such as high, average and low (on page 13, line 12). Second, this study provides a flexible method for homebuyers to assign preemptive priority for each constraint or determine the relationship between these constraints (on page 13, line 17 to page 14, line 23). Third, we allow homebuyer’s fuzzy constraints to be chosen by using linguistic quantifiers, such as “at least,” “at most,” or “about” (on page 14, line 24 to page 15, line 14). In order to increase the usefulness of our approach and system, we add efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction test based on referee’s comments.Efficiency: From the statistical results in Section 4, we do analyze the efficiency of using the proposed housing decision aid (on page 32).Satisfaction test and Effectiveness: In order to investigate the customer’s satisfaction, a laboratory Quasi-Experiment was implemented using ASP and Access database. The corresponding results described in Section 4 show that the use of housing decision aid can increase satisfaction degree on the purchasing process. These also indicate the relative effectiveness of the proposed housing decision aid system (on pages 30-32).
