(57) Abstract Method for preparing calcium sulphate comprising a production of DCP by the attack of a source of phosphate by an acid, a digestion of the isolated DCP by sulphuric acid under conditions giving rise to the formation of a first slurry of gypsum suspended in an acidic aqueous phase containing less than or equal to 1.5 % free SO3 and containing free P2O5, a conversion of at least part of said first slurry by heating to a temperature exceeding 80 °C and potentially by adding sulphuric acid, with the solubilisation of the gypsum crystals and the recrystallisation of the solubilised calcium sulphate in a second slurry of ?-calcium sulphate hemihydrate crystals suspended in an aqueous phase having a phosphoric acid base, wherein the free SO3 content is less than 10 % by weight, and a separation of said aqueous phase and a particularly pure ?-calcium sulphate hemihydrate-based filter cake.

(57) Abstract The treatment of oil shale in the way of the extraction metallurgy achieved integration in the mechanism of investment of the entire oil shale. The technology has been able to use new solid fuel in the treatment processes. The solid fuel combustion gases are pulled from the top of the furnace, and undergo purification and filtration to be benefited from. Methods of heat transfer contribute to raise the temperature of the oil shale inside the reactor to the degree of dispersion, then separating volatile vapors from the ash, vapors are withdrawn and subjected to cooling and condensation and separation, accordingly, and the products are the shale gas, the shale oil and the shale water. The oil shale ash is pulled out of the reactor, and then mixed with organic and nonorganic additives to produce the solid fuel.The solid fuel combustion residuals are pulled from the bottom of the furnace and used as materials in industrial and building areas.

(57) Abstract Mineral coal is a solid fuel developed and used in the treatment of oil shale by the means of extraction metallurgy method. The oil shale is a mixed mixture of aerosol materials and carbonated metals with organic matter, by treating oil shale at high temperatures; part of the organic matter reaches the degree of coke coal formation. When the temperature raised more; the silicon carbide is formed. The removal of volatile material significantly reduces the effects of pollution caused by the burning of mineral coal. Most of the metals forming the oil shale transforms into metal oxides of these metals, and when these metals under go through the extraction metallurgy, moreover, the coke coal is formed duringthis treatment. As the combustion process is regarded as a chemical reaction; this reaction then requires energizing energy; the additive materials mixed to the oil shale ash plays the role of the energizing energy. When the combustion reactions begin, metals are converted into molten mass. If this mass is inflated by a strong stream of air; thecomplicated chemical reactions occur. The amount of heat resulting from these reactions raises the temperature inside the furnace to 1450 ° C. This heat is sufficient and can replace any external energy heat source. These reactions must be regulated and stopped at a certain limit so that the reactions do not become more complicated and the temperature rises to a degree that leads to the collapse of the furnace lining.

(57) Abstract The Extraction metallurgy unit is regarded as an advanced model for the treatment of oil shale. Two completely separated processes have been achieved: The first is the process of the solid fuel combustion, which was developed to eliminate the effect of the traditional energy sources price fluctuations,over the treatment of the oil shale. This process is carried out in the furnace. The second process is the extraction metallurgy treatment of the oil shale, which is performed in a closed and air free cycle. This process is performed inside the reactor benefiting from the indirect transform of the heat from the furnace. The furnace is equipped with liquid fuel combustion equipment (diesel) to raise the furnace temperature to a value where solid fuel combustion is achievable. Liquid fuel combustion equipment is then stopped removed, and the solid fuel is supplied permanently instead. The reactor is located inside the furnace, and it is opened and closed without affecting the process of burning the solid fuel. The oil shale treatment is performed inside the reactor. The treatment products are in the form of vapors and pulled from the inside of the oven toward the cooling and condensation unit. The combustion gases pulled from the top of the furnace and subjected to a thorough purification and filtration process, and then driven to a multi-stage heat exchanger, in order to take advantage of the hot air. The solid fuel ash (residual) is then pulled from the bottom of the furnace by a motor-operated snail. The treatment products are periodically transported from the extraction metallurgy unit toward the products storage unit.

(57) Abstract The solid fuel burning system is different in terms of equipment, the engineering shape of the burn furnace, the lining of the furnace, the fueling mechanism of the furnace, the accessories that help the success of the solid fuel burning process. At the beginning of the operation, the temperature inside the furnace is raised to the temperature of 650 C°. This is performed by implementing a liquid fuel source. At this point the process of burning the liquid fuel stops and the process of feeding the furnace with solid fuel begins. This process continues as long as the furnace is working. When the amount of fuel reaches a certain limit in the bottom of the furnace; a strong stream of air is blown to provide sufficient oxygen to oxidize the solid fuel components, the amount of the solid fuel is the thermal source, under the reactor, the combustion gases are withdrawn from the top of the furnace, through the heat transfer, combustion gases are subjected to washing, purification and filtration to take advantage of. When the suffocation case happens inside the furnace, indicated by remaining the temperature inside the furnace constant while the solid fuel is being fid; the indication of the suffocation case is remaining the temperature constant although the solid fuel is being supplied, the gases must be withdrawn from the inside of the furnace by a medium pressure turbine. The ash is moved by the spiral belt under the furnace, and then a new solid fuel amount is fed, resulting to raising the temperatures inside the furnace. The remaining solid fuel produced by the combustion process is withdrawn by a conveyor spiral belt used to transport the solid fuel residuals directly to the outside of the treatment unit.

(57) Abstract The present invention provides a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the Formula : X1 I V X2 S L D V P I G L L Q I L X3 E Q E K Q E K E K Q Q A K* T N A X4 I L A Q V-NH2 wherein the X1 denotes that the I residue is modified by either acetylation or methylation at the N-terminus; wherein X2 is L or T; wherein X3 is L or I; wherein X4 is Q or E; and wherein a modified K residue (“K*”) at position 29 is modified through conjugation to the epsilon-amino group of the K-side chain with a group of the formula –X5–X6, wherein X5 is selected from the group consisting of one to four amino acids; one to four ([2-(2-Amino-ethoxy)-ethoxy]-acetyl) moieties; and combinations of one to four amino acids and one to four ([2-(2-Amino-ethoxy)-ethoxy]-acetyl) moieties; and X6 is a C14-C24 fatty acid. In some embodiments, the group of the formula –X5–X6 is ([2-(2-Amino-ethoxy)-ethoxy]-acetyl)2-(?E)2-CO-(CH2)x-CO2H where x is 16 or 18.

The self-cleaning method for an air-conditioner heat exchanger includes: controlling an air-conditioner to enter a self-cleaning mode; detecting an ambient temperature of a to-be-cleaned heat exchanger, and determining, according to the detected ambient temperature, a target evaporating temperature of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger; adjusting, according to the target evaporating temperature and an actual evaporating temperature of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger, an evaporating temperature of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger, and controlling the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger to frost; and after a surface of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger is covered with a frost layer or an ice layer, controlling the air conditioner to enter a defrosting mode of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger. According to the self-cleaning method for an air-conditioner heat exchanger of the present invention, self-cleaning can be performed on an air-conditioner heat exchanger conveniently. The self-cleaning effect is good, and the cleaning efficiency is high.

(57) Abstract The present invention discloses a method for cleaning an air conditioner indoor unit and outdoor unit. The method includes: controlling a to-be-cleaned heat exchanger to enter a self-cleaning mode; adjusting an operating frequency of an air conditioner, an opening of a throttling device, and a corresponding fan speed of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger, and maintaining an evaporating temperature of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger within a present range, so as to enable a surface of the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger to frost; keeping the to-be-cleaned heat exchanger frosting for a time of t1; detecting whether a differential pressure between a high pressure and a low pressure of the air conditioner meets a preset condition; when the differential pressure between the high pressure and the low pressure of the air conditioner meets the preset condition, controlling a four-way valve to change a direction, so as to perform a defrosting switching to indoor and outdoor heat exchangers; and when the differential pressure between the high pressure and the low pressure of the air conditioner does not meet the preset condition, adjusting an operating parameter of the air conditioner to enable the differential pressure between the high pressure and the low pressure of the air conditioner to meet the preset condition, and then controlling the four-way valve to change the direction, so as to perform a defrosting switching to the indoor and outdoor heat exchangers. A direction change of the four-way valve may be controlled by detecting whether the differential pressure between the high pressure and the low pressure of the air conditioner meets the preset condition. Therefore, a great shock to the compressor because of an excessive differential pressure between the high pressure and the low pressure of the air conditioner may be avoided.

(57) Abstract RNAi agents for inhibiting the expression of the alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) gene, compositions including AAT RNAi agents, and methods of use are described. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more AAT RNAi agents together with one or more excipients capable of delivering the RNAi agent(s) to a liver cell in vivo. Delivery of the AAT RNAi agent(s) to liver cells in vivo provides for inhibition of AAT gene expression and treatment of diseases associated with AAT deficiency, such as chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, transaminitis, cholestasis, fibrosis, and fulminant hepatic failure.

(57) Abstract A method of preparing a pharmaceutical product in a single multiple chamber flexible bag. A pharmaceutical product is introduced in a liquid state into a first chamber of the flexible bag through a first port. The pharmaceutical product is lyophilized within the first chamber of the flexible bag to provide a lyophilized pharmaceutical product. The flexible bag has a second chamber and the first chamber and the second chamber are separated by a breakable seal. The second chamber further includes a reconstituting solution for reconstituting the lyophilized pharmaceutical product in the first chamber. A user may apply pressure to the flexible bag to break the seal and mix the lyophilized pharmaceutical product and the reconstituting solution to order to administer the pharmaceutical product to a patient.

(57) Abstract Methods and compositions are provided for reversibly localizing proteins to the exterior part of the cell surface. Compositions provided herein can include nucleic acids that encode polypeptides of interest and the ligand binding domain (LBD) of a nuclear hormone receptor. Upon addition of the ligand, the polypeptide can be localized to the extracellular side of the plasma membrane. Removal of the ligand can cause the polypeptide to be removed from the cell surface. In some embodiments, a nucleic acid construct having a LBD can be incorporated into a polypeptide having an antigen binding domain (e.g., a chimeric antigen receptor). In some embodiments, such a polypeptide can be introduced into a mammalian cell such that, upon introduction of ligand to the cell, the antigen binding domain of the polypeptide localizes to the extracellular side of the plasma membrane, and upon removal of the ligand, the antigen binding domain of the polypeptide is removed from the extracellular side of the plasma membrane. Medical applications are provided, including controlling the toxicity of CAR T cells.

(57) Abstract Systems, methods, and devices for generating digital media content. An application executing on a user digital device controls the device's audio or video sensor to record an event. The recorded content is then automatically copied to a segregated section of the device. The recorded content is then automatically uploaded to a server. Once uploaded, the recorded content is then assessed and considered by staff associated with the server and a specific service. If the recorded content is deemed to be acceptable, a monetary value is then associated with the recorded content according to a predetermined scale and this monetary value is applied to the user's account with the service. The recorded content is then marked as being associated with the service and is made available to the public. The user who generated the content can then withdraw the monetary value in his account or convert it into suitable currency.

(57) Abstract The invention relates to water-cooled water-moderated power reactors (VVER), and, more particularly, to primary circuit auxiliary systems. The purpose of this invention is to provide integrity and normal operation of the T-unit, including cases when the unit operates under abnormal conditions. To address this problem in the flow mixing T-unit of reactor volume control system which includes a T-piece connected with two ends to the bypass line carrying the coolant of one temperature, and with the additional opening to the makeup system pipeline carrying the coolant of a different temperature under emergency and an insert which separates the coolant flows of different temperature, the insert is installed upstream the coolant flow in the bypass so that its outer part is located upstream the coolant inlet into the T-unit, and its inner part is cantilevered inside the T-unit and forms a tube with openings in the area of the T-piece. The T-unit is provided with an adapter mounted at its outlet and forming, together with the insert, a coaxial channel for coolant flow.

(57) Abstract A low cost method and system for treating water, which will be used in an industrial process, is provided. A system of the invention generally includes at least one containing means, at least one coordination means, at least one chemical application means, at least one mobile suction means, and at least one filtration means. The coordination means can control the necessary processes depending on the system needs (e.g., water quality or purity). The method and system of the invention purifies the water and eliminates suspended solids without the need of filtering the totality of the water volume, but only filtering a small fraction of up to 200 times less than the flow filtered by a conventional water treatment filtration system.

(57) Abstract The invention relates to nuclear power engineering, in the general - to heat-exchange equipment of nuclear power plants, in particular - to heat insulation of reactor unit pipelines and equipment. The technical effect of this invention is reduction of material demand for structure manufacturing, heat energy saving and simplification of structure installation and repair. The technical effect is attained due to the modular heat insulation, manufactured as separate welded blocks of stainless corrosion-resistant steel, arranged on the pipeline outer surface. The boxes are filled with heat-insulating material and interconnected with quick-acting tension locks. The cover plates shield the block joints. It is suggested to use a heat-insulating material being a set of minimum three corrugated or blistered shields. These shields shall be manufactured of stainless corrosion-resistant steel forming enclosed air cavities. The external lining sheets of the adjacent blocks shall be shorter than the blocks themselves by the size of the cover plates and they shall be installed with a lateral ventilated gap from the external surface of the shield set. The cover plates shall have the shape of mated sections with a multilayer set of corrugated stainless corrosion-resistant steel sheets. The mated sections shall have quick-acting tension locks, and their cover plates shall have width overlapping the area of blocks’ increased temperature within their joints. As an option, the blocks may have an aligned ridge along the axial joint line. As an option, the block joints may have a rough surface, in particular, blocks’ joint faces may be made of corrugated stainless corrosion-resistant steel sheet. As an option, the external length of the block may exceed the internal one by the temperature expansion value. The blocks may have an installation option with a gap between the block and the pipeline.

(57) Abstract The invention is directed to substituted pyridine derivatives. Specifically, the invention is directed to compounds according to Formula (Iar):

(Iar) wherein Yar, X1ar, X2ar, R1ar, R2ar, R3ar, R4ar and R5ar are as defined herein; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof. The compounds of the invention are selective inhibitors of DNMT1 and can be useful in the treatment of cancer, pre-cancerous syndromes, beta hemoglobinopathy disorders, sickle cell disease, sickle cell anemia, and beta thalassemia, and diseases associated with DNMT1 inhibition. Accordingly, the invention is further directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of the invention. (57) Abstract A buffer free, acid stable, low dose volume rotavirus vaccine is disclosed. The vaccine is available in dose volume of less than 1 ml per dose for oral administration and it is without any buffer. The vaccine also does not require pre or post administration of any antacid at the time of oral administration of the vaccine to the subject to neutralize the stomach acid. (57) Abstract The present disclosure relates to novel processes for the preparation of compounds useful as stimulators of soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC). (57) Abstract The present disclosure relates to crystalline solid forms of a stimulator of soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC), Compound I. Also provided herein are methods for the preparation of these solid forms.The invention also relates to pharmaceutical formulations and dosage forms comprising these solid forms and their uses thereof, alone or in combination with one or more additional agents, for treating and/or preventing various diseases or disorders; these diseases or disorders are ones that may benefit from sGC stimulation or from an increase in the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) and/or cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP).

(57) Abstract The present invention comprises an efficient filtration process of water from a tank, where the filtration is performed over a small volume of water and not on the totality of the water from the tank; the process comprises the following steps: (a) emitting ultrasonic waves in the tank; (b) adding a flocculant agent to the water; (c) covering the tank bottom with a suctioning device which suctions a water flow with flocculated particles, discharging to a collecting effluent line; (d) filtering the effluent flow of the suctioning device from said collecting effluent line; and (e) returning the filtered flow to the tank. The present invention additionally comprises a suctioning device used in said efficient filtration process.

(57) Abstract The present invention relates to methods for preparing cereal-based beverages. Particularly, the present invention provides, for example, methods for steeping and germination of cereal grain under continuous aeration. The present invention also provides for wet milling of germinated cereal grains and direct transfer of the germinated grain, without drying, to the brewery for further processing. Compared to current methods the methods of the present invention significantly reduces water consumption, energy consumption and transport need.
