Typeface for magazines
✳ Hello world!There’s a new typeface
in town. It’s a result of hard labour and
passion. It took ten months to make in an exciting city called Reading.
Derived from the Slavic element mir, Mirna means peaceful. It is often confused with the name Myrna, which is not Slavic in origin, but Celtic and means beloved, also tender.
Mirna was designed with a clear purpose in mind – it is a coherent multi-script
text typeface for continuos reading with coordinated display styles. Its aim is to present an original typeface for editorial text setting in lifestyle, fashion, and health magazines – a market that is filled with Didone inspired typefaces.
Furthermore, the project aims to contribute to the field of type de-sign with an original “mul-round” Khmer display typeface that can be used together with the Latin in editorial text setting. In addition the typeface offers Greek and Cyrillic family extensions.
The typeface is meant to be read on paper printed with high-qual-ity offset printing technology, as well as on high resolution reti-na screens and smaller reading devices such as tablets and smart phones. It is suitable for various text settings - for longer text set-tings as well as for setting shorter headings and subheadings in display styles. Display styles are also suitable for branding and packaging.
the general feel of the typeface familyevokes feelings of elegance, stylishness and playfulness

“Mul” is a calligraphic style; its name in Khmer, lit. ”round script”, refers to the bold and thick lettering style. It is used for titles and headings in Cambodian documents, books, or currency, on shop signs or banners. It is sometimes used to emphasise royal names or important nouns with the surrounding text in a different style.

A. what the mind believes often becomes true?As it is the only repository for the representation of reality and the sense of self.
This work will primarily cover the techniques commonly referred to as hypnosis. It will also offer support material, or reference it, such as methods
to induce, or reinforce specific mental states (or states of mind) and any attitudes and beliefs that impact the phenomena. Including information on techniques or procedures for hypnotic induction and hypnotic suggestion.
Hypnotic suggestions are commonly composed of a series of instructions and ideas that may be delivered by a hypnotist in the presence of the subject, or they may be self-administered ("self-suggestion" or "autosuggestion"), even in a conscious state. Hypnosis is not a science. In fact, it has in almost every aspect eluded scientific analysis, as it is extremely hard to general-ize (each individual responds
differently and at different levels) and the methodology is so diverse and based on yet to be completely understood mental/bio-logical phenomena, most related with faith or the placebo effect. For the phenomena to work, whom in aggregate we define as hypnosis, the mind has to be able to turn the suggestions into reality. All hypno-sis is ultimately self hypnosis. If you, for instance, take into consideration the prob-lems that faith beliefs have caused to the human race, or even the problems in the field of psychology, you can appreciate the problem of scientifically studying hypnotic phenomena, as they are extremely open to individual interpretation and to one's ability to be open to suggestibility (self-in-duced or otherwise). There is no doubt that hypnotism is a very old subject, though the term hypnosis only gained widespread use in the 1880s, initially amongst those influ-enced by the developments in France. Its history, that can be traced to several seem-ingly connected but distinct phenomena we now label today as hypnosis, reaches beyond the limits of memory, tradition, or

Wikibooks contains books on many medical topics; however, no warranty whatsoever is made that any of the books are accurate. There is absolute-ly no assurance that any statement contained or cited in a book touching on medical matters is true, correct, precise, or up-to-date. The over-whelming majority of such books are written, in part or in whole, by nonprofessionals.

Zdravje predstavlja stanje popolne telesne, duševne in socialne blaginje.

Frequently asked questions about using Wikipedia's categories. This page is intended for readers of Wikipedia. Editors should see Wikipedia:FAQ/
Categorization.
Categories are groups
of articles on related
topics. At the bottom
of an article, you will
see a box containing
the categories to which that article
has been assigned. Simply click
any of these categories to go to the
corresponding category page. From
there you can browse other articles
on the same topic, or navigate
through the category tree to find
other related categories.
How are categories organized? Most categories have a number of other categories listed as subcate-gories. These are listed in a special section of the category page, which appears above the list of articles belonging to the category. Click on these subcategories to navigate through the category tree to find more specific groups of articles. Similarly, you may want to navigate in the other direction, to find more general groups of articles.
Why is an article not in the catego-ries I would expect?Articles are not usually placed in every category to which they
logically belong. In many cases they will not be placed directly into a category if they belong to one of its subcategories. This is because otherwise categories would become too large, and the list of categories on articles too long. Katja (30), Maribor
Can I specify categories when searching?Sometimes, pages are not placed in categories manually by Wikipedia editors, but by means of templates, which can be used to place identical information (including category membership information) on many different pages at once. When the information on such a template is edited, the pages containing that template are updated, but not necessarily updated immediately. Natalie (28), Berlin
Why might a category list not be up to date?Various other temporary delays may sometimes mean that lists of category members or subcategories, or the page counts given, are not completely up to date. So if you are editing Wikipedia and find that your page hasn't yet shown up in a category or been removed from an old category, don't panic!Lisa (27),

A large number of patients were commonly treated at one time. They drew near to each other, touch-ing hands, arms, knees, or feet. The handsomest, youngest, and most robust magnetizers held also an iron rod with which they touched the dilato-
ry or stubborn patients. The rods and ropes had all undergone a ‘preparation’ and in a very short space of time the patients felt the magnetic influence. The women, being the most easily affected, were almost at once seized with fits of yawning and stretching; their eyes closed, their legs gave way and they seemed to suffocate. In vain did musical glasses and harmonicas resound, the piano and voices re-echo; these supposed aids only seemed to increase the patients’ convulsive movements. Sardonic laughter, piteous moans and torrents of tears burst forth on all sides. The bodies were thrown back in spasmodic jerks, the respirations sounded like death rattles, the most terrifying symptoms were exhibited. Then suddenly the actors of this strange scene would frantically or rapturously rush towards each other, either rejoicing and embracing or thrusting away their neighbors with every appearance of horror.
In the middle of a large room stood an oak tub, four or five feet in diameter and one foot deep. It was closed by a lid made in two pieces, and encased in another tub or bucket. At the bottom of the tub a number of bottles were laid in convergent rows, so that the neck of each bottle turned towards the centre. Other bottles filled with magnetized water tightly corked up were laid in divergent rows with their necks turned outwards. Several rows were thus piled up, and the apparatus was then pronounced to be at ‘high pressure’. The tub was filled with water, to which were sometimes added powdered glass and iron filings. There were also some dry tubs, that is, pre-pared in the same manner, but without any additional water. The lid was perforated to admit of the passage of movable bent rods, which could be applied to the different parts of the patient’s body. A long
