C-7 at your Jaipur Metro Project: - Submission of Offer.This has reference to your E-mail, site visit on dated 01.05.2013 and zubsequent discussion u/s hadwith you. We are pleased to offer our rates for Fabrication, Supply & Erection/Launching of -34.0 mSteel Span work including painting as required as per specifications and as per drawings for the aboveproject complete with all HSFG Bolts, nuts & washers etc. on the following terms & conditions..

l. Scooe of Work: Our scope of work includes:-a) Preparation of fabrication drawings based on GAD/GFC provided by you and approval

of the same from KMV/ STUP/DMRC.b) Supply/Procurement of structural steel sections confirrning to relevant IS specificationand as per provisions of Special specifications for Steel Span Works of Contract JP-EW-C7and approved drawings.Fabrication of Steel Span and other components required as per approved drawingprovided by you. Our offer is based on your Drg. No. 9936-MRS-l0l/SI301-Dl and993GMRS-l0l/SK/03-DlSand Blasting and Painting as per clause no. 11.3.1(Paint System) as described byusing Berger/ make primer and paints in workshop and at site as per requirement.All tools & plants and consumables such as welding electrodes, Gas etc. will berequired for the above subjected work will be provided by us.Mobilizatioq Demobilization manpower equipments for execution of work offabrication in workshop and erection work at site.Trarsportation of fabricated material up to site (Jaipur) but Unloading at site byyou/KMV.Documentation as per approved QAP requirernent and testing of material atIntemayExtemal laboratory. MOC shall be as per IS 2062 (E - 2508).Approximate Quantity of Work will be 1 3 0 tones.

KMV will provide TDS Certificate to SUBCONTRACTOR.vi) Entry tax if any is not included in the rates. Entry from /way bill required fordispatch of material from our works to site shall be provided by IWs KMV.

Completion fime: Considering the technicality and complexity involved with this workand drawing work may take few additional time as desired by you. The completionperiod shall be 60-90 days from the date of LOI and advance or from the date ofproviding GAD/GFC.KVM. Proiects Scope: KMV will provide the followings:

Required land for storage of materials at your premises at site.Land for Labour hutnents, offrce and store at site as per requirement.KMV will obtain all the necessary permits & permission from local authoritywhat so ever is required for completion of work at site.All civil work including grouting of foundation bolts etc as per site requirernent.KMV will provide the Hard and leveled basdground for crane & hydramovements for erection/hoisting of materials.f) Power & water for lighting and erection work at site.g) KMV vrill provide all necessary drawingVtechnical in puts for preparation offabrication & erection drawings and their approval.i) KMV shall arrange for Octroi/Entry tax clearance if any.) Any other support not specified but required to complete the work at site.

(4)6) Pavments: The Payment will be made to us as under:-

Fabrication and shop Painting:a) 15% Advance will be paid against Bank Guarantee for the same value.b) 40olo after Procurement of Materials at our works against indemnity bond.c) 35%o after Fabrication, inspecfion & testing and ready for dispatch with shoppainting.d) l0% after completion of erection work at site.

Erection and Final Painting:a) 15% Advance will be paid against Corporate Guaranteeb) 4V/o aftet mobilization of plant and machinery at site & Procurement of paint.c) 557o on completion of erection of special span at Pier.d) 1070 after completion ofjob.

'l) Labour Laws & Insurance: We will strictly follow all the labour laws prevailing in theState of Uttar Pradesh & Rajshthan and will maintain record etc. Since we are Sub-Contractor hence we shall be covered under CAR policy of main Contractor.

8) Sa&g: We will fully insure the safety of peoples working at our plant as well as site. Wewill strictly follow safety regulations and take all preventive / precautionary steps toavoid any unto ward incidents as per DMRC safety manuals and as directed by safetypersonnel.

9) Liquidated Damase: If the performance of any of the mile stone work is not completedby the schedule completion date, the Subconbactor shall pay to the Contractor, asliquidated damages @ 0.5% of Contract value per week delay or part thereof, subjected toan overall limit of 5% of Contract value (Sqply & Erection put together).Thanking yorlYours faithfullyFor{ineer Fabricators (P) Ltd-'u",)Kirector)
