Work History: Juno Records LTD Dispatch Assistant Aug 2016-Present Currently working for Juno records limited. My main duties include filling in a Vinyl library. Organizing the Vinyl using a PDA and computer to check location of Vinyl’s and equipments and picking, & packaging orders. This role has taught me lean manufacturing techniques to speed up process of dealing with large invoices of orders that need to be dispatched from organization to transporting orders efficiently in the library. I have also quickly learnt a new computer program/software that is tailored for the company called RSS that allows me to look up Vinyl’s in the systems library and use its data for various purposes. Kumon Educational UK Co. Limited Assistant teacher Feb -June 2016 (Finchley Central & Mill Hill branch, London, UK) Currently helping out in a classroom filled with a range of different age groups in Mathematics and English. My role includes assisting them to complete their work to become more independent and confident by providing explanations and building on their knowledge. My main role includes setting task going through the Kumon exercises, marking and recording. Fundraising Team, University of Nottingham Telephone fundraiser Jan – Jun 2015 Raised donations for university projects with the student union such as Cascade and Nottingham Potential Scholarships from University of Nottingham alumni and friends. This involved speaking to alumni over the phone about current projects that the University of Nottingham are involved with and encourage their commitment as supporters. This role involved with dealing with confidential details such as bank details and updating personal details such addresses onto the system. During the first campaign of raising money for cascade a total pledge of £56,494.50 was raised, and £50,928.15 secured. In the summer campaign the Nottingham Potential Scholarships aimed to raise £50,000 alongside with Dementia research for the Queen Medical Centre and dealing with alumni’s who had expressed an interest in donating, as part of their legacy will to the University. Directly through my results had securely raised over £1200 during the summer campaign. Promoted university events. HighFlier-The Times Final Year Student Survey Research Jan-Feb 2015 Worked with The Times on a national survey for final year students, which determines the Top 100 employers. This allowed me to improve my communication skills by approaching students and collecting information, which directly influences next year’s recruitment season for the top 100 companies. This survey is only carried out at the Top 30 UK universities. GoGen professional fundraiser March-April 2014 A professional paid fundraiser that represented different Charities to help raise further awareness and supporters. This experience taught me how to approach people and polish my communication skills.

Clowns nursery, work-Experience (Golders Green, London, UK) Assistant teacher 2004 Teaching/ supervising at a nursery has allowed me to develop leadership and teamwork skills and to experience taking on a high level of responsibility through helping out with young children in a classroom environment. It has also taught me patience and sensitivity to others in my surroundings. Languages: Native language: English and Gujarati and working knowledge in Spanish. Additional Skills IT: proficient in MS Office suite of applications and Mac and Windows OS having experience in Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, ProE, Creo, 3D max and Power Point. Quick to pick up different systems, as evidenced by using bespoke software whist as a telephone fundraiser for the University of Nottingham. Experienced with 3D printing. Bombardier Project: I had the opportunity to work for Bombardier Manufacturing Company of planes and trains for 2 months on a Year 2 Product Design assignment. This allowed me to work in teams and to intensively explore various transportation designs of trains. This project allowed me to concentrate on ergonomics and material factors where I was put in charge within my group.

Interests, personal commitments and extra curricular Activities: I have practiced four different martial arts including karate, Akido and Silat. These have altogether helped me improve my coordination skills, self-‐discipline, and preservation skills. I am currently part of the Capoeira CDO society and recently achieved my second Capoeira belt at the annual batizado event. Attended a Capoeira event in Israel last summer in Caesarea. I am very much interested in travelling, painting and collectable art pieces. I have had the privilege to travel across most of Western Europe, North America and Asia, which has allowed me to appreciate and understand different cultures. After the completion of my first year of university, I had spent the summer in Madrid to further practice my Spanish. I’m fascinated in various phenomena within economics, particularly the stock market -‐ how it utilies and mobilises every aspect of business from private limited companies to public ones. This has shown me how the market interlinks with investors from commercial business, to exciting new developments within technology such as 3D printing that are rapidly gaining attention from buyers/ investors.
