La rapidité de reperfusion conditionne le pronostic
•angioplastie primaire = gold standard, si délai court : accès direct
•intérêt de la thrombolyse préhospitalière
Conclusions 2
Pour les infarctus étendus (critères ECG ou cliniques)
le transfert en centre de cardiologie interventionnelle
est nécessaire qu’il y ait eu ou non thrombolyse
Une thrombolyse préalable ne semble plus majorer
le risque d’une procédure d’angioplastie précoce
