Willing to listen. We like to listen to the voice of our clients. We try our best to understand
them. Then we customize the program training based on
their specific needs. We do have our main training program
design, but we are always eager to modify our training
program design in such a way that we can ensure if it
perfectly meets our client‟s needs. We believe that the
impactful training program, is not the one that is developed
solely by the training provider and rigidly delivered „as it
is‟ in the class. We do not believe if the class would take
optimum benefits if they only listen to „what the trainer
wanted to tell them‟.
Instead, we believe that a training program should be
designed based on what kind of challenges our clients are
facing. Even if we cannot meet face to face with our future clients, we encourage them to
write us emails, notes or memos to share their thought about what are expected from the
training. We invite them to tell us what we need to understand. In many situations, we push
ourselves to willingly listen to their problems, learn core competencies they developed for
every level of participants. We comprehend that this commitment brings us more works to do
before we deliver the training. But, we believe that for this dedication we are hired for.

Engaging training delivery. A very well designed training program cannot be able to give
high level of training impact if it is delivered in a
monotonous leaning environment or through a one
way lecture process. We believe that in a fun
leaning ambience and an intense discussion people
learn more effectively. Therefore, we manage our
training delivery process in such a way that
participants can physically, intellectually, and
emotionally involved on various activities both
individually and as a group. Even if we have shy
introvert participants joining our class; we
encourage and facilitate them to involve. We have plenty stories to share. Lots of fun to
enjoy. As we, have tons of love and happiness to bring into the training room to make our
program delivery more and more memorable and engaging.
Hunger for creativity. We like to create something new. We like to contemplate on the
situation our client faces, and then we explore possible new engaging learning activities to
help participants effectively and happily learn the subject.

Our area of specialization
We are focusing our training services on Leadership and Professional Development. In
Leadership and People Development area, here are some of our „ready to deliver‟ training
programs:
1. Natural Intelligence Leadership. This is general level of leadership principles
training (self leadership, team leadership and organizational leadership).
2. Leading and Managing Change. Suitable for unit leaders, team leaders, Managers,
or those who are expected to become the agent of change in the organization.
3. Coaching – Counseling - Mentoring. Suitable for supervisor, team leaders,
managers.
4. Collaborative Leadership. Successful Leadership is not merely about making our
own team deliver high level of performance, but also about working with other
groups in the organization. Suitable for leaders who are working closely with
colleagues in various functions, departments, or divisions.
5. Leadership in practice. Focusing on practical techniques to lead people. Lots of
practices in the class using actual cases participants face in their daily working life.
Suitable for first line managers or supervisors who has limited experience on leading
people or those who still need be improved on their skills to lead their people.
6. Adapting to Change. Designing a change process and strategies is a challenging tack
for the company. But, bringing people to go through the new direction of change is
another thing. There are too many companies failed to implement their change

Training Process
We design program training that is enabling EVERY participant involves in various
activities, discussions, and simulations.
We need spacious class room for easy movement of the participants
Training room setting should be WITHOUT DESKS format, only chairs to leave
space for various activities.
Every participant is required to wear long pants (trouser) for easy movements
More About Dadang Kadarusman
Author, Trainer, & Public Speaker. As experienced trainer and book author, Dadang also
has rich professional experience as executive in multinational
companies. Dadang started his career as salesman and then
stepped up his career ladder to the strategic corporate functions.
Since his early career as salesman Dadang has been attracting
