入学须知留学生守则一、学风端正，努力学习，认真完成学习任务二、遵守学校的规章制度，遵守中国的法律和规定三、尊重老师及学校工作人员，尊重中国的社会公德和风俗习惯四、举止文明，讲究卫生，维护文明校园环境，保持学校正常生活和教学秩序五、团结尊重同学，维护和增进各国人民之间的友谊，不在校内进行宗教活动及宗教聚会。六、未经相关机构和执法部门的审核批准，不得在中国境内进行出版、结社、集会、游行、示威等活动。七、严禁赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴以及其他干扰学校秩序的行为。报到注册一、报到时应准备好以下资料：

1、 有效护照2、 《烟台大学外国留学生入学申请表》3、护照用正面免冠 2 寸照片 5 张4、健康证明书原件（如有）5、相关费用（现金或储值银行卡）6、学校要求的其他材料

二、报到注册时间和地点1、报到时间（1）按学校公布的日期报到，如不能在报到日期办理报到注册的，需在开学第一周内向留学生科提

交书面说明。（2）报到日接待时间 8:30-16:00， 非报到日接待时间为 8:30-11:00， 14:00-16:00。（3）所有学生应在开学之日起两周内办理完报到、注册、交费手续，否则按自动退学处理。2、报到地点先到育秀大楼留学生综合办公室（113室），依照报到流程到指定地点办理手续。

三、报到注册手续1、新生报到当天办理以下手续：（1）核对护照、签证等个人信息（2）领取学号、登记新生信息（3）交纳报名费、学费、保险费、校园卡费（4）预约体检和停留证件办理时间（5）分班测试、填写学籍卡、申办学生证、购买教材、确认时间表2、老生报到当天办理一下手续：（1）核对护照、签证等个人信息（2）交纳学费、保险费、校园卡费（3）预约停留证件办理时间（4）购买教材、确认时间表

学费缴纳1、应在报到注册时交纳学费，一次性支付。2、申请并完成退学手续的学生可按以下标准申请学费退还：

（1）开学前完成退学手续的，未办理停留手续的，学费全额退还；已办理停留手续的，学费退还90%。

（2）开学两周内，办理退学时，学费退还 70%。（3）开学两周后，学费不予退还。

证明办理如果需要成绩单、结业证、在学证明、学习证明、退学证明、转学证明、休学申请等，请在留学生综合办公室申请。奖励与处罚1、对于遵守中国的法律法规和学校与学院各项规章制度，努力学习，尊重师长，与同学友好相处，取得良好成绩的学生，可以申请奖学金，具体的评审办法和时间，另行通知。2、对于违反中国的法律法规、违反学校与学院各项规章制度的学生，相关单位将根据具体情况，给予不同程度的处罚，轻者将得到警告，严重违反制度的学生，将中止或取消奖学金、取消留学生宿舍住宿资格、甚至责令其退学。居留许可1、留学生需持学生签证入境，在中国学习时间超过一百八十天的，应该办理外国人居留许可。2、办理外国人居留许可要求及所需材料如下：由学校提供

（1）入学通知书（2）JW201 或 JW202 表（3）外国留学生办证申请函（4）外国人签证证件申请表（指定系统）

由学生本人提供：（1）护照原件（2）体检合格证明（烟台市国际旅行卫生保健中心出具）

3、每学期开学报到时，请留学生根据学校安排的时间，完成以下事项：（1）前往烟台市国际旅行卫生保健中心进行身体检查（2）前往烟台市出入境管理局办理居留许可。

全程医疗管理紧急医疗救援

1. 因疾病或意外事故需就诊，必须直接电话致 4008105119转 1键，进行健康询诊、就医指导及理赔注意事项说明。如确诊需住院可向救援公司申请住院垫付。未经救援公司备案且未经门诊诊治而直接入院治疗的（包括病情未达到住院程度住院治疗的），救援公司不负责住院费用垫付。对于未经上述程序申请的，个人自行垫支医疗费用的，将无法获得赔付。

课堂管理一、选课 1、课程表中安排有选修课的班级， 请留学生自行选课。2、开学后第一、二周可到选修课教室试听，第三周周一到周日在网站进行选课及退课，超过选退课日期，选退课无效。选退课网址 http：//ies.ytu.edu.cn/xuankeSystem3、用户名称和密码为学号，请不要随意改动，避免忘记。4、新同学可在第三周的工作日的下午 4 点至 5 点，到留学生综合办公室来学习并进行选退课。二、分班1、新生入学后需经测试，按汉语水平进入不同班级学习。2、语言生可在开学第一周试听换班。平行班不允许换班。3、每学期只允许换班一次。4、如需换班请先联系教务老师，填写换班申请表。三、上课纪律和考勤1、不迟到，不早退，不无故旷课。因故不能上课者必须事先请假（急病或紧急事故除外）。 病假需提交病例，事假需详细告知事由，老师视情况决定是否准假。

（1）请假时间在三天以内的（含三天），学生填写请假条，由班主任批准签字，然后由班长在上课前提交给任课老师，作为考勤凭证。

（2）请假时间超过三天的，一周以内学生填写请假条，经系主任批准签字，然后由班长在上课前将请假条提交给任课老师，作为考勤凭证。

（3）请假时间为一个星期至一个月的，学生填写请假条，经教学院长批准签字后，办理请假手续，然后由班长在上课前将请假条提交给任课老师，作为考勤凭证。

（4）因特殊原因事先未能请假者，事后必须按二条 1、2、3款的规定及时补假，任课老师凭请假条修改考勤记录。2、一学期内一门课程旷课累计达到及超过 30%，取消该课程的期末考试资格，成绩为零分，不发结业证。旷课量化标准如下：

（1）在学期间不请假或请假未获批准而缺课者，以旷课处理，旷课数以实际未上课数计算。（2）每节课无故迟到或早退 10 分钟以上者，按旷课一学时记录。（3）事假数×50%=旷课数（4）病假数×30%=旷课数

四、重修和留级1、凡考试成绩不及格（低于 60 分）的必修课程，必须重修。重修时的考勤遵照相关的考勤制度。

注：若重修课程的上课时间与其他课程有所冲突，冲突课时低于 30%的，可以由教务部出具证明后进行学习。2、若汉语语言基础课程（包括第一学年和第二学年的学科基础必修课程）在一个学期中有 40%及以上学分未通过的，必须留在原来的层级学习。

注：已选修并通过了的选修课程认可学分，不必再学。3、重修课程要在新学期开学第二周到留学生综合办公室（育秀大楼 113室）办理重修手续。五、 结业证1、语言研修一学期，不再继续学习者，在学期结束前 1个月，本人向本班班主任提出申请，并交近期免冠照片一张，申请结业证。

2、结业证最低标准：完成规定课程，考试成绩合格

关于生活校内住宿1、入住时请提交个人护照，住宿费按学期缴纳，住宿押金 500元人民币，退房时，凭收据退还。 学期中住宿收费： 双人间阳面：3600元/学期； 双人间阴面：3100元/学期 单人间阳面：7200元/学期； 单人间阴面：6200元/学期2、床品

（1）可以全套自行准备；（2）可以购买宿舍准备的全套被褥和床品（厚被 1条，薄被 1条，床垫 1个，床单、被套和枕套各

2 件），购买费用为 500元；（3）购买床单被罩（床单、被套和枕套各 1 件），使用宿舍提供的被褥，费用 150元/套。

3、房间电量使用规定：（1）阳面单人间房间：110 度/月；阴面单人间房间：100 度/月。 阳面双人间房间：65 度/人月；阴面单人间房间：60 度/人月。（2）需要按时支付超额电费

4、公共财产（1）房间内有房间钥匙、床、衣柜、写字台、椅子、空调及遥控器等，请核对房间物品后在物资表

上签字，如有缺损，及时通知服务台。严禁随意搬动房内家具，如有损坏或遗失，需赔偿。（2）对于公共区域内的财产，如洗衣机、消防器材等，如有损坏，需赔偿。

5、电器使用（1）房内严禁使用电熨斗、电磁炉、电热毯、热得快等大功率电器，一经发现，予以没收，并视情

节予以罚款。（2）房内严禁私自乱拉电线，改变房内原有电器、线路安装等。

6、安全检查和纪律检查（1）严禁禁烟区吸烟，一经发现，将予以处罚。（2）每个月不定期将对房间进行安全检查。（3）随时进行纪律检查，禁止夜不归宿、晚归或非开放时间外出。（4）不得私自调换房间，确需调换的需提出申请，获批方可。（5）未经宿舍批准宿舍内不得留宿他人，房间或床位不得转让转租。（6）离开房间请关门、关窗、关电，注意保管房间钥匙和贵重物品。

     （7）宿舍内禁止饲养宠物、赌博、吸烟、喝酒及大声喧哗。（8）禁止携带危险易燃易爆品进入宿舍，禁止张贴分发广告。（9）禁止往窗外乱扔杂物，禁止窗外悬挂物品。

7、留学生宿舍开放时间表及会客时间（1）时间表：夏季（5.1--10.31），22:30前须回宿舍，冬季（11.1-次年 4.30），22:00前须

回宿舍。（2）会客室间：来访人员须出示有效证件并登记，须二十二点之前离开。

8、退房退房需提前 2天告知宿舍前台工作人员，办理完相应手续后方可离开。

9、对于违反住宿规定的学生，将给予警告或勒令退宿，住宿表现是奖学金评审的依据之一。校外住宿1、中文学习一学期以上，或者与直系亲属同住可以申请住在校外。2、申请住在校外的同学需先到留学生科填写《校外住宿登记表》。3、校外住宿的同学，请注意：（1）保证自己的人身和财产安全，防止不法侵害。

（2）安全使用煤气、电器，不违章用电，防范火灾。（3）遵守交通规则，注意交通安全，不驾驶无牌无照的车辆。（4）保持邻里关系和谐，不影响邻居的日常生活。（5）不非法就业，遵守中国的法律法规。（6）如果更换地址和联系方式，要及时告知留学生科。（7）保持与留学生科和老师的联系。日常生活一、购物休闲1、新世界百货和万象城步行街：学校北门对面2、佳世客：学校南门向西侧直行 800米处，路北。3、振华量贩：学校南门向西直行 400米，路南。4、银座商城：学校北门乘 53路，银座商城下车。5、三站批发市场：商品种类齐全，物美价廉，有韩国商品，在学校门口乘坐 10路公共汽车北马路下车。6、振华购物中心和振华商厦：大型购物中心，在学校门口乘坐 10路公共汽车振华百货购物中心下车。7、大润发：学校北门口有大润发购物专车。8、渔人码头鲸鲨馆：学校西门乘坐 10路、17路公共汽车在渔人码头下车。二、 交通1、市内交通发达，可以乘坐公共汽车和出租车。1>公共汽车：乘坐公共汽车一般可以到达市内的任何地方。

乘坐公交车有两种付费方式：A.自动刷卡式（阳光卡，节约费用）；B.现金付款式。

乘车时请尽量备好零钱，阳光乘车卡可以在中国光大银行办理，办理时需携带护照。2>出租车：标准客运出租车为起步 3 公里 8元钱，超过三公里根据车型跳价不同，一般根据计价器付款。车辆燃油费需另付 1.6元钱。

付款时请索要出租车票。如对付费有疑问或有东西丢失，可拨打 6245616。2、火车/高铁：校门口乘坐 17路公共汽车终点站下车，出租车 30 分钟左右可到达火车站。3、飞机：乘出租车 50 分钟左右可以到达飞机场。4、船：乘出租车 20 分钟左右可以到达码头。三、其他1、书店：新华书城是烟台市最大的书店。您可以乘坐 10路，华联商厦下车，路南。学校校园内、学校周边也有一些小型书店。2、饭店：地道鲁菜餐厅、各色中餐厅、韩餐厅、日式餐厅、西餐厅可供选择。3、冲洗照片：校内校外开有多家照相馆，可冲洗照片。4、医院诊所：1>烟台大学附属医院在学校附中旁边，从北门向北直走约 150米即可。2>烟台山医院，乘 17路公共汽车烟台山医院下车。3>毓璜顶医院，乘 10路车在振华购物中心下车，南行 3 分钟。4>光华医院，学校南门西行约 1200米，路南，佳世客斜对面。6、学校东门的海滨路是散步的好去处,校内有篮球场、排球场等运动场所。7、东方航空：95530 中国国际航空：95583韩亚航空：400-650-8000 大韩航空：4006588888

Admissions RequirementsRules for International Students1. Work hard and positively; carefully complete study assignments. 2. Abide by the school rules, as well as the laws and regulations of China. 3. Respect teachers and the school staff, and obey public virtue and the customs in China. 4. Have a courteous manner and pay attention to the hygiene. Maintain the campus environment and the normal order of teaching, learning and living. 5. Unite with and respect classmates; uphold the friendship among people from all the nations. Do not have religion activities or religion party within campus. 6. Without permission of authorities and Law enforcement agencies, activities such as publishing, association, procession and demonstration etc are not allowed. 7. Without permission of the University, do not paste, or distribute publicity materials.8. Behaviors that interfere school order are forbidden such as gambling, alcohol abuse, assault, drug abuse and trafficking.

General Registration Ⅰ. In order to register, the following documents are needed:

1. Valid passport2. Application form for foreign students in Yantai University3. Five recently taken 4. 5 x 3. 5cm full-face color photographs as in your passport;4. Original copy of the physical examination record (if any);5. Related expenses (pay by cash or debit card)6. Other materials

Ⅱ. The Time and Place of Registration1. Registration Time

(1) The registration time should be the date published by the school; if anyone who couldn’t report before the date, then a written explanation should be handed in to the International Students Section within a week.(2) Reception from 8:30-16:00 on check-in date(s)；reception from 8:30-11:00, 14:00-16:00 after check-in date(s).(3) All the students are required to finish the registration and payment formalities within two weeks after term begins, otherwise, you will be treated as abandoning your school roll out of your own will.

2. Registration PlaceFirst go to International Students Affairs Office (Room 113) in the YUXIU Building, and then report at the designated place in accordance with the registration process. Ⅲ. Registration Procedures1. The following procedures are for the freshmen:

(1) To check passports, visas and other personal information(2) To get your new student ID and registration information(3) To pay the registration fee, tuition fee, insurance premium, campus card fee(4) To make an appointment to handle with the physical examination and Residence Permit(5) To have a language level test, fill in the registration card, apply for a student card, buy textbooks and confirm the timetable

Payment and Refund of Tuition Fees1. The tuition fee should be paid in a lump sum at the registration.2. Those students who have applied for and finished the withdrawal procedures could ask for tuition refund

according to the following standards:(1). To full refund to those who have completed the withdrawal procedures before the new term and not

applied for the residence formalities; to refund 90% tuition fee to those who have applied for the residence formalities.

(2). To refund 70% tuition fee to those who have conducted the withdrawal procedures within two weeks of the new term.

(3). Tuition fee will NOT be refund after two weeks of the new term.

Certificates ApplicationIf you want to apply for transcript, course certificate, school letter, academic certificates and certificate of quitting school, please go to the International Students Affairs Office (Room 113).

Rewards and Punishment1. Those who comply with the laws and regulations of China and Yantai University, strive to learn, respect teachers, get along well with others and get good grades can apply for scholarships and the specific assessment methods and time shall be further noticed.2. Those who violate the laws and regulations of China and Yantai University will be punished in accordance with the specific circumstances. The punishments are given to different degrees from warning to suspend or cancel scholarship, deprive of dormitory accommodation qualification and even request to drop out of school.

Apply for a Foreigners Residence Permit in China1. Foreign students need the student visa to enter China and those whose studying time in China is over 180 days should apply for a residence permit.2. The materials for applying a residence permit for foreigners are as follows:Provided by the university:

care Center, Entry-Exit Inspection And Quarantine The People’s Republic Of China)3. The foreign students should complete the following things when they report at each new semester according to the school schedule:

(1). To do physical examination in Yantai International Travel Health-care Center.(2). To apply for a residence permit at Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Yantai City.

4. The relevant expenses for the foreign students' residence permit is to be paid by the students themselves.

Study management Ⅰ. Course Selection1. Students whose class curricula have been arranged selective courses select classes voluntarily.2. Students can have auditions for the selective courses during the first and second week of the new semester and then select and drop courses on-line from Monday to Friday in the third week. Please don’t alter them casually in case they shall be forgotten.

4. New students can come to the International Students Affairs Office to learn how to select and drop courses from 16 o’clock to 17 o’clock in any weekdays in the third week.Ⅱ. Class Grouping1. After enrollment, new students will have a Chinese test and be grouped into different classes according to their levels.2. Language learning students can have auditions and apply for changing class level in the first week. Students registering late can do the same within 3 days after registration. Students are not allowed to change to a class of the same level.3. Students can only change classes for once every semester.4. If you need to change class, please contact the teacher in charge of Teaching Affairs first.Ⅲ. The class discipline and attendance1. Please don’t be late or leave early. Don’t be absent without leave permission. Those who cannot attend class (excluding acute disease or emergencies) must ask for leave permission of the teacher first and go through the relative formality. Those who ask for sick leaves need submit medical records and those who ask for leaves for personal affairs need to a detailed explanation. The teacher will decide whether to grant it depending on the facts.(1). Students within 3 days’ leave (including 3 days) must write the note for leave with the head teacher’s approving signature and then submit to the course teacher via the monitor before class as an attendance proof. (2). Students with over 3 days’ but within a week’s leave must write the note for leave with the dean’s approving signature and then submit to the course teacher via the monitor before class as an attendance proof.(3). Students with the leave for a week to a month must write the note for leave with the dean’s approving signature and then submit to the course teacher via the monitor before class as an attendance proof.(4). Those who fail to ask for leave for special reasons must make a compensation in time according to the discipline (1) (2) (3), so that the course teacher can alter the attendance record according to the note for leave.2. Students whose absence is over 30% of the curriculums of a semester will be canceled the qualification of exam without the graduate certificate.(1). Absence without asking for a leave or without the leave permission during semester shall be dealt with the punishment of truancy and the amount of truancy depend on the amount of actual absence. (2). Those who late for class or leave early over 10 minutes for no reason will be punished as truancy.(3). The amount of leaves for personal affairs * 50% = the amount of truancy.(4). The amount of sick leaves *30% = the amount of truancy. Ⅳ. Retake and retardation1. Students must retake those compulsory courses they failed (below 60) and observe the discipline of concerning attendance checking.Notes: If the time of retaking courses conflicts with other courses’ time, with the conflicting course below 30%, students can learn with a certificate issued by the Department of Educational Administration.2. Students must stay at the previous level of study if they fail 40% or above of the basic Chinese language courses (including the basic required courses of subjects in the first and second semester) in a semester.Notes: The selective courses having been selected and passed will be approved as credits and don’t need to learn again.3. Students retaking courses must go through the formalities in the second week of the new semester in the International Students Affairs Office (Room 113, the Office Building).Ⅴ. Course certificate1. Those who won’t continue learning after a semester’s advanced study of language should provide an application to the head teacher in person with a recent, one-inch and bareheaded photograph for the course-completing certificate.

About LifeRules and Notes for International Students Living on Campus1. Please provide personal passport and pay for the lodging each semester with 500 yuan as the deposit when checking in; When checking out, fees will be returned according to the receipt. Please consult the dormitory of international students to know more about other fee standards and concerning disciplines. 2. Bedding(1). You can prepare by yourselves;(2). You can pay 500 yuan for a set of bedding provided by the dormitory (a thick quilt, a thin quilt, a mattress, 2 sheets, 2 quilt covers and 2 pillowcases);(3). You can purchase sheets and quilt covers (1 sheet, 1 quilt cover and 1 pillowcase) and bedclothes provided by the dormitory, which cost 150 yuan per set.3. Regulations for Electric Quantity of the Dormitory:(1). Single Room on the sunny side: 110 degrees per month; Single Room on the shade side: 100 degrees per month. Double- Room on the sunny side: 65 degrees per person per month; Double- Room on the shade side: 60 degrees per person per month.(2). You need to pay the excessive electric charge on time.4. Public Property(1). Please sign your name on the material list after checking the objects, including the key to the room, bed, wardrobe, writing desk, chair, air-conditioner, remote-controller and so forth in the room. Please inform the service counter if there is any defect. You mustn’t move the furniture casually. Or you need to pay if there is any defect or loss. (2). You need to pay if there is any defect of the public properties such as washing machine, fire equipment and so on.5. The Usage of Electric Equipment(1). High-power electric equipment such as electric iron, induction cooker, electric blanket, quick heater and so on are prohibited in the dormitory. Once found, you will suffer a confiscation and even be fined depending on the seriousness.(2). Behaviors such as running wires in chaos, altering the original electric equipment and wiring work and so forth are prohibited in the dormitory.6. Safety-check and Discipline Inspection(1). (1) 개학전에 퇴학수속을 완성했지만 거류수속을 못하는 경우 모든 학비를 환급할 수 있다 . 거류수속을 이미 24

증명서 발급성적표,수료증,재학증명서,학업증명서,퇴학증명서,전학증명서,휴학신청서 등을 유학생 종합 사무실에서 신청한다.

보상과 처벌1. 중국법규와 학교,학원 각항의 규정을 엄격히 준수하고 열심히 공부하며 교수와 학교 직원을 존중하고 우수한 성적을 거둔 학생은 장학금을 신청할 수 있다. 구체적인 심사방법과 시간은 따로 통지한다.

2. 중국법규 및 학교 규정을 위반한 학생은 관련된 기관의 구체적인 상황에 따라 처벌된다 .개별적 구체적인 정황에 따라서 경고처분,장학금 취소, 교내 기숙사에 숙박자격 취소처분등을 한다 . 더 심각한자에게는 퇴학 처분을 내린다.

입원의료 4000005.보험책임보험책임 기간 내（이번 보험 효력발생일부터 종료일까지 기간내 ）에 본사는 아래와 같은 보험책임을 부담한다.1、 사망보험책임피보험자가 의외사고 또는 질환(SARS 포함)으로 인하여 사망한 경우, 본사는 약정된 보험금을 지급하고, 보험책임을 종료한다.2. 의외장애보험책임피보험자가 의외사고로 하여, 사고발생 180 일 이내에 해당 사고로 하여 본 첨부 계약에 첨부된 <인신보험장애평가기준>에 열거된 장애를 초래한 경우, 본사는 해당 기준에 규정한 평가원칙에 따라 장애 항목에 대해 평가를 진행하며, 별도 약정이 있는 경우 외, 본사는 평가 결과에 해당하는 기준에서 규정한 지급 비례에 보험금액을장애보험금액을 곱하여 의외장애보험금을 지급한다. 치료가 완료되지 않은 경우, 사고 발생일부터 180 일되는 날의 신체상황에 따라 장애 평가를 진행하며, 이에 근거하여장애장애 의외장애보험금 을 지급한다.장애장애장애장애장애장애장애피보험자가 동 의외사고로 인한 장애 및 지난 번 장애를 합하여 장애정도가 비교적 엄중한 항목이 해당되는 의외장애보험금을 받을 수 있는 경우, 비교적 엄중한 장애항목 기준에 의하여 보험금을 지급한다. 단, 지난 번 이미 지급한 의외장애보험금(보험 가입 전, “장애인신보험 장애평가기준”에기재된 장애가 이미 발생했거나 면책항목에 해당될 경우, 외외장애보험금이 지급된 것으로 간주한다)을 공제하여야 한다.피보험자의의외장애보험금누계 지급액은 피보험자의장애보험액에 한한다. 누계 지급액이 보험액에 도달하면, 피보험자에 대한 보험책임이 해제된다.피보험자의 의외장애, 의외사망, 질환으로 초래한 사망 보험금의 누계 지급액은 대응하는 보험액에 한한다.3. 의외상해의료보험책임피보험자가 의외사고를 당하고, 사고발생 180 일 이내에 치료를 받을 경우, 보험회사는 피보험자가 실제로 지불한 합리적 의료비용의 100%로 의외상해의료보험금을 지급하며, 누계 지급액은 약정된 보험금에 한한다. 피보험자가 한번 또는 여러번 의외상해의료사고가 발생하는 지를 막론하고, 보험자는 상기 규정에 따라 “의외상해의료보험금”을 지급한다. 단, 누계 지급액은 피보험자의 보험금에 한한다. 누계 지급액이 피보험자의 보험금에 달할 경우, 피보험자에 대한 보험회사의 책임은 종료된다.4. 외래 및 응급진료 보험책임피보험자가 질병으로 인하여 외래진료 및 응급진료를 받아 치료비용이 발생할 경우, 매 보험기간 내일일 정액은 600 위안이며, 누계로 지급기준액 650 위안 초과한 부분에 대해 보험회사는 85%를 지급하며, 누계 지급액은 보험금액은 20000위안에 한한다. 누계 지급액이 보험금액에 달할 경우, 피보험자에 대한 보험책임은 종료된다.외래 및 응급진료 보험책임은 일반 외래진료, 응급진료, 통원수술, 응급관찰, 응급구조 관련된 비용, 국립병원 또는 보건방역기관에서 증명을 제공한 전염병으로 인한 격리동안의 관련 비용, 및 입원치료와 동일한 병인(病因)으로 인한 입원 전후 발생비용 등에 적용된다. 해당 정책에 의해 다음과 같이 적용된다관련된 정책요구에 따라:약물 복용량: 급성질환 3 일, 만성질환 7 일, 1 일 정액: 1 일 최고 비용한도지급기준액: 본 보험 종류의 지급기준액은 650 위안이며, 지급기준액 이하 부분은 보험금을 지급하지 않는다.5 입원치료보험책임피보험자가 의외사고 또는 보험가입서류 효력 발생 후 질환(SARS 포함)으로 인하여 병원의 진단을 받아 입원치료를 받게 될 경우, 본 회사는 피보험자가 실제 지불한 간병인비용(하루 150위안 이하, 누계 30 일), 병력 작성비용, 난방비용, 에어컨비용, 침대비용(하루 300위안 이하), 검진검사비용, 특수검사치료비용, 수술비용, 약물비용, 치료비용, 화학분석비용, 방사성요법 비용 등 합리적인 의료비용에 대하여, 100%로 “입원의료보험금”을 지급한다.

피보험자가 한번 또는 여러번 입원치료를 받는지를 막론하고, 본 회사는 규정된 금액범위 내에 한해 보험금을 지급한다. 각 항목누계 지급액이 보험금액에 달할 경우, 해당 보험책임이 종료된다.(www.lxbx.net)

수업관리Ⅰ. 수강신청1. 시간표에서 선택 과목이 있는 반의 학생은 스스로 수강신청을 한다.2. 개강후의 제 1,2주에 선택과목 교실에 가서 시청강의를 들을 수 있다 . 제 3주의 월요일부터 일요일까지 전문사이트에서 수강신청 및 수업 취소를 진행한다 . 신청기간안에 신청과 취소를 진행해야 한다. 시간을 넘기면 모두 신청이 무효로 된다.3.  아이디와 비밀번호는 학번이다.(잊어 버리지 않도록 변경시키지 마세요)4.  신입생은 제 3주 오후 4~5시에 유학생종합사무실에 가서 수강신청 및 취소를 할 수 있다.Ⅱ. 분반1. 신입생은 입학한 후에 테스트를 거쳐 중국어 수준에 따라 다른 반에서 공부한다.2. 언어연수생은 개강한 후 제 1주에 시청강의를 듣고 반을 바꿀 수 있다. 동급의 반 사이에 반을 바꿀 수 없다.3. 학기마다 반은 1번만 바꿀 수 있다.4. 반을 바꾸려면 먼저 교무선생님에게 연락해 보고 신청서를 작성해야 한다.Ⅲ. 수업기율 및 출석1. 지각, 조퇴, 무단 결석을 금지한다. 개인 사정으로 수업을 못 하는 경우(급병,긴급사고 제외) 미리 청가를 해야 한다 . 질병으로 청가를 신청하는자는 병력서를 제시해야 한다.개인 적인 일로 청가를 신청하는자는 자세적인 사유를 설명해야 한다. 선생님은 상황에 따라 허가여부를 결정한다.(1)3 일 이내(3 일 포함)를 신청하는 경우 학생은 휴가 신청서를 작성하고 담임 선생님이 서명한다. 수업하기

전에 반장은 강의를 담당하는 선생님에게 제출하고 출석기록으로 처리한다.(2)3 일 초과 1주 이내를 신청하는 경우 학생은 휴가 신청서를 작성하고 학부장은 서명한다 . 수업하기 전에

(1) 재학기간동안 휴가를 신청하지 않거나 허락없이 결석하면 무단 결석으로 간주한다 . 결석시수는 실제적으로 수업을 하지않은 시수로 계산한다.

(2) 매번 수업할 때 무단 지각, 조퇴의 시간이 10 분이상이 경과한 경우 한 시수에 무단 결석으로 간주한다.(3) 개인휴가*50%=결석시수(4) 병가*30%=결석시수

Ⅳ. 재수강 및 유급1. 시험 성적이 불합격한 필수 과목이 있는 경우 반드시 재수강해야 한다 . 재수강할 때 관련된 출석규정에 따라 해야 한다.주:재수강과목의 수업시간은 다른 수업시간과 겹치면 겹치는 시수가 30%이하인경우에는 교무사무실에서 증명서를 신청할 수 있다.

2. 중국어 언어기초과목(제 1,2 학년의 기초 필수과정 포함)이 한학기에 40%이상(40%포함) 불합격하는.주:이미 합격된 선택 과목을 다시 공부할 필요는 없다.

3. 재수강 과목이 있다면 개학한 후 제 2주에 유학생 종합 사무실(育秀빌딩 113호)에 가서 재수강 수속을 해야한다.

Ⅴ 수료증1. 어학연수 1 학기를 마치고 계속하지 않을 경우 학기 끝나기 1달 전에 담임선생님에게 수료증을 신청하고 사진 한장을 제출한다.

2. 수료증 발급표준 : 지정된 학기과정을 완성하고 시험성적에 합격한다.

생활교내 숙박 1. 입주할 때 여권을 재출해야한다. 숙박료는 한학기 단위로 내야한다. 보증금은 RMB 500원 이고 체크아웃때 영수증으로 반환받는다.한 학기 입주 기준:2인실(남향): 3600위안/학기; 2인실(북향): 3100위안/학기1인실(남향): 7200위안/학기; 1인실(북향): 6200위안/학기

2. 침대용품(1) 스스로 준비할 수 있다.(2) 기숙사 준비한 한 세트 침대용품(두꺼운 이불 1, 차렵이불 1, 침대깔개 1,침대 시트,이불속 및 베갯잇 각각 2)을 구입할 수 있다. 비용은RMB 500원이다.

(3) 기숙사가 준비한 침대깔개와 이불속을 사고 기숙사 제공한 이불을 쓴다.비용은RMB 150원이다.3. 전기량 사용규정:(1) 남쪽 1인방:110도/달,북쪽 1인방:100도/달남쪽 2인방:65도/인/달,북쪽 2인방:60/인도/달 제공한다.

(2) 지정한 시간대로 초과 전기비용을 내어야 한다.4. 공동 재산

(1) 방안에 열쇠, 침대, 옷장, 테이블, 의자, 에어컨, 리모컨 등이 있다. 방안에 있는 물품을 체크하고 물품 리스트에 서명한다. 부족하거나 파손한 상황이 생기면 즉시 카운터에 알려야한다 . 마음대로 가구를 옮기는 것을 금지한다.파손하거나 분실하는 경우 배상해야 한다.

(2) 공공지역에 있는 재산(세탁기,소방기재)등을 아껴야한다. 파손하는 경우 배상해야 한다.5. 전기 기구 사용

(1) 기숙사 안에 전기다리미, 전기장판, 전기난로 등 고성능의 전열기구 사용을 금지한다.발견되면 압수하고 상황에 따라 처분한다.

(2) 기숙사 안에 원래 있는 전기, 송전 선로를 변동시키는 행위를 금지한다.6. 안전체크 및 기율검사

(1) 금연구역에서 담배를 피는 자는 처벌 받는다.(2) 달마다 불시에 안전 체크를 실시한다.(3) 수시로 기율검사를 실시한다.외박,늦게 돌아오거나 출입금지시간 외출하는 행위등을 금지한다.(4) 함부로 방을 바꾸는 행위를 금지한다. 방을 바꾸려면 신청하고 승인을 받아야 바꿀 수 있다.(5) 승인없이 다른사람을 유숙하는 행위를 금지한다 . 방 혹은 침대를 다른 사람에게 전대하는 행위를 금지한다.

(6) 방을 나설때는 문,창을 닫고 전기를 끊어야 한다. 열쇠 및 귀중한 물품을 잘 보관해야 한다.(7) 기숙사에 애완 동물을 기르지 못한다. 도박, 흡연, 음주, 고성방가를 금지한다.(8) 인화,위험물질의 반입을 금지하고,광고지를 붙이는 행위를 금지한다.(9) 창문밖으로 함부로 내버리는 행위를 금지하고, 창문밖에 물건을 걸지 못한다.

7. 유학생 기숙사의 개방시간 및 면회시간(1) 시간표:여름(5.1-10.31)22:30전에 기숙사로 돌아가야 한다.

겨울(11.1-4.1)22:00전에 기숙사로 돌아가야 한다.(2) 면회시간:방문자는 유효한 증명서를 제시하고 등재해야 한다.22:00전에 떠나야 한다.

8. 체크아웃체크아웃할 때는 이틀전에 미리 기숙사 직원에게 통지해야 한다. 관련된 수속을 다 하고 떠나갈 수 있다.

9. 기숙사 규정을 위반하는 학생에게는 경고하거나 기숙사 입주 자격 취소 처분을 한다 . 기숙사의 규정 준수 여부도 장학금 심사요건의 하나가 된다.

교외 숙박 31

1. 중국어를 공부한지가 1년을 넘거나 직계 친족과 같이 사는 자는 교외 숙박을 신청할 수 있다.2. 교외 숙박을 신청하는 학생은 먼저 유학과에 가서 <교외숙박등록표>를 기재해야 한다.3. 주의사항은 아래와 같다

(1) 자신의 신변과 재산안전을 확보한다.(2) 가스,전기기구를 안전하게 사용한다.규정에 따라 전기를 사용한다. 방범과 화재를 대비한다.(3) 교통규칙을 준수한다. 번호판과 면허가 없는 차량을 운전하지 않는다. (4) 동네 사람과 사이좋게 지내고 동네 사람의 일상 생활에 영향을 끼치지 않는다.(5) 불법적으로 취직하지 않는다.중국의 법률규정을 준수한다.(6) 주소와 연락처의 변동시 유학생과 선생님에게 알린다.(7) 유학생과 선생님과 연락을 유지한다.
