Rules and Regula�on 比賽規則及比賽章程

1. 由於場地限制，每位參賽者只可由最多一位成人陪同(家長或監護人)。 2. 未經主辦單位同意，場內所有人不得擅自到台前。如不依照指示，將被取消資格。 3. 由於比賽者人數所限，比賽申請會以先到先得形式處理。未能成功報名本會不會收取任何費用。 4. 截止日期於 2018 年 3 月 30 日，逾期遞交、有錯漏或資料不全之表格，本會保留權利不接納其參申請。

請確保信件郵資充足，如有郵資不足情況，本會將收取每郵件$50 手續及行政費。 5. 比賽時間會在 2018 年 4 月 5 日在本會網頁 www.iyacc.org 公佈。 6. 每一組均設冠、亞、季軍及優異獎。比賽結束後進行頒獎，冠、亞、季軍可獲獎杯乙個；優異獎可獲奬牌乙個。每位參賽者均可獲得嘉許證

書。所有獎項一經領取，如有損壞或遺失，將不獲補發。 得奬者可另外申請奬杯作為學校存放用途。

7. 如出現同分，每一組獎項便會多於一個。例如:參賽者 A 參賽者 B 一起獲得 100 分的話，參賽者 A 和 參賽者 B 會一同獲得冠軍。 8. 曲目級別會個別進行比賽，例如: [英國皇家音樂學院考試曲目組 1 級] 為一組; [自選曲目組 1 級]為一組。 9. 參賽者於比賽時須按已提交的樂曲演奏。截止日期後申請轉樂曲須繳付手續費$50，新轉換的曲目與支票必須在 2018 年 3 月 30 日前寄出。 10. 請提早 15 分鐘到比賽場地報到，遲到及缺席一律不設補賽。 11. 比賽分時段進行，參賽者及其家長只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場。 12. 本機構只提供鋼琴。其他樂器及工具需自備到場。如有損壞或損失，主辦機構概不負責。 13. 在比賽場地內，不准吵鬧､打架､喧嘩､奔跑及造成滋擾影響比賽進行。不得帶食物進場，不得亂拋垃圾及不遵守工作人員指示。

一經發現，本機構立即取消與其相關的參賽資格。 14. 比賽結果以本機構評判之決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議否則將被取消資格。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。 15. 所有參加人士均需小心看管個人財物，如有任何遺失，主辦機構概不負責。

16. 所有參加人士應注意自身及在場其他人士之安全，如發生任何意外事件，主辦機構將不會承擔任何責任。 17. 本機構有權更改比賽章程、規則及賽事安排包括更改日期、地點，而無須事先通知，如有任何爭議，本機構擁有最終決定權。 18. 所有被主辦機構收取的個人資料將予保密。本機構保留權利可將比賽或得獎者資料、相片或作品用於與本比賽有關的推廣活動，包括但不

限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。 19. 請詳閱比賽規則及比賽章程；一經報名，參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。任何情況下，報名費繳交後將不獲退

還。 20. 以上比賽規則及比賽章程, 如有違規者，本機構有權取消該參賽者的比賽資格。 本人已仔細閱讀並了解比賽規則及比賽章程，並願意無條件遵守有關規定及接受評委會一切決定。
