ORIENTATION ON CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
POLICY AND ACCREDITATION FOR REGIONS 12, 13 AND ARMM
To: Schools Division Superintendents This Region
1. Pursuant to DM-CI-2018-00353, the National Educators Academy of the
Philippines (NEAP) will be conducting the Orientation on Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) Policy and Accreditation for Regions 12, 13 and ARMM on November 19-23 at Phela Grande Hotel, General Santos City.
2. This activity aims to promote and support the professional development and
growth of teachers and in accordance with the provisions of RA 10912 or the Continuing Professional Development Act of 2016 and to help administrators, teachers
and other educators improve their professional knowledge, competence, skill, and effectiveness.
3. The required participants to join the Orientation are the following. They areexpected to disseminate the information to their respective governance levels.

afternoon snack will be the last meal to be served on the last day, November 23, 2018.
6. Board and lodging shall be charged against NEAP-HRD Funds while
transportation and other incidental expenses of the target participants shall be charged against their local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
7. All participants who will travel or render services during the conduct of this activity that will fall on weekend, holiday/special non-working holiday may avail
themselves of Compensatory Time Off (CTO) in accordance with the Civil Service
Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2015 (3.2 4.8).
