Dengan terintegrasinya pasar Asean menjadi satu, maka akses yang lebih luas dan lebih mudahuntuk bekeja di Negara-negara ASEAN, pekerja terdidik dan tersertefikasi dari Indonesia bebasuntuk memilih bekerja di Negara anggota asean, begitupun sebaliknya, kemudian transfer ofknowledge/expertise akan semakin mudah karena adanya peraturan yang mengharuskan tenagakerja asing terampil yang bekerja di Indonesia memiliki tenaga pendamping dari Indonesia
