    The first opening screen. If close command is sensed

    door runs to closing. If close command is not sensed,

    door runs to opening.

    Door status is showing on second line of LCD

    On this screen, If Menu Right button is pressed along to

    3 sec, Parameter Menu will be shown.

    If Menu Left button pressed along to 3 sec, Recognition

    mode is running.

    Input voltage is shown.

    Motor is controlled by buttons on board

    If menu left button is pressed, door will be opened.

    If menu right button is pressed, door will be closed.

    Input status is shown on that screen. If input is sensed

    you can see X. And You can see input status with

    indicator leds on board.

    RECOGNITION

    P:10 cm

    Door is fully opened by recognition speed, then it starts

    for closing and position is shown on screen. If position of

    door is wrong, you need to change motor parameters.

    Close: No demo mode

    Open Slow,Normal, Fast: Demo mode - open

    and close waiting time

    Op/Cl Signal: Open signal is needed to open door. Close

    signal is needed to close door. Close Signals: Close signal

    will close door, if no close signal, door will be opened.

    Enkoder pulse parameter. This parameter is

    effect to velocity. If door length and speed is

    wrong on learning mode, you must to checked.

    PID P control parameter. If value increases,

    shaking will increase. Speed jumps is seen.

    OPEN CONTACT: If OPEN/CLOSE input is set to 1,

    command will be run.

    CLOSE CONTACT: If OPEN/CLOSE input is set to 1,

    command will be run.

    FULL AUTO: skate zone and speed parameter values is

    included

    TELESCOPIC: Skate zone and peed parameters is not

    If motor cable is wrong, you can change

    movement side from this parameter.

    RIGHT

    If motor is running truely, but position is not

    change, may be encoder side is wrong. You can

    change it from this parameter.

    QUIT MENUIf Up button is pressed, save and quit menu. If

    menu is admin type, you will be admin again

    when you enter menu again.

    ADMIN QUITIf Up button is pressed, save and quit admin

    menu. If you enter again, that time menu is

    limited.

    OBSTRUCTION CONT

    1. Menu right button is pressed by 3 sec for entering the parameter menu.

    2. Menu right and left button is used to scroll through parameters.

    3. Press up button to increase parameter value, and press down button to decrease parameter value.

    4. Cut off input voltage from board for entering admin menu. And turn on board while up and down

    button is pressed.

    Warnings1. 18V to 22V AC input is suitable for running system. Other wise system does not run at full performance.

    2. Motor must be 24V brushed DC with gear and encoder. Motor power can be 200W at maximum.

    Please call company for over.

    3. Motor gear ratio and encoder parameters must be true. If door length and velocity is wrong, you must change

    parameter values on menu.

    4. Pressure force should not increase excessive. Our company can not be held responsible. Because it could

    cause serious injury

    5. Input signals should not over 28V DC.

    1. Obstruction protocol: When door sensed obstacle at traditional methot, door velocity wants to increase

    motor voltage according to PI algorithm. If obstruction force is big, door does not sense obstacle. It means

    obstacle is exposed to maximum force. At the Konel control board, door speed is decreased to minimum when

    door sensed obstacle. If door movement is continued, motor is running at slowly until close the door. If door

    movement is not continued, motor is stopped and door is opened back and board gives alarm.

    2. Obstruction point is get memory. When position is at that point, motor speed is slow down while passing that

    point. Then If door position is passed that point, door will run normally speed and stop the alarm.

    3. Strain and abrasion can be prevented by skate closing algorithm while running at skate zone. Skate open and

    close speed parameters are important factor in this specification.

    4. Motor will continue to run while position information is zero but door is not at zero position. In that time

    motor speed is door open speed. In real zero zone, system looks motor current and encoder information and

    then motor stops and system takes reference of zero point. So settings do not shift.

    5. Motor and encoder sides are wrong, you can change sides on software.

    6. In encoder fault, door runs at slow speed and gives alarm while running. If encoder fault is fixed, door is

    running normal mode.

    7. In classic control board, If board energy is turn off and door is opened by manual, motor runs as generator. So

    motor gives energy to board. this energy can damage materials. In Konel Door Board, We prevent this fault.

    TroubleshootingTurn on and motor doesnt move. All leds are

    inactive.

    1. Check the fuses.

    2. Some leds are active, Motor driver must be damaged.

    Turn on, leds and lcd are active but motor doesnt

    move.

    1. Check the motor and encoder cables.

    2. Check the Motor speed parameters.

    3. Check the KP and KI parameters.

    Door is running uncontgrolled. Door is hitting

    hard.

    1. Check the encoder and be sure running correctly

    2. check the motor and encoder cable directions.

    3. Check the KP and KI parameters.

    Door is opening slowly at some floor. Out door mechanism may force the motor. Obstruction protocole

    is running. For this fault, you need to increase obstruction

    parameter. If this fault is given at every floor, you need to learning

    mode. And increase parameters to %20.

    Buzzer is alarmed while closing and door is

    opened back

    Check the skate zone and speed.

    Increase skate speeds.

    May increase the obstruction parameter.

    Buzzer sound of what it said. If sound is discrete, it is obstruction. And door will be opened.

    If sound is discrete and frequently, system gives encoder

    fault. and door will run slowly.

    In that time, you need to learning mode and check the

    obstruction parameters.

    Door is running but position is not change on lcd. Check the connection of encoder and motors.

    Check the motor side and encoder side on admin menu.
