Lesson 1.notebook September 10, 2015 Lesson 1: Graph of Piecewise‐Linear functions (N.Q.1, N.Q.2, N.Q.3) We will watch a video and our goal will be to describe the motion of the man. Focus on the change of elevation of the man over time. Let's stop at 1:08 and discuss it by answering the following: 1) How high do you think he was at the top of the stairs? 2) How did you estimate that elevation? 3) Were there intervals of time when his elevation wasn't changing? Was he still moving? 4)Did his elevation ever increase? When?” Let's look at the answer according to the video! Any comments????? Let's watch another video. Now in your notebook create a graph. Now compare with your group.
