Summary/Conclusion

• Worked with the Advisory Committee to:– assess the existing park, – establish a program for identifying appropriate future uses and realizing

strategic initiatives, – discussed options for accommodating the programmatic goals – selectied a preferred strategy – phased of potential development – identified individual projects in a logical implementation sequence – prepared preliminary budgetary cost estimates for each project & phase.

• Result: A Master Plan serving as organizational structure for future development, establishing criteria against which each project can be assessed for conformance with a comprehensive strategy for Lynch Park development in the future.
