· Supporting Employers with IT supports as we have nearly 1000 agents in the Call Center.

· Windows System and security Administrator: create and control users accounts, profiles and emails on the domain (using active directory)

· Deal with the most of servers types (Exchange, ISA, web server, predictive dialer, Siebel, profile server.......).

· Deal with Cisco, Nortel, and 3Com network switches.

· Deal with voice system:

A -Nortel option 61c PABX: configuring and check lines Problems.

B - Symposium Express Call Center Server: create new Agents and projects.

C - Also deal with VOIP.

· We have more than 30 project in our call center which allowed me dealing with a wide brands of applications like Siebel, NTS, Remedy user, remote applications.

Follow Up Technical Support, Raya Telecom ( Raya ADSL ) Cairo, Egypt

· Troubleshooting customer problem by checking DSLAM and our ERX Switching (juniper Router ERX 1400) which has a similar IOS as Cisco Routers And check customer's ATM interfaces configuration and monitoring customer traffic using its command line interface.

· Check many DSLAMs such as (Paradyne, Cisco, and CTCU).

· Check many routers like (Huawei, Paradyne, Speed touch, Linksys, Conexant, and ZTE & All Routers).

· Try to Find a good network solutions for companies who wants to implement a specified network Functions.

· Troubleshooting customers network problem.

· Follow up all opened tickets by technical support people, and try to solve problems that I see it may be solved by calling customer and checking with him or correcting configuration on DSALM or ERX.

· Follow up with Raya Telecom Technicians in Pops in order to solve customer problems concerning their DSL Ports in Pops.

· Supporting Starlet customers concerning their domains and mails and Dial up customers who use (Star net) free dialup number.
