2016 Marek comes to this area for the first time when he is 3,5 years old. The first thing which is attracting him, it is a group of children in different age, running around on the colourful surfaces in front of the kindergarten. He does not have many memories from this period, althought the are some things left. They used to go to the playground opening on the landscape. They used to run between young trees with small upper branches at this time. 2018 When Marek is 7 years old, he starts to go to the next-door building, which seems very spacious. The thing he liked the most is the chute and the door in front of the main entrance. During breaks, he goes to the atrium with a wall covered by the woodbine. He used to believe that there is antoher world behind this wall. Finally, his starts to see his school as quite usual. Now, he is attracted to the building in front, where he usually went to eat dinner but he has never been inside.

2023 Marek is 11. He enjoys geography. He does not like tech-nical education but it is not bothering, as it is spring, he will eat strawberries. And at the beginning of the school year there will be apples in the orchard. After lessons he usually relaxes with his classmates on external staircase below climbing wall, watching another people even out-side or inside, talking about girls. When he will be 15, he will start his studies at Gymnasium, but he will be allways happy to return here for library or just to play a football with his friends. But he knows, he will alway remember this schol in a good way. 2046 Eventhough Marek is already 34, his memories for teen-age times returns to him every time he walks his daugh-ter into this schol. Because now he knows that not only teachers, but also the environment formed his personal-ity.

This area is fully functional and almost self-sufficient. However, fully functional community and social dimension absents in this wide scale of functions. The social environment is anonymous and only a few opportunities for neighbour relations exist here.Busy streets are full of cars and therefore both underutilized public places and unused yards became a subject of our reflections, since we believe it is possible to arouse a concern for their narrow neighbourhood by means of transformation of those areas. Nowadays, park in Dunajská ulica Street is currently occupied by a restaurant. Cur-rent state of this park is actually characterized by long-time stopgap, since this park is situated on a ground that acted as children´s transportation training playground in past. In second half of past cestury, this ground functioned as a vital park, that was hosting an ice rink regularly during winter seasons. This park requires exhaus-tive revitalisation and we suggest it being integrated into municipal network of parks and recreational grounds. Our project takes into consideration priciples that already take place in this park. For example, municipal brewery acts as very impor-tant element creating conveniences for communal park. This ground is outstanding by its depth, stepping in to a internal block along with complex of high trees. Our proposal complies with these aspects ant creates a concept of four different spaces. One is a little square in front of municipal browery, another area´s function shall be a playground. I tis located between prolonged terraces of restaurant and communal lawn. This proposal also takes former ice rink into consideration.

The main idea of the Forrest school is to integrate the minimum of arti-ficial space /which contains the background functions/ into surrounding forrest and grassfields- connect it as more as is possible, so that the land-scape becomes a part of the building. Children are playing and discover-ing the world. The most important part of the school is the trrace- pro-tecting against the bad weather an at the same time offers enough space for interaction between children of different /pre-school and school/ age

This concept is individually fitted for village Hostětín. NGO aimed for sustainable development, ecology and preservation of traditions inside region of Bílé Karpaty (White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area) is in long term operation in this village. Objects aim to mediate perception of landscape as well as provid-ing stronger impulse for experience with stay in region. These objects also tend to heighten atractivity of the village by means of cultivated manners. They are not positioned in one area, but objects are layed out in countryside to provide more intimate mood that allows better and stronger contact with country side as well as the nature itself, and also to keep visitor in the village for a longer period of time. These objects facilitate visitor in walking around imminent surroundings of the village. Our concept´s purpose is also to point out to one of possibilities for sustainable development manage-ment in praxis that facilitates access to tourism industry for inhabitants.Lookout tower is situated in highly exposed place on top of hill over the village. This tower acts as attrac-tive element and strong visual accent in environment. It consists of two scenic levels. One aims to arrange a contact with woods and view of top of trees while the second one mediates view of the landscape.

This is a proposal about how to improve town Košice in Slovakia. Itwas publicated in a book Urban interventions. In this book students and architects present their ideas about small or big interventions that can positively affect living in aparticular city. This edition was for town Košice. A particular solution is not the aim of this inter-vention, we only offer a point for discussion on the potential of the unused roofs of apartment buildings (locat on, surface, panorama). Life in the city offers its residents many benefits, however it does not have the advantages which can be found in villages. One of the most important advantages of village life is the area around the house, suitable for many activities. Some of these activities can be placed on the roof. The roof offers a place to meet, relax, read, swim, have a barbecue, grow fruit and vegetables, breed chickens, do sports or sunbathe. We offer the possibility of creating a place which enhances the relationships of residents towards their apartment building and provides an atmosphere for still more activities improving the living environment. Userwise, it is half a public space, which is visually public. The place on the roof is seen from the street and from apartment buildings around, and will become an element enriching the residential area with functionally different utilizations of respective roofs.
