Select a date for your group outing.Review the Kennywood operating calendar on thefacing page. The earlier in the season you canschedule your date, the less crowded it tends to be.We suggest picking two or three possible dates.

Decide if your outing will include catering. Groups of 20 or more can purchase discount ticketswith advance registration. No pavilion is included.Groups of 50 or more can plan a catered meal atone of our park pavilions. Catering includes adelicious all-you-can-eat buffet meal plus beverageservice from an hour before until an hour after the meal. Please include 48 hours advanceregistration. No personal checks accepted.

Your Group Sales Representative will makereservations for your outing and assist you withselecting the best date, ordering tickets, purchasingfun money, and supplying promotional materials.An exact count or payment is not needed at this time.

Relax and enjoy!On the day of your event, you are able to relax andenjoy your picnic. Feel free to contact your SalesRepresentative regarding any last minute questionsor requests. Event planning has never been so easy!

Return unused tickets.Unused tickets are to be returned within two weeksof your picnic date. All invoices are net 30 with allpayments due by September 20, 2013.

Kennywood offers a Consignment Ticket Program forcompanies and organizations that don’t have a group picnicdate. The Group Consignment Ticket Program allows youto give your members the option to visit Kennywood anyday of the 2013 summer operating season at the discountprices listed below.

These tickets are issued on consignment, and a minimum of100 tickets must be purchased. Your organization isresponsible for all money collected and insures payment forall tickets not returned, including lost or stolen tickets. Final payment is due September 20th, 2013.

If you wish to extend your serving time, each additionalhour (two hour maximum) is $2.50 per guest per extrahour based on confirmed meal count.

2. Catering service is based on a minimum of 50 guests.Please note, if your group does not meet the requiredminimum, you will be charged for the minimumrequirements.

3. All catering arrangements must be confirmed at leastthree weeks in advance of your picnic. At that time weneed the following information:a) Your estimated number of guestsb) Your menu choices c) Your serving time

4. A guaranteed count for the number of guests must beplaced at least five days in advance of your outing.

5. Sorry, no rain checks.Groups that cancelafter the five-day periodwill be billed 10% lessthan their guarantee. Pleasenote, in the event of a rain out,your unused leftover food can be picked up at ourStratwood Catering facility located on Lincoln Way inWhite Oak. Prepared food can be picked up at ourStratwood kitchen within 48 hours of your event,otherwise it will be donated to the Three Rivers Food Bankon your behalf.

6. Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Agricultureregulation 46.384 - 441, we are not permitted to leaveleftover food after your catered meal is complete.

7. Sorry, organized groups may not bring outside caterers,food or beverages into Kennywood.

8. All catered events are subject to 7% Pennsylvania StateTax & 15% service charge.

9. Due to food safety concerns, leftover food cannot betaken by group members. Food is served only duringspecified times and only to group members.

GATE A - Free parking lots.

GATE B - Preferred parking. $6.00 per vehicle.

GATE C - Short term parking/drop off, and pick up.

GATE D - Free bus parking, PAT bus drop off, access to Gate 2.

GATE 2 - Picnic basket drop off.

General Info:• Please get a hand stamp at the park exit if you wish to re-enter on the same day.• Bus drivers are admitted Free with ID at Guest Relations.• Wagons, strollers, and wheelchairs can be rented at theFront Gate Gift Shop.• Guests with questions on disabilities should check with theRider Safety Center at the park entrance.• An official Height Station is located at the Rider SafetyCenter at the Front Gate.• ATM machines are at the Front Gate, Parkside Café, Lost Kennywood Gift Shop, and Kandy Kaleidoscope.• We accept all major credit cards and Travelers Cheques atGuest Relations, all gift shops, admission booths, and mostfood stands.

Park Opening & Closing Times:• Kennywood's gates open at 10:30 a.m. Attractions willopen progressively each morning beginning at 11:00 a.m.and close progressively each evening based on crowd sizeand weather.

Rides:• Park features 31 rides, including 6 coasters: 3 wooden, 2 steel, and 1 indoor.• Kiddieland has 14 rides and closes earlier than the rest ofthe park. Children must be able to walk on their own to ride. • Shirts and shoes must be worn on all rides.• Line jumping and improper behavior are causes fordismissal from the park without refund.

Food:• 18 refreshment stands and a cafeteria-style restaurantprovide many food and beverage options.• Individual picnic baskets and coolers may be brought intothe park. Picnic tables in groves are subject to availability.• Groups may not bring in an outside caterer or food for allgroup members.• Must be 21 to enter Beer Garden (ID required).

Entertainment:• Costume character visits.• Games, paddleboats, and SkyCoaster are an extra charge.
