Intercultural skills andsound knowledgeare decisive for success.

The need for managers with broad horizons and sound knowledgeis great. MiBA Master of International Business Administration(MA) imparts both.

A two-year program, the MiBA prepares students for challengingwork in international management. The MiBA grants a university

degree and allows students with above-average grades to pursuea doctorate, laying the foundation for an academic career.

The modular course spectrum focuses on three areas: basic un-derstanding, specialization and application.

Basic knowledge is imparted in foundational courses. Our goal isto broaden students horizons by providing both business know-ledge and insight into the social, political legal and economic con-ditions of international management.

When students specialize, they can choose individual areas to ex-plore in-depth.

In the application phase, MiBA students from all over the world

are organized into intercultural teams and work jointly with fo-reign universities on concrete problems in current management. They apply theory and develop intercultural and communicationskills as well as get a taste of international leadership.

The MiBA is offered in Hamburg and St. Petersburg. In Hamburg, the program is taught in German and English. In St. Petersburg, lectures are held in English only and students receive a doubledegree from Universitt Hamburg and the renowned State Uni-versity of Economics and Finance.

Cooperation with foreign universities provides MiBA studentsin Hamburg a host of other opportunities to acquire a doubledegree.
