OBJECTIVES1. To talk about how to celebrate
your successes and also learning from this year
2. To give you some ideas on what you can do with your team to celebrate it
WHY to CELEBRATE Here are some of the reasons why you should
start thinking about it in your MC:
1. It reminds you of your goal and why you set it in the first place
2. Mo;vates your team to con;nue delivering their work
3. Unifies the team around a posi;ve outcome
4. Makes your team focus on the posi;ve instead of the nega;ve
5. Builds a momentum for you and your team

WHY to also celebrate your learnings
This is the time to also make sure you and your team are also learning from the experiences
you’ve had:
1. It’s a growth opportunity for your en;ty to know what things to keep and what things to improve
2. It’s also a personal learning so then they know what are things they should have done different or in a different context
Ideas you can start using In your team
- Kick off your team meetings with some recognition
- Start making a countdown with your goals- Invite an external to facilitate the process of
evaluating your experience as a team - Share with the elect team the learning also you
had from the personal and professional experience
- Take some time with your team (go outside your office) to start thinking and evaluating your experience
