    Abstract:

The main reason a company provide a service is so that it can response to alot of customer. The reason a company wants its service earn a healthy

profit and as we all know, a service that response well earns a lot of profit

for a company. It is because of a companys desire to see its service succeedthat it spends significant amounts of money in advertising. As we all know,

it is through advertising that people come to know of the companys productor service. It is because of this that we have decided to focus our project to

    build up hotel management systems.

As far as day to day management is concerned you get a comprehensive

view of reservations, check-ins and checkouts. Checking-in guests can begiven their preferred rooms, which they had indicated on some earlier visit.

On every instance of a booking the room status is updated and customer

details get added to the database. The database records will help you managecustomer relationships quite well rather than obtaining an expensive CRM

solution. The system is built to seamlessly integrate Reservations, FrontDesk, food management, POS`s and booking system to enhance performance

greatly from increased efficiency, improved client relations and streamlinedoperations.
