1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Event Description

The NBL All-Stars vs. Golden State Warriors exhibition basketball match is to be held

on Saturday 10th October 2015 at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Victoria.

The Golden State Warriors are flying into Australia on Saturday 3rd October for a

training camp, to be held at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra, as part of

their pre-season preparation for the 2015/2016 NBA season. The franchise will

conclude their Australian visit by flying into Melbourne on Friday 9th October and

partaking in the exhibition match with the NBL All-Stars the following day.

1.2. Event Structure

The event is a joint partnership between the National Basketball League (NBL) and

Basketball Australia with the Golden State Warriors. Flash Events is the independent

event management company that has been contracted by the NBL and

Basketball Australia to facilitate the organising and operating of the event. The

National Basketball Association (NBA) is also a contributing partner, in conjunction

with the Golden State Warriors.

1.3. Flash Events

Flash Events is an independent event management company that aims to plan,

organise, operate and facilitate the best possible events.

Flash Events prides itself in delivering world-class event experiences, and has

extensive experience in the sport event landscape.

Flash Events has been contracted by the NBL and Basketball Australia, approved

by the Golden State Warriors, and will work in conjunction between the parties in

organising and implementing an effective events operation manual that will allow

the NBL, Basketball Australia and the Golden State Warriors to achieve the key

objectives they define.

1.4. Mission

The Mission of all presenting partners, including Flash Events, the NBL, Basketball

Australia and the Golden State Warriors, is:

To organise, plan and deliver a world-class sporting event to the City of

Melbourne, engaging with Australia’s basketball community and casual sporting

fans, as well as introducing basketball to Australians who are yet to follow the

sport, both nationally and globally.

1.5. Competitive Analysis

The date of Saturday 10th October has been specifically chosen to maximise

attendance and overall exposure for the event.

The exhibition match comes exactly one week after the AFL Grand Final, and

arguably when the AFL goes through one of its quieter periods of the year. Despite

being held in Sydney, the NRL Grand Final also does not pose a competitive

threat, as it will be held on Sunday 4th October.

The only potential major threat from a sporting perspective would be the A-

League. For the 2014/2015 season, Round 1 of the season occurred from 10th-12th

October 2014, and whilst the league has not released their fixtures for 2015/2016,

there is a chance that round 1 will occur on the same weekend as the exhibition

match. However, on the Saturday in round 1 of the 2014/2015 season, no match

was played in Melbourne.

Page 8: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

NBL  All-‐Stars  vs.  Golden  State  Warriors  Exhibition  Match

    Event  Operations  Manual   8

The only other potential threat to the exhibition match is Melbourne Festival 2015.

This season, the festival launches on Thursday 8th October, and goes until Sunday

25th October. Whilst the program has not been released for the festival, there is a

likelihood that one of their major nights for the festival will be on Saturday 10th

October. However, whilst there may be a clash of events on the 10th October, it is

unlikely that the target market for the exhibition match will be influenced strongly

by Melbourne Festival events.

1.6. Target Market

Basketball in Australia is a growing market, particularly the NBA and international

basketball.

The strength of interest in basketball at the moment is characterised by:

• 7 Australians currently play in the NBA: Andrew Bogut (Golden State

Warriors), Matthew Dellavedova (Cleveland Cavaliers), Patty Mills (San

Antonio Spurs), Aron Baynes (San Antonio Spurs), Dante Exum (Utah Jazz),

Joe Ingles (Utah Jazz), and Cam Bairstow (Chicago Bulls)

• Australia has the highest amount of subscribers in the world to the NBA’s

International League Pass, which is an online streaming service.

• Over the last few years, Australia has improved in international tournaments,

including a silver medal in the 2014 FIBA Under-17 World Championship

• Ben Simmons, an 18-year old from Melbourne, is currently ranked Number 1

in ESPN’s Top 100 2015 Recruiting Database, whilst Thon Maker, another

Australian, who is yet to officially sign for a College basketball program,

garners a 5-star grade an a 97/100 rating on ESPN Basketball. Both are

expected to be first-round picks in the 2016 NBA Draft.

Basketball Australia and the NBL aim to capitalise on the growing NBA interest in

Australia by integrating a successful NBA franchise with some of the NBL’s best

players, in hope that Australian fans of the NBA will gain a greater interest in

Australian home grown basketball.

2. NATIONAL BASKETBALL LEAGUE & BASKETBALL AUSTRALIA The National Basketball League (NBL) was formed in

1979 and is Australia’s premier basketball league. The

competition is currently made up of 7 Australian teams

and 1 New Zealand team:

• Adelaide 36ers

• Cairns Taipans

• Melbourne United

• Perth Wildcats

• Sydney Kings

• Townsville Crocodiles

• Wollongong Hawks

• New Zealand Breakers

Basketball Australia is the national governing body for

basketball in Australia, and is located in South

Melbourne, Victoria. Basketball Australia is responsible

for the operation of several leagues in Australia,

including the WNBL and SEABL, national teams and

national junior partnerships. Basketball Australia is also

a partner of the NBL.

2.1. Purpose

The purpose of the exhibition match for the NBL and Basketball Australia is to

generate high levels of interest and exposure in the Australian basketball market

with the influence of a high-profile team from America. The NBL’s popularity levels

have been low in recent years with struggles for attendance at games,

sponsorship and commercial revenue. An exhibition match combining some of

America’s best players with the NBL’s best players will generate large interest,

ticket sales, increased revenue, and act as a great preview for the 2015/2016 NBL

season.

Cairns Taipans. The Head Coach will be Aaron Fearne, coach of the Cairns

Taipans, who was also named NBL Coach of the Year for the 2014/2015 season. His

Associate Coach will be Dean Vickerman, head coach of the New Zealand

3. GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS The Golden State Warriors are an American professional

basketball franchise that compete in the world’s premier

basketball competition, the National Basketball

Association (NBA). The team is based in Oakland,

California, and competes in the Pacific division of the

Western Conference.

For the 2014/2015 regular season, Golden State were the

most successful team in the NBA, winning a league-best

67 games (out of 82) to secure first-seeding in the

Western Conference.

At time of writing, Golden State are currently competing in the Western

Conference Finals in the NBA Playoffs, after advancing from the conference semi-

finals. The team is lead by coach, Steve Kerr, and recently announced league

Most Valuable Player, Stephen Curry.

3.1. Purpose

The exhibition match with the NBL All-Stars is the secondary part to Golden State’s

trip to Australia – the first is a 5-day training camp, to be held at the Australian

Institute of Sport in Canberra, with the intention of gaining insight into the Australian

Institute of Sport and their basketball program and facilities, as well as a camp to

contribute to their summer pre-season.

Overall, the intention for participating in the exhibition match (as well as the

training camp) is for Golden State to increase its exposure to the Australian market,

allowing many Australians the rare chance to see the team play in person, and to

introduce many casual basketball and sporting fans to the franchise. This is also an

opportunity for Golden State to sell its merchandise, including player jerseys, shorts,

hats and other miscellaneous merchandise.

Overall, Golden State aims to become the preeminent supported team with

Australian fans.

exception of injuries and other matters in between now and the match.

athlete. Bogut is arguably the most known Australian professional basketballer,

after being drafted as the number 1 pick in the 2005 NBA Draft, and has been an

5.4. Economic impact The NBL All-stars vs. Golden State is expected to have a large economic impact for

Melbourne, especially in and around the CBD. This is due to the immense

popularity of Golden State Warriors, therefore more than just those attending the

match may also be in and around the city to try and get as close as possible to

their idols.

Economic measures include:

• Number of team members/coaching staff present

• Number of attendees and those from outside Melbourne

(country/interstate/overseas)

• Duration of the event and visit

• Total additional expenditure relating to the exhibition match

This match will provide great exposure to the City of Melbourne due to sponsorship

as well as promotional ads throughout the broadcasting. The projected number of

people attending is approximately15,000 inclusive of staff, players and coaches,

therefore a great amount of economic impact can be expected.

12. MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

12.1. Introduction

The purpose of marketing is to promote the exhibition match: NBL All-Stars vs

Golden State Warriors to fan engagement. It is vital that marketing campaign

remains consistent with the goals of the NBL:

1. Generate significant interest in NBL in Australia.

2. Create a profit for the NBL.

The primary goal of marketing is to communicate the benefits of viewing

(spectator and television) this exhibition match. To ensure there is a significant

demand for tickets, broadcasting and subsequent viewership from not just

basketball fans but the wider sporting community will require a strategic campaign

launch.

The marketing campaign is designed to:

1. Achieve maximal attendance of 14,800 at Rod Laver Arena. Melbourne has an

established basketball fan base and achieving maximal attendance will ultimately

drive fan engagement to the NBL. It is the intention of the NBL to capitalise on the

NBA’s prestige reputation. Gate sales (attendance) will help create interest in NBL

as spectators will witness first hand NBL talent and support local games.

2. Achieve 250,000 viewers through broadcast both internationally and domestic.

Reaching a larger market through television will also generate interest and also

showcase NBL talent to a much wider audience.

3. It is also important to consider the budget of the NBL and to therefore develop a

cost effective strategy. Advertising (broadcast, print, social media) is competitive

and subsequently expensive. Ultimately Flash Events will deliver a multi-layered

approach to achieve the above goals listed in an economic way.

12.2. Audience

Primary Audience Secondary Audience Tertiary Audience

Basketball Fans Sports Fans General Public

Melbourne has a particularly large fan base for basketball. The advertising campaign will target this demographic first to create more interest around the NBL. Evidence suggests that males aged between 12-30 participate in basketball socially and follow/support the NBA competition.

Melbourne boasts being a sporting capital and already hosts a multitude of different competitions e.g. Grand Prix, Tennis, Darts, etc. Therefore Melbourne has an abundance of sport enthusiasts engaging in a variety of sports.

The match will provide great entertainment regardless of sporting preference. It will showcase talent never before seen in Australia which appeals to anyone.

12.3. Campaign 12.3.1. Social Media

Facebook, Instagram and Twitter can help select a specific audience via

targeting individual profile interests. Simple advertisements will ‘pop-up’ in

Facebook, Instagram and Twitter newsfeeds as who have demonstrated interests

in basketball; NBL and NBA (see images below). For example: People who ‘like’ or

‘follow’ the NBA/NBL or particular athletes such as Andrew Bogut will receive

images as displayed below.

Page 56: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

The social media campaign will commence in conjunction with the public

announcement of the exhibition match. Flash Events will conduct weekly meetings

with the NBL Social Media department to ensure operations run efficiently.

12.3.2. Signage/Billboards

Billboards will be displayed in various locations around Melbourne: Monash

Freeway (past yarra blvd exit), Flinders Street corner and West Gate freeway

entrance. The billboards will be identical, displaying the brief details of match and

pictures of 5 high profile players (Andrew Bogut, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson –

Golden State Warriors and Josh Childress, Jordan McRae – NBL All Stars). Signs will

display similar images to the billboard but on a smaller scale. Locations for signs will

mainly include bus/tram/train stops.

Both signs and billboards will display vibrant colours and engaging text to attract

the attention of bystanders. Flash Events will work in conjunction with the NBL

Marketing sector in producing and establishing the material. This campaign will

also launch in conjunction with the social media launch.

• Flyers – Brief pamphlets handed out at various sporting events, gyms, cafes,

sport stores etc.

Newspapers – The Age, Herald Sun, The Australian, The Sydney Morning

Herald, The Daily Telegraph.

The content in these mediums will remain consistent with the billboards/signs and

social media however on a smaller scale.

13. MERCHANDISE

13.1. Products

The NBL in conjunction with Flash Events will produce a limited range of products

for the exhibition match. The products that will be on offer include: jerseys, hats,

singlets t-shirts, posters, basketballs (deflated), memorabilia (variety of products

signed by teams). Products will also be available for women and youth.

Golden State and the NBA own the rights to their merchandise which has already

been produced in large quantities and shipped worldwide. Henceforth, Golden

State will supply their original merchandise but also produce a specific catalogue

for this particular event. E.g. Singlets/Hats with “NBL All stars VS Golden State

Warriors” logos displayed. Locally owned outlets (retail and online) will pay a

licensing fee to the Golden State Warriors for on-selling merchandise.

Products will be made available to purchase online 6 months prior of match

commencement. This will align with the public announcement of the exhibition

match as well as the marketing campaign. Products will be stored at NBL

Headquarters. Products will also be shipped to Rod Laver Arena 1 week prior to

match and stored in the loading areas 1 & 2.

13.2. Match Day

It is vital that the NBL provide spectators with the opportunity to purchase

merchandise on the day of the match. Rod Laver has designated infrastructure for

merchandise stands where a variety of products can be sold. These two ‘alcoves’

Page 59: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

NBL  All-‐Stars  vs.  Golden  State  Warriors  Exhibition  Match

    Event  Operations  Manual   59

(see image below) have been designed for retail trade as they display and store

all of the products.

Merchandise Alcove location within Rod Laver Arena

There are no products in which customers will require changing rooms however

customers can be referred to for sizing guides or simply try them on over their

clothes. Flash Event will employ staff to operate these two designated

merchandise alcoves within the arena. The staff at Rod Laver Arena merchandise

points will operate from 6pm when gates open to the public and close operations

30 minutes after the match has finished. If stock should run out staff will record

customer details and report them onto Jenson Button – NBL Merchandise

Operations 0295849395 or [email protected].

Four marquees will be set up in the areas outside of Rod Laver Arena. This will help

reduce congestion inside the arena but it will also help generate more sales. Flash

Events will be responsible for the employment of the retail staff for each individual

marquee. These marques will be set up on match day by the team from outdoor

Events (hire company). The equipment and stock will be waiting at Rod Laver

Arena’s loading areas on the eastern side (see image below). Each marquee will

require 2 retail staff (8 in total) to ensure operation: one promoting/helping staff

and one working the cash register.

Retail staff will:

1) Sign in at information desk at Rod Laver to Flash Events

2) Go to loading areas and acquire each individual marquee kit + merchandise

(loaded onto trolleys)

3) Erect marquee – approximately 20 minutes

4) Display marketing materials

5) Store merchandise products into shelves and under desk

13.3. Online

Retailing products online is essential for customers who wish to purchase products

prior to match day, post match day and from areas other than Melbourne. Online

services require significantly less management and manual labour reducing costs.

‘shopify.com’ allow for user-friendly online trade services. Using template website

designs for internet coding, shopify.com simply establish a ‘shop’ element to the

webpage allowing for safe and secure purchases. Flash Events will assist in the

introduction of using shopfiy.com to NBL commercial staff to ensure operations are

smooth. Delivering goods can be done by using standard delivery with Australia

Post or DHL.

14. BROADCASTING

14.1. Introduction

Broadcasting rights are generally the biggest contributor to revenue in elite sports

(English Premier League $10 billion AUD with Sky Sports). Not only is broadcasting

pivotal for profit it also serves as the primary function of reaching a larger

audience. The NBL not only wants to generate significant income from the match

but also increase interest in the NBL on a national level. Therefore it is important

that the match is broadcasted to engage all fan bases and ultimately increase

awareness of basketball.

14.2. Television

Television broadcasters include mainly Channel 10 and Fox Sports in Australia.

There are also 3 broadcasters with direct feed to the USA and another 5 from New

Zealand and some surrounding oceanic countries that have large basketball

followings (Samoa, Thailand, Philippines). There are 22 members of the affiliated

press (Herald Sun, The Age, etc.) that will also require designated seating areas.

With Channel 10 as the current sponsor of the NBL and a major sponsor of the

exhibition match, they will have full

access to arena locations. All

broadcasters and affiliated press (32

individuals in total) will be restricted to

the eastern side of the lower courtside

area (see attached diagram).

This area will be specifically designed

for cameras and other press related

devices.

Press and broadcasters will have full

access to the match including pre

and post match interviews held inside

Rod Laver Arena. These will take place

in the press conference on the upper

eastern side (Level 3, Room 15-19). Press are restricted to interview players on

during player entrance and exits, not during breaks in play (with Channel 10 as an

exception).

Contact: Margaret Williams – NBL Press Coordinator

0465758432 or [email protected]

Williams will be responsible for ushering the press to their designated areas prior to

the start of the match. Other responsibilities include directing all press members to

and from press conference areas.

Members of the Press will:

1) Sign in at information desk to Flash Events and receive accreditation

2) Set up equipment at designated spots as mentioned above

3) Wait for Margaret Williams to assemble press staff for pre match interviews

4) Record pre match interviews with players and staff at press conference rooms

and player entrances

5) Return to designated courtside areas

6) Record match

7) Wait for Margaret Williams to assemble press staff for post match interviews

8) Return to designated areas to dismantle equipment

9) Sign off at information desk to Flash Events and return accreditation

All excess recording equipment for press and broadcasters must be discussed first.

For player and staff safety, it is a requirement that Rod Laver Arena and Flash

Events staff are notified prior to match day.

14.3. Entertainment

Pre/post-match interviews with coaches and selected players will be included in

the broadcasting rights. This will help increase fan engagement as high profile

players will be involved in creating ‘hype’ and interest about the upcoming game.

Broadcasters are responsible for supplying their own commentators, match experts

and special guests. Channel 10 as major sponsors will have full access to arena

and press conference rooms at level 3. Other broadcasters will have to conduct

interviews with commentators, etc. In designated areas.

Cheerleaders/ Dancers from Patrick Studios Australia dance school will perform

pre-game, during time outs and quarter, half and three quarter times. This will

provide the main form of additional entertainment

The national anthems of Australia and United State of America will be performed

15. CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

15.1. Sponsorship

Sponsorships are a vital component for any sporting event. A commercial

partnership adds considerable value, regardless of the nature of the contractual

obligations i.e. contra (products) or monetary (cash) sponsors. For the partnership

to be mutually beneficial, Flash Events (on behalf of the NBL) must facilitate the

sponsors’ requirements. The top priority for Flash Events is to therefore ensure that

sponsors obtain maximal brand exposure from audience members (both spectator

and broadcast). This will see the continued success for future events with the NBL

and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship is secured.

NBL Contacts:

Trent Waterhouse – Commercial Director

Malory Archer – Commercial Sales

0411222334 or [email protected]

15.2. Considerations

Golden State Warriors sponsors (Kia and Keiser Permanente) would also require

consideration as it would provide them with a chance to further expose their

business. Keiser Permanente operates as a private health insurance company in

America may therefore find any exposure in Australia redundant. In contrast, Kia

presents significant business in Australia and of course, Melbourne. It is also

important to consider Kia as a major sponsor as it would only benefit their brand in

conjunction with their partnership with Tennis Australia for the Australian Open.

Golden State may have contractual obligations with Kia and Keiser Permanente

which may require some form of exposure at the exhibition.

Page 67: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

    Event  Operations  Manual   67

15.3. Major Partners

15.3.1. Melbourne (Victorian Government) – Premier Partner

It is common for ‘Melbourne’ to

sponsor particular sporting events

in order to gain exposure

internationally and domestically.

For example the Melbourne Grand

Prix develops significant viewership

internationally showcases Melbourne’s tourist hot spots. Audiences in America,

New Zealand and neighbouring pacific nations will observe Melbourne as a

potential travel destination (holiday or business).

Contact: Melinda Vickers – Victorian State Commercial Department

0411222444 or [email protected]

15.3.2. Westpac Bank – Major Partner

It is also common for banks to partner with

sporting events to gain greater exposure to a targeted market.

E.g. NAB bank promotes their home loan interest rates for young families during the

AFL competition. Westpac is the only major bank that does not already have

noteworthy alignment with a major sport. ANZ have the rights to elite netball

competition in Australia and New Zealand while the Commonwealth Bank have

entrenched rights with Cricket Australia. Westpac Bank would be a suitable

candidate as a premium sponsor for the exhibition match and could potentially

carry this relationship through to the NBL season.

Page 68: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

15.3.3. Channel 10 – Broadcast Partner

Channel 10 already sponsor the NBL and would be

suitable for the exhibition match. Product alignment has

establishment Channel 10 as the Australian home of

basketball. Sponsorship with Channel 10 also provides

opportunity for the NBL to further promote the event via

broadcast media.

Contact: Ben Smart – Channel 10 Marketing Advisor

045689345 or [email protected]

15.4. Sponsorship package

As major sponsors, Melbourne, Westpac and Channel 10 will receive the following

sponsorship packages:

3 x Signage (1m x 3m) at courtside.

These signs can be viewed by both the spectators at the ground but also by the television broadcast.

5 x Signage (1m x 3m) for fencing outdoors.

Athletes entering the arena will walk through a designated path area. This will be comprised of sponsors signage and will gain exposure from fans and spectators but also broadcast for pre-game entertainment.

NBL All Star jersey and apparel insignias.

Sponsor logos will appear on jerseys of the NBL All-Stars team, as well as official team merchandise

Broadcast exposure.

Throughout the match there will be approximately 15 breaks in play: time-outs, quarter time, half time etc. During this time when fan engagement is high, sponsors will have the opportunity to showcase their products. For example: during the 2nd time out, the video feed will cut to a montage of Melbourne’s tourist destinations.

Page 69: MMS307 - Event Operations Manual

NBL  All-‐Stars  vs.  Golden  State  Warriors  Exhibition  Match

    Event  Operations  Manual   69

15.5. Crown Casino – Official Partner One other partnership includes the contra deal with

Crown Casino. Contra deals only offer product in

exchange for exposure. In this instance, Crown Casino

has offered to host both teams (including staff, up to

80 personnel) in exchange for brand exposure at their

Crown Tower and Crown Metropol Hotels.

Similar to Melbourne (Victorian Government), Crown

Casino would gain enormous exposure from sponsoring this match internationally

and domestically. Throughout the coverage of the match, particularly in the

breaks in play, there will be footage of Crown Casino’s facilities: hotel rooms, clubs,

restaurants, entertainment, etc.

As official partners, Crown Casino will receive the following:

• 1 Sign (1m x 2m) at upper level parapet.

• 2 x Signage (1m x 2m) for fencing outdoors.

• Broadcast exposure will consist of mentions for the television presenters. For

example “We would like to thank Crown for sponsoring this wonderful event”

15.6. Corporate sponsor signage

All signage will be set up by the construction team on the eve of match day, this

includes around the arena and the greater Melbourne Park Area (see section 15.4.

for placement details)/ Barriers will be supplied from equipment hire and will be

delivered as per arrangement. Signage will be supplied by Flash Events and

delivered on the eve of match day with the barriers.

15.7. Corporate Hospitality

Corporate Hospitality is an integral part of any spectator-sport. Providing premium

services to businesses or social groups can optimise viewing pleasure and also

generate vital revenue for the NBL.

15.7.1. VIP Services

The type of services offered will include:

• Premium seating: court-side seats and corporate hospitality superboxes will

be utilised. Staff will assist as ushers to premium ticket-holders.

• Valet parking: As previously mentioned, parking near Olympic Park is

considerably expensive and competitive with limited spaces on offer.

Therefore valet service will remove the effort of organising car spaces.

• The private bar and catering: Delaware catering company will ensure first

class quality of food and beverages for clientele.

Rod Laver Arena has limited capacity for corporate hospitality with only 4

superboxes available. Therefore the 4 superboxes will be assigned to the 4 major

sponsors of the event: Melbourne (box 1), Westpac Bank (box 2), Channel 10 (box

3) and Crown Casino (box 4). Each of the boxes can host a maximum of 10

people. As a safety requirement, each box is must have its own liaising officer:

Flash Events will be responsible for employing the 4 required liaising officers. These

liaising officers deal directly with the kitchen and valet staff whilst also meeting any

other needs of the patrons.

15.7.2. Liaising Officers

The sequence below demonstrates the order in which the liaising officers will host

the members of the corporate boxes:

1. Greet members as valet park their car.

corporate box. Officers will be responsible for communicating with Delaware

kitchen staff via electronic ordering system. It is the responsibility of the liaising

officer to ensure there is adequate food and drinks available to all patrons inside

their corresponding corporate box.

15.7.3. Valet Services

Flash Event’s will also take responsible for employing the valet services. 6 valet’s will

be required for the events entirety. It is estimated that 35 patrons will be using the

valet service (as part of the VIP service/Corporate Sponsorship).

The valet sequence will run as follows:

1. Greet guests and hand them a ticket stub.

2. Park their car in a timely manner.

3. Repeat until all guests have been served.

4. At the conclusion of the match, simply return each car as per patron.

It is anticipated that some of the patrons will arrive at similar times and therefore it

may be required of the liaising officer to take groups of patrons. However if one of

the liaising officers is busy taking other patrons, another officer can take his/her

place and escort the patrons to their designated box.

The 6 valet’s will be employed by Flash Events who will be responsible for their

management (contact: Cara Lloyd 041289343). Valet’s will operate from 2 hours

prior commencement of match and conclude their services 2 hours post match.

40 car spaces have been reserved at AAMI Park for the event.
