200Svaka izložba je za umjetnika ispunjenje nove želje.

Ispunjenje moje velike želje je otvaranje ove izložbe na dan kada je tačno prije200 godina rođen veliki Njegoš i to se dešava u galeriji koja nosi Dadovo ime. Dakle tu su dva velikana koji su značajno zadužili civilizaciju, svaki na svoj način i svaki u svom vremenu.

Minimalistički naziv izložbe se sam nametnuo... „200”.

Njegoševu godišnjicu nisam shvatila kao povod za mimetičku produkciju radova punu naracije i patosa.

Iščitavajući ponovo Njegoša, ovog puta ne kao srednjoškolsku literaturu, nego sa mnogo širim i dubljim razumijevanjem, došla sam do impulsa pretočenih u iskre iz kojih je u jednom dahu nastala ova za mene veoma važna izložba.

Moj umjetnički diskurs se iskazuje kroz skup asocijativnih radova koji dodiruju tri aspekta Njegoševog života i djela: svetovni, duhovni i filozofski.

Vijenac od bijelih ruku obuhvata suštinu Njegoševe misli i svečano nas poziva da se u njoj ogledamo. Grimizna lenta daje uzvišenu notu tom činu.

Drugo čitanje ovog rada nas vraća u gladnu 1847. godinu kada Njegoš prodaje svoj orden, najviši austrijski orden Meterniha, kako bi kupio žito i nahranio svoj narod. Na sličnom tragu je i rad Velika glad.

Iskušenje je svojevrsna oda ženi, tradiciji i časti, podsjećanje na vrijeme zauzdane i suspregnute ženske ljepote, ali i na tajnu koju nose ljubavni stihovi „Noć skuplja vijeka”.

Na još jedan ženski aspekt ukazuje rad Ćud, za koji sam dvije godine sakupljala svoju kosu, dlaku po dlaku. Njegoš kaze: Ćud je ženska smiješna rabota...

Aleja semantike je slika velikog formata iz ciklusa „Metamorfoze ili alibi za retoriku utopijske arhitekture”. Slika uvlači posmatrača u kontemplativnu ravan u kojoj crna boja sugeriše univerzum, a bijela i srebrna artikulišu energetski naboj i kinetički doživljaj slike. Nosilac fenomena svjetlosti je srebrna boja.

Od geometrijske apstrakcije ka formi grada...možda Cetinja, vodi nas aleja oivičena kamenim strukturama sve do nepresušnog bunara i kniferovskog meandra koji ustvari čini Njegošev inicijal. Tu je negdje skrivena i tajna nastanka Dim Tima.

Svevideći Krst posjeduje duhovni i filozofski naboj prenijet na platno i iskazan posebnim slikarskim jezikom.

Perjanik je čovjek XXI vijeka, koji i pored tehnološke superiornosti zadržava Njegošev legat o pismenosti i prosvijećenosti.

Tvrd je Orah voćka čudnovata, ne slomi ga, al’ zube polomi. To je paradigma koja ostade vezana za ovo podneblje i ljude.

Land art projekat Trag mogao bi da povede ka ishodištima Luče mikrokozme. Izveden je u Beču, a ovdje prikazan fotografijom.

Kula je nastavak linije i konstante u mom izrazu i umjetničkoj praksi. Moguća su njena različita čitanja. Polazište su polovine, oblici koji čine moj svojevrsni kreativni potpis.

Male po obimu ali ne i po ideji i smislu, su tri skulpturalne skice zajedničkog naziva Enigma, koje će nadam se jednog dana biti izvedene kao monumentalni radovi u javnom prostoru. Svaka od njih ima uporište u Njegoševim umnim stihovima.

Posebnost ove izložbe čini rad Zvuk tišine, rad koji je iskorak iz moje dosadašnje umjeničke prakse, rad drugačije poetike. Ovim radom sam pokušala da posjetioce galerije na trenutak teleportujem u Njegoševe odaje i njegovo vrijeme. Konačno, cilj je shvatiti umjetnost kao karijatidu duše.

Each exhibition for an artist is a challenge and a new wish come through.The fulfillment of my great desire is the opening of an exhibition on the day exactly

200 years since the birth of the great Njegos in the gallery that bears Dado’s name. Two great men who have influenced civilization, each in his own way and each in his own time. The minimalist title of the exhibition is self-imposed... “200”. I did not see Njegos’s anniversary as an opportunity to make my work a mimetic and pathetic narrative. While reading Njegos again, this time not as high school literature, but with a much broader and deeper understanding between, I came to the impulses that were sparks coming from them in one breath for me creating this important exhibition. My artistic discourse is expressed as a set of associative works that touch upon three aspects of Njegos`s life and works: secular, spiritual and philosophical.

The Wreath of white hands captures the essence of Njegos’s thought and solemnly invites us into its essay. The scarlet bar gives a sublime note to this act. The second reading of this work takes us back to 1847, when Njegos sells his medal, the highest medal of the Austrian Metternich, to buy grain and feed his people.

On a similar track is the Great Famine, too. Temptation is an ode to a woman of honor and tradition, the reminder of a time of suppressed and restrained beauty of women, but also of a secret contained in the verses of the love song “A Night More Precious than a Century.

”Another female aspect is indicated by the work Disposition, for which I collected my hair for two years, hair by hair. Njegos says: “What woman does is ever smiling wonder”.

Semantics Alley is a large-format painting from the series “Metamorphosis or alibi for the rhetoric of utopian architecture.” The image entices the viewer into a contemplative plane where black suggests the universe, and white and silver articulate energy charge and kinetic experience of the picture. The bearer of light is gray color.

The alley encircled by a stone structure leads us from geometric abstraction to the form of the city, maybe Cetinje, all the way to the inexhaustible wells and Kniferian meander which actually makes Njegos’s initial. The secret of the origin of Dim Tim is hidden somewhere around, too. The all-seeing Cross has spiritual and philosophical charge transposed onto the canvas and expressed in a special artistic language. Perjanik is the twenty-first century man, who, despite the technological superiority, preserves Njegos’s legacy of literacy and enlightenment. “This hard Nut is fruit that, giveth wonder: Thou crack’st it not, except thou crack thy teeth”. This paradigm remains tied to this area and these people. Land art project Trail could lead to the starting point of The Ray of the Microcosm. It was performed in Vienna and here it is presented in a photograph. The Tower continues the steady line of my artistic expression and practice. It can be interpreted in different ways. The starting point are halves, forms which make a distinguishing feature of my individual creative expression. Small in scale but not in the idea and meaning are the sculptural sketches Enigma, which I hope one day will be realized as a monumental work in space. Perhaps the uniqueness of this exhibition rests in The Sound of Silence, a work departing from my art practice so far. With it, I tried to teleport for a moment the gallery visitors to Njegos’s rooms and his time. Ultimately, the goal is to understand art as the Caryatid of the soul.
