• Approx. 200 players are drafted each year  • About 19% will develop into productive

starters

The reality is…the majority of draft picks struggle to even make an active roster or are marginal back-ups and out of the league within 4 years due to lack of leadership and tools to succeed.

• Our dealers are just like draft picks. They have all the potential in the world but it’s up to us to give them the tools to ensure they succeed (and make money for the team…!)
