Opening your Stock Plan Account

Follow these easy steps to open your account online:

1. Type NetBenefits.com into your browser address bar.

2. Click the Outside U.S. Employees tab.

3. If you are a new user, click Register as a new user to complete the registration process. You will be required to enter your:

• Participant Number (begins with an “i” and is provided by Fidelity Stock Plan Services) • Employee ID (provided by your employer) • Date of birth

4. Create a username, password, and security question. Click Submit and Log in to your account.

5. To open your Stock Plan Account, click Get Started and follow the prompts.

7. Review and confirm your account and personal information. Click Confirm My Information to continue.

8. Read the Participant Agreement and select Yes if you agree to its electronic delivery. Then select I Agree to agree to the terms.

6. Enter your personal information.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, enter your country of citizenship.

11. Return to the home page once complete. Consider setting up your withdrawal preferences now.

10. Provide your tax information by clicking Continue and answer all the questions. It will take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.

9. You have opened your Stock Plan Account. Click Continue to your stock plan summary to proceed.
