OPIc이란?

OPIc = Oral Proficiency Interview-computer

인터뷰를 통하여 실시되는 영어 말하기 평가 OPI(ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview)에 기초해서, 단순히 문법이나, 어휘, 영어 규칙 등

에 대한 지식 여부를 측정하는 것이 아니라 응시자가 실생활의 다양한 상황과 목적에 맞게 언어를 사용할 수 있는지를 총체적으로 평

가하는 언어 활용 측정시험입니다.

OPIc의 특징

①나를위한맞춤질문들

Background Survey를 통해 시험 문제가 출제 되는 범위를 응시자가 고를 수 있습니다. 자신이 원하는 Background Survey 내용을

선택하세요.

②편안한제한시간

12~15문제가 출제되는데 40분의 시간을 응시자가 마음껏 이용할 수 있습니다. 한 문제당 1.5~2분 정도 분량으로 이야기할 수 있

도록 준비하는 것이 이상적입니다. 답변 시간과 점수가 비례하지 않아요.

③난위도에따라속도도변환

초급 난이도를 선택하는 경우 질문이 일반적인 속도보다 천천히 나옵니다.

④못들었다면?다시한번!

각 문항에 대한 질문을 모두 두 번식 들을 기회를 제공함으로써 자칫하면 놓칠 수 있는 시험문제들을 다시 한 번 확인하고 답변할

수 있습니다. 단! 5초 안에 Play를 누르셔야 한다는 점~

평가방법

① 인터뷰 내용이 파일로 자동 저장

② 녹음된 파일이 미국 현지의 ACTFL에 전송

③ ACTFL에서 공인한 어학 능력 평가자에 의해 1차 평가

④ 2명의 ACTFL 공인 평가자(Certified Raters)에 의해 각각 별도의 평가

⑤ 1단계와 2단계의 평가가 최초의 평가와 일치할 때 최종 등급으로 판정되어 ACTFL OPI Certificate가 발급

①시험시간은얼마나걸리나요?

오리엔테이션 20분과 함께 본 시험 시간 40분이 소요됩니다.

②시험당일무엇을준비해야하나요?

시험 당일에는 수험표와 규정 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 기간 만료 전 여권, 공무원증 등)을 지참하셔야 합니다. 필기도구는

필요하지 않습니다. 수험표는 지참하면 좋지만 없어도 시험에 응시할 수 있습니다. 하지만 신분증은 필수입니다.

③시험본뒤성적은언제나오죠?

시험 응시일로부터 7일 후에 성적이 발표됩니다. (빠르면 3일~5일 이내)

④시험이매달치러지나요?

보통 수요일, 일요일에 정기 시험이 자주 있지만 공채 기간 등에는 평일에도 치러집니다.

⑤원하는성적이안나왔는데,한달에여러번봐도되나요?

OPIc은 25일 규정이라는 것이 있습니다. 한 번 시험 본 뒤 25일이 지나야 다음 시험에 응시할 수 있습니다. 하지만 5개월마다 1번

은 이 규정에 따르지 않고 바로 시험을 볼 수 있습니다.

예) 1월 2일 응시 → (Waiver [면제권]사용) → 1월 5일 재응시1월6일~6월5일 (25일 규정 준수)

6월 6일 응시 → (Waiver사용) → 6월 9일 응시가능

⑥성적이얼마나유효한가요?

성적은 향후 2년 동안 유효합니다. 인증서 출력은 최초 1회에 한하여 무료 출력이 가능합니다.

직업 I am a 24 year old college senior majoring in broadcasting & telecommunication at

Seoul Women’s University in Korea.

출생지 I was born in Anyang, but moved to Seoul when I was 15 and that’s where I grew up.

성격 I think of myself as an outgoing person and I get along well with other people very well.

I’m a Scorpio, so I tend to be determined and passionate as well.

취미 Nowadays, I’m really into photos. I try to go on an outing and take pictures every

weekend. All I need is my camera and a bike.

미래 When it comes to my future plans, I hope to work at a major film producing company

after I graduate. That’s why I’m currently participating in an internship program at a film

company. I’m pretty much satisfied with the program.

A I really like movies because it makes me feel relaxed. So I usually go to the theater

to watch movies with my boyfriend at least twice a month. Eating caramel

popcorn is another fun part of going to the theater.

Another thing I love to do is taking pictures using a film camera. I like the sound

of the shutter and the warm colors in the photos. Whenever I go someplace nice

to take pictures, I feel refreshed and peaceful. I usually go to the suburbs alone to

enjoy this quiet time.
