This method maintains the integrity of core iron and mech anical characteristics without damage. Windings are tied down at both ends and electrically tested prior to varnishing. Stators and armatures are varnish by using conventional dip and bake methods.&n bsp; Recognizing no two repairs are alike, we also have the flexibility to meet a wid e variety of customer repair requirements. We carry a full stock of replacement parts, materials, and a complete wire inventory to handle special repairs. DYNAMIC BALANCING Whether on-site or in-house, our trained technicians inspect, analyze and expertly dynamic balance your rotating machinery using computerized instruments. For smaller motors or pumps, our technicians can use portable balan cing units at your facility. However, for larger machinery, our in-house equipme nt can accommodate up to 14,000 lbs. Both on-site and in-house precision balanci ng services are available on request.

MOTOR AND GENERATOR TESTING Electrical testing, polarization index, surge comparison and o ther tests are performed. Maintenance includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication , minor repair work, and more. We can inform you of any recommendations or addit ional service required.

SHAFT ALIGNMENT Proper shaft alignment can prolong the life and improve the ef ficiency of motors and other integral equipment.
