    NPITMcutters - A tool featuring cutters consisting of non radial, radial or otherprotruding geometries of diamond into the carbide substrate. This is often combined witha stepped rim geometry. The overall benefit is greater abrasion and impact resistance forlonger cutter life.

    DiamondBackTM- gives you an aggressive tool design for fast penetration rates plusenhanced durability for more footage. Available as an option in Hybrid PDC tools,DiamondBack cutters replace the diamond impregnated studs in critical areas of the tool.

    HardFacing (F) - Steel bodied bits have higher, thinner blades than matrix bits. A thincoating of erosion resistant material on this bit provides the designer with greaterfreedom to maximise the open face volume which benefits ROP.

    Extra Gauge Protection (G) - This bit has additional diamond to maintain gauge integrity.

    Spiral Gauge (W) - Stability is improved by increasing the circumferential contact of thebit without compromising steerability. It has been achieved in this design by the

    introduction of spiral gauge pads. In order to achieve full circumferential gauge padcontact, the spiral angle required is high.

    This Steel bodied PDC bit features computer aided cutter placement and hydraulicsoptimized by nozzle location to deliver high performance and longer bit life.
