PDF file Upload Module available in Web-bhulekh.

ROLES & WORK:-

1) Front Office Role:-

a. Upload PDF files

b. Download/View PDF files

2) Dy Mamlatdar Role:-

a. Download/View PDF files

b. Lock PDF Files

STEPS:-

1) Front Office Work Steps:-

a. Select “૧૨. ડોક્યમુેન્ટ અપલોડ કરવા” Menu from Front office

b. Select Village and Entry number for Uploading Files.

c. Select only PDF Files to be upload which must be less than

25MB.

d. Click UPLOAD button to upload PDF files and Click VIEW button

to view uploaded files

e. Once PDF file locked by Dy.Mamlatdar then it cannot be upload

and view.

2) Dy.Mamlatdar Work Steps:-

a. Select “૬. ડોક્યમુેન્ટ લોક કરવા” Menu

b. Click VIEW button to view uploaded files and Click LOCK

Uploaded PDF files by their finger print Authentication

Front Office work Screens

1) Menu Selection

2) Village, Entry Number & PDF Files Selection (Maximum 25MB file limit) and

VIEW button only visible after uploading PDF files

3) File Uploaded Successfully

4) Upload remaining PDF files

5) All PDF files Uploaded

Dy.Mamlatdar Work Screens

1) Menu Selection

2) Select Village and Entry Number from list.

3) LOCK button is visible after click on View Button.

4) Capture and Verify Finger print to LOCK PDF file

5) Now View and Lock remaining PDF file.
