POLISH NATIONAL SALES AWARDS - a prestigious competition in the sales and
customer service sector in Poland.
The only event in Poland, which:
• Promotes and implements modern standards of professional sales,
while applying good practice.
• Recognises outstanding competence, substantial achievements and
high ethical standards.
• Uses a unique candidate assessment methodology, which assures an
impartial assessment in two stages of the competition. The evaluation
objectively and closely reflects the participants' competences. This is
guaranteed by independent judging panels made up of experts and
sales practitioners.
• Has a variety competition categories.
• Helps broaden knowledge and develop skills in sales through: training for
winners, distinctions and prizes for the highest achievers, building
employee motivation and networking, and finally, providing advice on
areas of improvements.

PNSA HISTORY
Dr Chahid Fourali:
"The idea came spontaneously. It began with the founding of
the Marketing and Sales Standards Setting Body, which I helped
start and run for 8 years. MSSSB advised the NSA and BESMA.
On one occasion, I invited Elżbieta to one of the NSA galas. We
realised that a similar organization, operating on the basis of
world-class national sales standards, is needed in Poland. We
went through the stages of concept testing, including a group
presentation and a survey via a magazine of a previous business
partner.
The results were very encouraging. We settled on the name
PNSA (influenced by both the NSA and the BESMA acronyms).
Subsequently, Elżbieta asked me to prepare the PNSA award
procedure.
Within two years, we launched the Polish National Sales
Awards. The rest, as they say, is history…"

Elżbieta Pełka, FRSA, FCIM:
"Thanks to Chahid, I was invited by the NSA to be a judge in
the UK. And that experience helped me to understand the
process. The official gala ended the assessment process.
Participation in the judging process in the UK was a key
experience for me. Chahid was also a judge in the United
Kingdom.
It's also important that the initial concept of PNSA, which at
the start had to be different from that for the British market
due to the specifics of the Polish sales market. Accordingly, this
was tested for a year in Poland. We also paid a lot of attention
to ethics, which was and is an extremely important subject for
me and Chahid.
The PNSA concept was initially drawn on a napkin in Hyde
Park. I have this drawing before my eyes to this day."

I was deemed the best seller, a leader and role model. It was a great honour. I am still very proud of this achievement. At that time I gained faith in my own abilities.
