Sustainability Policy Quality- Environment- Occupational Health and Safety VIÑA SIEGEL, a winery with a long history and family tradition that has practiced the art of producing wine with identity for generations, continues to be committed to operating as a family business. We are located in the Colchagua Valley in the very heart of Chile’s renowned wine country. Our winery focuses on producing quality wines with identity and on details and service. We make wines with a vision of the future based on our consumers’ tastes while protecting the environment and our human capital. We have made a commitment to contribute to sustainable development and include six principles in all of our work, incorporating practices aimed at protecting the environment, ensuring quality, and guaranteeing occupational health and safety. The principles of the SIEGEL FAMILY include the continual improvement of processes in order to increase the quality of our wines each year, participation in the protection of our ecosystem, working as a team to achieve our occupational health and safety objectives, and the cultivation of mutually beneficial relationships with our community, contractors and suppliers. We produce unique, top-quality wines, monitoring every stage of the process from the vineyard to the finished product and responding to our clients’ needs. We develop approaches designed to protect the environment in our vineyards and winery in compliance with current legislation and the terms of the commitments that we have made voluntarily. We work in a safe and healthy manner as individuals and as a company under our Prevention Program and with the direct participation of each team member. We promote the development of relationships based on cooperation with our community and partners through Social and Wellbeing Projects. We encourage our employees to develop their skills and abilities, inviting them to participate in our efforts to uphold the principles and values of VIÑA SIEGEL and to help us to achieve our goals. We require our contractors and suppliers to meet high quality standards in their goods and services in order to support our efforts to develop our company’s identity and meet quality and safety goals.
