Historie

• Solid Vedlikehold AS er i dag en av Nordens

eldste korrosjonsentreprenør.

• Etablert i 1973 av gründer Anved Aarbakke Sr. Firmaet er

fremdeles familiedrevet.

• Drives i dag av Anved Aarbakke jr, daglig leder siden 2009.

• Solid Vedlikehold startet med overflatebehandling av

ferjekaier og kraftverk langs vestkysten av Norge . En

betydelig del av aktivitetene har , siden midten av 1980-

tallet , vært i olje- og gassindustrien.

• Omsetter for ca. 200 mil

Insulation Scaffolding Surface treatment

• Insulation installation, maintenance and

replacement are critical elements to maintain

industrial service reliability, energy efficiency,

operational integrity, process optimization and

safety

• Scaffolding services are required to access to tall,

irregularly shaped structures to perform

maintenance, repairs and inspections on

insulation and also critical for surface treatment

operations

• Surface treatment is one of the largest ISS

segments as corrosion is the single largest

maintenance risk. The primary corrosion

protection solution is protective painting system.

These systems have a limited life cycle and

require regular maintenance

Surface treatment centre at Ågotnes

• The Company has a centre for surface treatment and maintenance at the CCB base at Ågotnes. Both total surface treatment and PTFE coating are offered and performed by skilled workers with up to 25 years of experience.

• The focus on HSE and the environment is reflected in the clean and tidy premises.

Surface treatment

• In the surface treatment centre, there are two blasting halls, one of about 1,000 m3 for steel shot blasting and one of about 600 m3 for Olivine and grit blasting. There are also three painting halls of 1,700 m3, 1,200 m3 and 800 m3.

• In addition to the halls, a large outside area with good storage space and room for large vehicles to load and unload are available

PFTE Coating

• The premises contains a separate, modern, insulated hall of about 3000m³, which was built in 2010, and all the operations required for PFTE coating are performed there. Of other characteristics about the premises, is a phosphate bath of about 7000 liters, a blasting hall of about 200m³, 3 ovens (32m³, 6m³ and 1m³) and 2 paint booths of about 300m³ (extraction of 30000m³ per hour).

Remote pre-treatment of FPSO ballast tanks

• Pressure Washing, UHP jetting , sandblasting, sand-collection.
