PRESIDENTE - REPRESENTANTE LEGAL Sergio González Guzmán es economista de la Universidad de Los Andes con especialización en Legislación Financiera de la misma institución y un MBA con énfasis en Finanzas Corporativas y Gerencia Estratégica del Instituto de Empresa en Madrid, España. Fue vicepresidente de Estrategia y Desarrollo de Negocio en ETB entre 2012 y 2014; presidente de Asomóvil entre 2014 y 2017, vicepresidente Financiero de Uff Móvil del 2010 al 2012; también hizo parte de Telecom como coordinador de Planeación Estratégica y Corporativa entre los años 2004 y 2007 y, posteriormente en Telefónica como gerente de Sinergias Fijo-Móvil hasta el 2009; antes de su regreso a ETB ocupó la Vicepresidencia de Desarrollo de Nuevos Negocios para Latinoamérica en ZTE, proveedor global de equipamiento de telecomunicaciones.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - CEOSergio González Guzmán is an economist from Universidad de los Andes with a specialization in Financial Legislation at the same institution and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain. Between 2012 and 2014, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at ETB; between 2014 and 2017, he was CEO at Asomóvil; between 2010 and 2012, he was Vice President of Finance of U Móvil; between 2004 and 2007, he also formed part of Telecom, working as coordinator of Corporate and Strategic Planning; and subsequently, until 2009, he served at Telefónica as manager of Landline-Mobile Synergies; before returning to ETB, he worked as Vice President of New Business Development for Latin America at ZTE, a global supplier of telecommunications equipment.

VICEPRESIDENTE ASUNTOS CORPORATIVOS Y ESTRATEGIAAbogada de la Universidad Javeriana, con especialización en Derecho de las Telecomunicaciones de la Universidad del Rosario, máster en Administración y Tecnologías de la Información del Tecnológico de Monterrey y máster en Resolución de conflictos en Carleton University en Canadá, Paula Guerra regresa a ETB, en donde trabajó durante 10 años a liderar las acciones para el cumplimiento y oficialización de los compromisos regulatorios, mantener el vínculo con entidades regulatorias, y de control buscando relaciones benéficas para la compañía, coordinar las comunicaciones corporativas y asegurar la gobernanza de la marca y la narrativa, planificar y liderar la implementación de la estrategia de Empresa y gestionar la implementación de los programas de sostenibilidad en la empresa. Paula tiene más de 17 años de experiencia en asuntos corporativos, direccionamiento y monitoreo de estrategias de relacionamiento, resolución de conflictos, regulación de telecomunicaciones y televisión; planeación y ejecución de estrategias de Responsabilidad Social y proyectos de sostenibilidad, transformación e innovación organizacional. Fue el de Vicepresidente Jurídica y de Regulación en Avantel. En ETB fue directora de Regulación y posteriormente Gerente de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y Regulación, entre 2007 y 2017. También cuenta con experiencia en la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá y en compañías como Conenergía S.A. y Portales Urbanos.

VICE PRESIDENT FOR BUSINESS MATTERS AND STRATEGYAttorney from Javeriana University, with a specialization in Telecommunications Law from Universidad del Rosario, master’s degree in Information Technologies and Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from Carleton University in Canada. Paula Guerra returns to ETB, where she worked for 10 years leading activities for the compliance and formalization of regulatory commitments, maintaining the relationship with regulatory and control agencies, by seeking beneficial relations for the Company, coordinating corporate communications and ensure the brand’s and narrative’s governance, planning and leading the implementation of the Company’s strategy and managing the implementation of the Company’s sustainability programs. Paula has more than 17 years of experience in business matters, direction and monitoring of relations strategies, conflict resolution, television and telecommunications regulation, planning and execution of sustainability projects and social responsibility strategies, organizational innovation and transformation. She was Avantel’s Legal and Regulation Vice President. At ETB, between 2007 and 2017, she served as Regulation Manager and subsequently as Regulation and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager. She also gathered experience at the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and at companies like Conenergía S.A. and Portales Urbanos.

AUDITORA CORPORATIVA Ingeniera de Sistemas, especializada en Auditoría de Sistemas, para liderar el área que identifica las estrategias de mejora, realiza el control de la legalidad y la evaluación de los riesgos, entre otras actividades fundamentales para ETB. Cuenta con la experiencia profesional para transformar y potenciar áreas de auditoría interna al apoyar a las organizaciones en el fortalecimiento de sus sistemas de control y de riesgos con metodologías y herramientas de talla mundial. También se ha desempeñado en proyectos de transformación organizacional a través de herramientas tecnológicas (digitalización, analítica, Industry X.O).

Myriam tiene más de 20 años gestionando áreas de Auditoría Interna, implementando sistemas de control y estructurando sistemas integrados de gestión de riesgos como parte de los equipos de auditoría y consultoría en compañías multinacionales como EY, KPMG y Arthur Andersen (hoy Deloitte). Antes de su ingreso a ETB, trabajó durante dos años con Accenture en temas de transformación digital.

CORPORATE AUDITOR Systems Engineer specialized in Systems Auditing to lead the department that identifies improvement strategies. She performs risk assessments and legality, among other activities that are fundamental for ETB. She has the professional experience to transform and optimize internal auditing departments by providing support to organizations in strengthening their control and risk systems with world-class methodologies and tools. She has also worked on organizational transformation projects through technological tools (digitalization, analytics, Industry X.O.). Myriam has over 20 years of experience managing Internal Auditing departments, implementing control systems and structuring integrated risk management systems as part of auditing and consultation teams in multinational companies, such as EY, KPMG and Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte). Before entering ETB, she worked for two years on digital transformation at Accenture.

VICEPRESIDENTE DE TRANSFORMACIÓN DIGITAL Y TECNOLOGÍA Experta en transformación digital empresarial, gestión de proyectos, gestión de cambio en los sectores de telecomunicaciones, financiero y hotelería. Es matemática de la Universidad Nacional, ingeniera de Sistemas con máster en Ingeniería de Sistemas de la Universidad de Los Andes y MBA en Carnegie Mellon University. Esta es la tercera vez que Claudia hace parte de ETB. La primera fue entre 1998 y 2000 como Subdirectora de Sistemas de Facturación y Subdirectora de Sistemas de Información. Entre el 2008 y 2011 se desempeñó como consultar externa en el cargo de Directora Ejecutiva del Programa Somos. También ha hecho su carrera en Telefónica como Gerente de Proyectos y Directora de Gestión de Segmentos y Procesos entre 2003 y 2008. A nuestra compañía llega desde Oracle en donde trabajó por casi 7 años como arquitecto de soluciones y Gerente de Experiencia al Cliente.

She is a mathematician from the Universidad Nacional, has a master's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. This is the third time that Claudia is with ETB. The first was from 1998 to 2000 as assistant director of Billing Systems and assistant director of Information Systems. From 2008 to 2011, she served as an external consultant in the position of executive director of the Somos Program. She has also served at Telefónica as project manager and director of Segment and Process Management from 2003 to 2008. She has come back to our Company from Oracle where she worked for almost seven years as a solution architect and customer experience manager.
