Introduction
Having sufficient knowledge in the subject, cannot make one a
Good Teacher.
Teaching is an art, science and a skill that can be developed byproper training in addition to having sufficient knowledge. ThisTraining workshop is designed to provide some insights andpractices in this direction.
Your efforts to contemplate, assimilate, innovate and involve inthe most positive manner will sure bring proportionate results.
Teaching is Divine
Divinity comes when you are in contact.
Just checkout right now your contacts. It will be either havingyour physical contacts or mental contacts or both.
In this world, two professions are known to be Divine; they areTeaching and Medical healing. Both involve contacts with otherhuman beings. The key point here is, both have total faith ineach other and it becomes divine when one remove theignorance or pain of the other/s.
Teaching is considered to be more divine than medical healing, because one teacher is able to attend many students at thesame time, while one medical doctor can attend only onepatient at a time.
Therefore Teaching is a God given opportunity. Let us makethe Best out of it.

Philosophy of Good Teaching
1. Teaching is a Noble profession.Teachers to posses Noble characters.
2. Teaching is a personal relationship. If you want to teach Physics to Paul, it is not sufficientyou know Physics very well, but you should also knowPaul equally well.
3. Teaching is an Art.You cannot fathom the dimensions of art. It is mostexpansive, has a wide range, very fine, has great appealto the students, continuously changing, gets refined withmore and more practice.
4. Teaching is an explorative rediscovery.Nothing is new or original to teach. All were existing sinceages for you to rediscover and refresh to others.
5. Teaching is a dance of all six senses. All senses are to study, feel, register and correlate fornew creative, innovative concepts.
Learning and Teaching are both sides
of same coin. They go together, hand-in-hand.
Learning is the foundation on whichTeaching is built.
Learning is finding out, what you alreadyknow. Doing is what you know.
Teaching is reminding others that theyknow just as well as you know.
