P1.2 Publicity Calendar – DONE

This is in coordination with the Engineering Head. What needs to be

publicized for Programs?

a. Storyline Episodes (The Soundtrack Series has 6 episodes that will

be released every after two weeks. The first episode was released last May 7. The

target date for the release of the last episode will be on July 15, exactly a week

before Day 1)

b. Entertainment Night Contests (Two video teasers must be done for

the Enight contests, one for the RAVE-olution and the other one for the Acoustic

Battle. Supposedly, the teaser must be released last May 23, the first day of pre-

registration, but due to academic requirements, it was postponed. The next target

date for the teaser release will be on the second week of June.)

P4.1 Event Description:

The Kick Off is an hour and a half show that will capture the music festival

feels of the event. The main objective of the pre-show is to hype up the participants for the

Opening Night. Sort of like a camp fair.

Ideally, the pre-show will be from 4:00-5:30 pm.

P8.1 Theme/Vibes: Concert Hall/ Broadway

P8.2 Program Flow :

RAVE-olution will be the main contest for the Enight which is a dance

competition that will feature different dance styles from different decades. The theme for

this year’s Enight is “Reliving the Past in the Present”.

Acoustic Battle will be the minor contest for the Enight.

Ideally, the Entertainment Night will be from 7:00-10:00 pm.
