1. Khái quát

General

1.1. Mô tả

Description

Phần này mô tả tài liệu kỹ thuật, lắp đặt của động cơ và tủ điều khiển được thể hiện trên bản vẽ.This Section specifies the motors and motor control panels equipment and installation which shall form part of the Works as shown on the Drawings.

Các thiết bị bao gồm động cơ, bộ khỏi động, thiết bị đóng cắt, cáp điện v.v…những thiết bị này phải tuân thủ theo yêu cầu đươc mô tả trong phần này.All electrical equipment including motors, starters, switchgear panels, cabling, wiring, etc., associated with the various mechanical systems or equipment shall fully comply with this Section.

1.2. Nhà sản xuấtManufacture

Tất cả các thiết bị kèm theo động cơ và những động cơ yêu cầu đặt biệt phải được cung cấp bởi cùng một nhà sản xuất của hệ thống đó.All plant shall be supplied complete with motors and the motors for a particular type of plant shall be by a common manufacturer for that plant.

1.3. Lựa chọnSelection

All equipment, materials, fittings and accessories used shall not deteriorate due to chemical or atmospheric action.

Tủ điều khiển motor phải phù hợp với dịch vụ bên trong tòa nhà ở điện áp 400V/230V 3 phase 4 cực tần số 50hz với hệ thống nối đất phải hoạt động an toàn khi trường hợp có sự cố điện áp có thể lên đến 400V và dòng điện đỉnh là 50KA, theo tiêu chuẩn B.S EN 60439 part 1.The motor control panel shall be built up from enclosed units, housing the circuit breakers, contactors, starters, fuse switches, relays and other item of equipment shown on the Sub-Contract Drawings. The Motor Control Panel shall be suitable for indoor service on 4OOV/230V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system with solidly earthed neutral and capable as a whole of withstanding the electrical and mechanical stresses produced by fault conditions equivalent to 50 KA at 400V as defined by B.S. EN 60439 : Part 1.

All such items shall be secured from the back without visible fixings.

In case external connections are required, they shall first be prewired into the terminal strip before they are extended into the various parts of the system. Terminal strips with 50% spare terminals shall be provided.

Nhãn phải được bắt vít chắc chắn.Labels in general shall be made from "perspex" and suitably engraved with red lettering in English. Exact details of lettering and legend shall be approved by the Project Manager before


ordering. Adhesive tape labels shall not be accepted. Labels shall be secured by using brass screws.

Tất cả các lớp sơn phải sấy và làm khô.All paint finishes shall be of high quality epoxy powder coating. Two coats of undercoat shall be applied with each built-up and applied separately. The final enamel coat shall be an enamelled gloss finish. Sufficient body shall be given to a colour selected by the Project Manager to the paint films so that the final appearance of the finished units is entirely free from blemishes, undulations, foreign inclusions, scratches, patterning or any defects whatsoever. All coats of paint shall be oven-baked and dried.

2.2. Hệ thống dây điều khiểnInternal and control wiring

All control wiring shall be 1.50mm2 copper and shall terminated on the "Klippon" or approved equivalent system, and shall incorporate loops to permit the opening of doors and removal of components for inspection without disconnecting the cables.

Phải có dự phòng hộp nối cáp động lực hay điều khiển.Spare wiring terminal blocks and terminals for control wiring shall be provided.

2.3. Thanh dẫnBusbars

Thanh dẫn và các mối nối phải được gia công theo tiêu chuẩn B.S. 1992.Busbar and busbar connections shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements for B.S. 1992.


Thanh dẫn có thể tròn hay chữ nhật cứng và bằng đồng, phù hợp với giá đỡ khoảng trống giữa 2 thanh dẫn phải đảm khi sự cố trong điều kiện lớn nhất.Busbars may be round or rectangular section hard drawn high conductivity copper, adequately rated and supported by moulded insulators spaced at suitable intervals, the complete assembly being capable of withstanding the maximum mechanical under fault conditions.

Phải cung cấp Thanh dẫn trung tính.Full Size neutral bars shall be provided.

Thanh dẫn lắp trong tủ phải sắp sếp sao cho dây dẫn có thể đi đến dễ dàng mà không phải bẻ quá cong dây dẫn. Thanh dẫn phải có vỏ bọc PVC và màu của các pha theo tiêu chuẩn Anh.Busbars installed in control panels shall be so arranged that all conductors can be brought onto the bars without undue bending. Busbar shall be PVC sheathed and coloured to BS Colour Code at strategic locations for phase identification.

Drilling of the bars will not be permitted, unless approved by the Project Manager.

A tinned copper earthing strip of dimension not less than 25 x 3mm shall be provided for the full length of the switchboards and sufficient provisions made for earthing connections of all electrical circuits. It shall be effectively connected to all metal parts other than current carrying conductors.

2.4. Cầu dao chì tổng và dao cách lyFuse switchgear and isolators

Tất cả cầu chì chuyển mạch và dao cách ly dựa trên tiêu chuẩn Anh B.S EN 60947 Par 3:1992. Tất cả tíêp điểm đóng cắt phải chịu được khả năng đóng cắt dựa theo tiêu chuẩn Anh B.S


All fuse switchgear and isolators shall conform to the requirements of B.S. EN 60947 Part 3 : 1992. All contacts shall be fully shrouded and have a breaking capacity on manual operation as required by the relevant B.S.

Cầu chì chuyển mạch và dao cách ly phải có bộ phận khóa cơ khí liên động với cửa, khi trường hợp cửa mở thì công tắc không được ở vị trí ON. Tương tự công tắc sẽ ở vị trí OFF nếu cửa đóng lại. Ngoài ra trong trường hợp cửa có thể mở công tắc vẫn ở vị trí ON cho mục đích kiểm tra.Isolators and fuse switchgear shall have mechanical interlocks between the panel door and the switch operating mechanism so arranged that the panel door may not be opened with the switch in the "ON" position. Similarly, it shall not be possible to close the switch with the cubicle door open; except that provision shall be made within the cubicle for authorised persons to defeat the mechanical interlock and close the switch with the door in the open position for test purposes.

Cầu dao tổng có thiết bị hiển thị ON – OFF và tay nấm điều khiển.All switchgear shall be fitted with mechanical ON/OFF indicators with operating handles of the semi-flush or telescopic pattern.

Where specified on the Contract Drawings castell interlock shall be supplied.

2.5. Cầu chì, thanh chặn, bệ đởFuses, barriers and bases

Hộp cầu chì theo chuẩn B.S 88 Part 2 Class Q1.Cartridge fuses to B.S. 88 : Part 2, Class Q1 shall be provided.

2.8. Công tắc chọn dòngAmmeter selector switch

Công tắc chọn dòng loại xoay gắn phía trước tủ có tiếp điểm chọn lựa để đo dòng các 3 pha đỏ xanh vàng và trung tính. Và thể hiện rõ ràng trên công tắc chọn dòng.The ammeter selector switch shall be mounted on the front of the panel and shall be of rotary type with make-before-break contacts for selection to read red-yellow-blue neutral current with R-Y-B-N marked clearly on the switch.

Tiếp điểm của công tắc chọn dòng, có dòng định mức là 6A 230V 50Hz.Contacts shall be rated for a thermal current of 6 amperes 230V 50 Hz.

2.9. Đồng hồ đo áp:


Voltmeter

Đồng hồ đo áp loại chinh xác cấp độ 1 và phạm vi điện áp là 300V tới 500V, 400V cho 3 pha.Voltmeters shall be accuracy Class 1 and have expanded scales of 100mm in total length, the range shall be 300V to 500V for all 400V 3 Phase supply and the zero shall be marked.

Đồng hồ đo điện áp nối bên trong qua cầu chì 6 amp Voltmeters shall be connected to the incoming side of the power supply through 6 amp. HRC fuses and links.

2.11. Rơ le điều khiển có tiếp điểm phụControl and auxiliary relays

2.12. Rơ le chốtLatch relays

Each starter shall have two spare sets of normally open auxiliary contacts which shall be wired to the spare terminal strip for future use.

- Trình tự điều khiển motor được thể hiện trên bản vẽ, với tất cả các tiếp điểm phụ cần thiết bảo đảm sự ổn định và vận hành.Motor sequencing controller, as shown on the Drawings and all necessary auxiliary contacts to ensure the stability of the protective switchgear;

- Các điểm đấu nối phải tương ứng với các dây chờ bên trong tủ All necessary terminals of adequate rating and all necessary internal wiring; and

- Dự phòng cho cáp vào.Provision for cable entries.

Thiết bị gắn phía trước tủ khởi động


The following shall be provided on the front door of the starter panels for each starter:-

- Dao cách ly chính cho động cơ Main isolating switch for motor circuit;Manual/off/auto selector switch or a two-position on/off switch as indicated on the Contract Drawings;Main isolating switch for motor circuit; Motor anti-condensation heater switch;

- Công tắc điều khiển 3 chế độ bằng tay / tắt / tự động hoặc là hai chế độ mở và tắt như trình bày trên bản vẽ;Manual/off/auto selector switch or a two-position on/off switch as indicated on the Contract Drawings;

- Công tắc chống hóa nhiệt cho động cơ;Motor anti-condensation heater switch;

- Các dụng cụ đo ở những nơi có yêu cầuInstrumentation, where specified;

- Khởi động lại bằng tay Hand reset for protective devices where specified; and

- Nhãn theo tiêu chuẩn của Quản lý Dự án.Labels as specified by the Project Manager.

Thời gian chạy chế độ sao được điều chỉnh tự động.Star/Delta starter shall be provided with contactors, overload protection, etc., as described for D.O.L. starters, arranged in a manner to ensure that the star contactor opens before the delta contactor closes. The period of running in star shall be controlled by an adjustable automatic timing device.

2.14. Công tắc điều khiển động cơMotor control switches

Công tắc điều khiển động cơ ở 3 chế độ mở / tắt / tự động. Khi công tắc ở chế độ tự động động cơ sẽ chạy ở chế độ tự động hoặc chế độ chạy bật / tắt hệ thống điều khiển từ xa.Switches for motor purposes shall be of the on/off/auto type such that when the switch is in the auto position the plant is operated under the dictates of the automatic controls or the remote start/stop systems.

2.15. Công tắc loại nút nhấnPush button switches

Electrical ratings shall be 500V A.C. or 250V D.C. as appropriate. Push buttons for alarm duty shall be minimum of 2 amps. rated and that for control duty 10 amps.

2.16. Khối nối liên kết (domino)Terminal blocks

The incoming cable cores shall be terminated at the lower or outer side of the block, and the outgoing cable cores at the upper or inner side of the terminal block, and cable links on any free side.

2.17. Đèn báoIndicating lamps

2.18. Động cơMotors

Động cơ bơm, và thiết bị, được cung cấp theo hợp đồng yêu cầu bởi nhà thầu. Độ chênh lệch quá tải không quá 15%.Motors for pumps, and all items of equipment provided by this Contract requiring a motor shall be entirely suitable for the duty. A margin of not less than 15% shall be provided between the continuous rating of the motors (without overloading) and the maximum power absorbed by the item of equipment (as installed) under its most arduous operating condition, taking account of the characteristics of the driving machine.


Các động cơ dưới 30KW phải đạt hiệu suất 85% hệ số công suất 0.85. Đối với động cơ công suất trên 30KW phải đạt hiệu suất là 90% và hệ số công suất là 0.85.All motors up to 30 kW shall have full load efficiency of not less than 85% and pf of not less than .85. Motors of rating greater than 30 kW shall have full load efficiency of not less than 90% and pf of not less than 0.85.

Động cơ phải có khả năng làm việc ở nhiệt độ và môi trường cao lên đến 450 oC.All motors shall be suitable for use in the temperature and atmospheric conditions that will exist in the plant rooms assuming that the air temperature may rise to 450 oC.

Động cơ làm việc chế độ liên tục theo tiêu chuẩn B.S 5000 và được bảo vệ theo cấp độ B.All motors shall be continuously rated in accordance with B.S. 5000 according to rating, and shall be insulated with Class B materials unless otherwise stated.

Motors shall be manufactured suitable for allowable fluctuations of the supply voltage, and the Contractor shall ensure that motors exhibit starting torque characteristics suitable for the load and type of starting.

Motor có công suất đến 2KW phải là lọai lồng sóc khởi động trực tiếp. dòng khởi động không được vượt quá 6 lần dòng định mức.Motors up to 2.2 kW shall be of the squirrel cage type suitable for D.O.L. starting. Starting current shall not exceed six times full load current.

Motor lớn hơn 2.2KW phải được khởi động theo phương pháp sao-tam giác., tự động chuyển đổi hay phương pháp khởi động mềm…Motors exceeding 2.2 kW shall be started by reduced current starting method such as star-Delta (closed transition type), Auto-trans or soft starting..

Động cơ chịu được khi yêu cầu làm việc cao, hạn chế độ giản nỡ của trục là nhỏ nhất.Where a motor is required to have a thrust bearing, the effect of shaft expansion shall be reduced to a minimum.

Động cơ đặt ở vị trí bơm dọc hoặc ngang thể hiện rõ trên bản vẽ.Motors shall be suitable for operations in the vertical or horizontal position as shown on the Drawings.


Ngoại trừ trường hợp đặc biệt và với sự đồng ý của nhà chế tạo, với động cơ đồng bộ tốc độ không vượt quá 25 vòng/giây động cơ đồng bộ.Unless dictated by practical reasons, and agreed with the Project Manager, or as indicated in the schedule for high head pumps ,motor speeds shall not exceed 25 r.p.s. synchronous speed.

Should the bolts be required to be sunk in concrete bases, the Contractor shall be responsible for the supply of all necessary details and fixings in adequate time.

With exception of motors with ratings less than 1 kW, all boxes shall be capable of being turned to a further three positions, 900 apart without affecting the terminal base or terminals.

Motors above 7.5 kW shall be provided with suitably sized tinned brass cable sockets. Sockets shall be in accordance with B.S. 91. The type of cable terminations shall be as shown on the Contract Drawings.

Stator cores shall be assembled from stampings of similar material to that used for the stators, and the squirrel cage winding shall be die-cast aluminium. The core shall be shrunk on to a high grade steel shaft, and the complete rotor shall be dynamically balanced.

2.19. Bộ khởi động mềmElectronic soft starter

Khởi động mềm cho động cơ từ 25Kw trở lên, Hệ thống khởi động mền được chọn lựa theo 4 yêu cầu sau: hằng số dòng điện, đặt tuyến dòng điện, hằng số gia tốc và đặc tuyến thời gian điện áp. Thiết bị bảo vệ bao gồm: mất pha, thời gian khởi động vượt mức, quá dòng, quá nhiệt.A closed loop electronic soft starter shall be provided and wired into the system for motor rating from 25KW and above. Electronic soft starter mode shall be selectable of four (4) options, Constant Current, Turned Current Ramp, Constant Acceleration and Timed Voltage Ramp. Protection devices shall be provided to include Phase Loss, Overcurrent, Excess Start Time, Starter Overtemperature and Thermistor Protection.

2.20. Phụ tùng thay thếSpare parts

Mỗi một thiết bị cấp trọn bộ dự phòng, được giao cho chủ đầu tư sau khi bàn giao và hết thời gian bảo hành.SEach unit shall be provided with a full set of spare parts which shall be handed over to the Employer intact at the end of the Maintenance Period.

Danh sách các thiết bị dự phòng yêu cầu bởi nhà cung cấp thiết bị và cả những thiết bị khác trong cho việc bảo hành và sửa chữa, trong thời gian bảo hành.


The list of spare parts shall be as recommended by the equipment supplier and shall be provided over and above all other spares required for maintenance and repairs during the Maintenance Period.

Các thiết bị dự phòng bàn giao cho chủ đầu tư, phải được bảo quản trong thùng thép khóa cẩn thận và có nhãn ghi là “thiết bị dự phòng cho….” Tên thiết bị và mã số ghi trên nắp. Bên trong các thiết bị bỏ trong bao ni long chống thấm và kèm theo cả cataloge của thiết bị đó. All spares shall be handed over to the Employer in purpose made lockable galvanized steel cabinets with the words "Spare Parts for ...." and the equipment name and reference number stencilled on the lid. Inside each cabinet in a clear plastic waterproof folder shall be a complete spares catalogue for the respective equipment with re-order numbers clearly defined.

3. Lắp đặtInstallation

3.1. Giới thiệu:General

Nhà thầu có nhiệm vụ cung cấp nhân công và dụng cụ để thi công việc lắp đặt hệ thống điện theo hợp đồng.The Contractor shall provide all labour and materials to form the complete electrical installations of this Contract.

Hệ thống dây được lắp đặt theo bản vẽ, nhưng nhà thầu có thể làm chi tiết lắp đặt tại công trường thi công.All wiring shall be installed generally in accordance with the Drawings but full allowance shall be made by the Contractor for the detailed development and on site co-ordination of the scheme and for the future removal and dismantling of sections of the Work.

3.2. Kết nối động cơ với thiết bị:Connection to motors and equipment

Động cơ và thiết bị được nối bằng dây điện trong ống PVC, điểm cuối của đầu nối làm bằng ống PVC bọc đồng, dây nối đất lớn hơn 2.50mm2 bên ngoài ống mền được gắn chắt chắn vào ống mền.
