Chng 1

QUY NH CHUNGiu 1. Quy trnh ny quy nh v thao tc v x l trong vn hnh i vi h thng bo v rle ca Nh my Thy in Bn V. Quy trnh ny p dng bt buc vi cc chc danh vn hnh sau:

1. Trng ca.2. Trng kp.3. Trc in Gian my.

4. Trng kp Trm 220kV.

5. Trc Trm 220kV.

Trong qu trnh p dng quy trnh ny, cc chc danh vn hnh ni trn phi tun th cc quy phm, quy trnh v cc quy nh hin hnh i h thng bo v rle.

iu 2. Quy trnh ny c xy dng trn c s cc Quyt nh v ti liu sau:

Danh mc v cng bin son quy trnh vn hnh v x l s c - Ban hnh theo Quyt nh s 74A/Q-AT2-CBSX ngy 22/5/2009 ca Trng Ban CBSX NMT Bn V.

iu 4. H thng bo v rle ca NMT Bn V l cc rle k thut s ca hng ABB, bao gm: Bo v cc khi MF - MBA: Dng 04 rle REG216 c t ti cao trnh 87,20m gian my (mi khi MF MBA c 2 h thng, mi h thng s dng 1 rle REG216).

Bo v cc khong vt (cc on ng dy t MBA chnh n trm 220kV): Dng 02 rle RED670 v 02 rle REC670. Hai rle RED670 t ti cao trnh 98,00m gian my, hai rle REC670 t ti phng iu khin trm 220kV.

Bo v thanh gp trm 220kV (C21, C22): Dng 02 rle REB670 t ti phng iu khin trm 220kV.

Bo v cc ng dy L271, L272: Dng 02 rle REL670 v 02 rle RED670 t ti phng iu khin trm 220kV.

Bo v my ct vng trm 220kV: Dng 01 rle REC670 t ti phng iu khin trm 220kV.

Chng 3

THAO TC V X L TRONG VN HNHiu 6. Quy nh chung khi vn hnh.

1. Khi vn hnh h thng rle bo v phi lun lun a vo lm vic y cc chc nng, sn sng bo v tt c cc dng h hng xy ra trong vng bo v.

2. Khi rle ang vn hnh, NVVH khng c php can thip vo qu trnh lm vic t ng ca rle.

3. Trong ch lm vic bnh thng ca h thng bo v, NVVH ch c php:

M cc cnh ca cc t xem xt tnh trng thit b trong t.

Thao tc cc nt n trn rle xem cc thng s, gi tr t v cc trng thi ca rle.

4. Sau khi h thng bo v tc ng, NVVH phi ghi li cc thng tin sau y nhm phc v cho cng tc phn tch s c trc khi gii tr bo v:

Tt c cc cnh bo trn mn hnh ca rle tc ng.

5. NVVH phi bo ngay cho PXTNSC khi xy ra:

6. Khi h thng bo v rle khng lm vic th ct tt c cc ptmt cp ngun DC trong t bo v. 7. Ch c sa cha trn h thng bo v rle khi chng c cch ly khi mch TU v mch TI.8. Cnh bo trong vn hnh.

iu 8. Kim tra v x l trong vn hnh:

1. Kim tra trong vn hnh:

Khi thit b lm vic bnh thng, h thng bo v c cp ngun y , cc rle trong h thng bo v lm vic bnh thng th n xanh phi sng lin tc (khng nhp nhy), cc rle lockout trng thi khng tc ng.

Khi n xanh nhp nhy c ngha l c h hng bn thn rle. Nhn vin vn hnh phi kim tra v bo ngay cho n v sa cha bit x l.

2. X l trong vn hnh

Trong khi vn hnh rle c th cn c vo cc n trng thi ca rle tm hiu li.

Nhy: c li bn trong rle. Kim tra menu tm li.

Ti: khng c ngun.

Sng u: th bo v c bt v mt bn bo co s c c khi to.

Nhy: Rle ang ch Test. Di chuyn ti menu Test v bt Operation, chn Off.

n : Sng u: bo v hot ng v ct thit b. Nhn C reset. Nu khng c th li vn cn hoc b lock-out. V vy phi reset lock-out.
