Chart on rubber tree 1. Teacher puts a chart on rubber tree on
the board.
2. Teacher asks pupils to guess what is
the name of the tree.
3. Teacher talks about the parts of the
tree:
Example: trunk, leaves, flowers, latex
4. Teacher asks pupils to label the rubber
tree.
5. Teacher gives examples the uses of
rubber trees.

1. Pupils are divided into 6 groups.
2. Each group will be given a worksheet.
3. Pupils are asked to find out the uses of
rubber trees ( for each part of the tree ).
4. The leader of each group will present
their work in front of the class.
Individual work:
1. Each pupils will be given a worksheet.
2. Pupils are asked to replace the
pictures with words.
3.Teacher asks the pupils to read their
answers.
4. Teacher corrects their mistakes.
