1. The Re-orientation program considers the
implementation of schools policies and guidelines
2. The Re-orientation program is suitable for
operation, procedures and system of the school.
3. The Re-orientation program is suitable inaccordance with the schools vision, mission, goals
and objectives.
4. The Re-orientation program provides for reasonable
preparatory time for necessary adjustment for adoption
and implementation.
5. The objectives and goals of the Re-orientation
program are suitable since it can be achieved in a
reasonable time frame.
Feasibility of the proposed study

1. Requirements for the operational procedure,
specific policies and standards are specified in the
proposed Teachers Manual.
2. The proposed Teacher Manual has a feature of being
able to be implemented amidst existing environment
both internal and external to the organization.
3. The proposed Teachers Manual is feasible,
entailing budgetary funding which the school
appropriation may provide.
4. Manpower, logistics and other resources of the
school can be allotted effectively to fit the
requirements of the Proposed Teachers Manual.
5. Organization facilities or outside facilities can
be tapped to the needs of the Proposed Teachers
Manual.

provisions for cost effectiveness
