Payroll / Compensation & Benefits: Coordinating and sending monthly input for Payroll Processing (daily attendance) Verifying each and every details related to payroll like employee referral bonus, special incentives etc. Coordinate with the Accounts Department for salary disbursement and reimbursement.

Exit Management / Full & Final Settlement: Focus on employee retention. Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees and escalate issues. Complete exit formalities – acceptance of resignation, issue of relieving letter, experience certificate, Coordinate with Finance department for clearances and issuing F&F Settlement dues.
