Job Responsibilities:-

Network performance analysis & Optimization (Physical & Parameter) of Sites. Data analysis for finding discrepancy in network. Mapping the post processing of RF Drive Test Log Files on Analyzer, the analyzing software to

determine network problems such as Poor Coverage Patches, Packet Drop and Handover Issues. Post Processing of LTE log file using spot Light feature on XCAP Analyzer. Analysis of Various LTE Parameters like RSSI, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, PC, BLER, PMI, DL/UL

Throughput. Preparation of Cluster report. Parameter Audit & PCI collision audit of cluster cells. Coordinating with Circles for optimizing sector swaps, undesired side lobes, cell overshooting, UE

attach and Volte call failure cases, M/E Tilts, Azimuth, etc. Analysis of LTE RF interoperating parameters: RSRP, RSRQ, Ec/Io, SINR, UE-TRX, RSSI, RB (separately

for UL & DL application) and MCS. Good understanding about morphology of BSP, RB (Resource Block), MCS (Modulation Coding

Scheme), CINR, VOLTE Call Follow and UL/DL power control. Analysis of KPIs and other physical data of cell for pass the SCFT report. Analyzing the following KPIs for each sector of single cell: VOLTE stationary test, UE attaches, RSRP,

Coverage objective plot, DL/UL Throughput and Intra/Inter Handovers between sectors. Post Processing of Log Files and making validation of BSP of each sector. Finding Poor coverage, Low DL/UL throughput, Coverage overshooting and sector swap scenario as

per BSP and recommending physical audit of site and optimization accordingly as per required. Analysis of Low DL/UL throughput reasons- GTP losses rate high at transmission media (between S-

GW and P-SW), Poor RSRP, Poor SINR, Poor Ec/Io or UE temporary issue. Suggesting physical optimization for Coverage overshooting, sector swapping and sharing my

responsibility in PCI planning. Performing hard optimization of the network so as to minimize coverage holes & interference.
