• Combined the Sub Assembly Production Line & Main Assembly Production Line into a single line that reduced the WIP-
inventory and meeting customer demands at varies product in same line.singe piece flow of product at assembly cell
• Modified layout of Assembly Area using VSM Techniques in accordance to movements & functional needs and saving time
• Reduced the PPM per month from 102506 to 8560ppm by halting non-valuable processes and implementing important quality
alert check points at required workstations take action against problem with help of QRQC
• Installed Pallet Inter-locking System (Poke-Yoke) preventing parts from moving to the next station before finishing the previous
process
• Installed Height Measure Sensors to avoid mixing up of different length components
• Reducing monthly target for FPY PPM from 45000 to 22000ppm that directly affect the product quality and also use control
the scrap cost and to identify process effectiveness
• Improved the OEE from 58% to 86% with the help of Short Interval Management (SIM) and Lean manufacturing
• Implemented the Andon Board to monitor production per hour that was a signal to alert the CFT(cross function team) pull
down to gemba and to ascertain the production quantity to all management
• Increased the monthly Productivity from 60% to 85%
• Reduce and Eliminate LWD and incident rate in safety through HIRA study and continuous improvement.

• Commissioning the new sub-assembly for assembly line-2 to meeting customers delivery.
• Launching transfer motor from sister plant also to fulfil the Indian markets
• Increasing plant capacities from 20000 motor up to 150000 motor by implementing Lean techniques and new machine.
