QA/QC JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• To have a thorough understanding of the Project Specifications, Contractor Procedures, ITP, Method Statement and the Inspection Process.

• To ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings and specification.

• Ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation, inspections and certification is maintained as identifies by the ITP.

• Assist in review of Quality Plans, ITP, Method Statement and Work Procedure.

• Prepare QA/QC plan indicating different Hold Points, Witness & Inspection Points.

• Prepare & Maintaining records of Site Daily Report, Inspection Report Log (ITR/RFI), Cube Test Report Log, Concrete Log, FDT Log, DFT Log, MAR Log, NCR Log, CPAR Log, Snag List, Punch List and other Field Inspection Documents Work.

• Making special notes and document the contract activities that may lead to claims.

• To work closely with IHI Supervision in ensuring correct execution of the works.

• Monitoring and Inspection of all Civil work activities to ensure compliance with the Project Specifications and Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings.

• Monitoring of all Civil work activities such as Excavation of Foundations, Footing, Back filling and Leveling, Rebar Fabrication, Installation of Shutter, Erection of Scaffolding, Block works, Plastering, Concreting & Curing Works.

• Inspection of Earth work (Checking Segregation, Gradation & Moisture), Soil Sampling & Compaction work (FDT), Rebar & Form work, Concrete Pouring activities (Slump, Temp & Cube/Cylinder sample), Grouting works, Water Leakage Injection method work, Surface preparation & Moisture Test, Water Proofing work (Primer, Membrane, Protection Board, Epoxy Paint & DFT Test), Architectural work, Asphalt Road work and 3rd Party Inspection activities.

• Witness field sampling and testing activities.

• Issuing NCR, CPAR & Quality Memo against defective works and their follow up.

SITE ENGINEER JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible for the excursion of building & schedule completion for building.

• I am guiding a team of Steel fixers, Carpenters, Masons, Concrete Masons, Scaffolders, Excavation Peoples, Electrical & Plumber and also Crane Operator, Load all & Bobcat Operators.

• Following the target schedule given by planning department.

• Studying the drawing and giving the Layout Marking, Elevation Leveling, Measurements and Work Instruction to foreman then following the work.

• Preparing the Bar Bending Schedule and given to fabrication yard and instruction to steel foreman then checking the steel.

• Preparing the Daily Progress, Labour Report & Quantity of Work and given to my superintendent and also preparing the Tomorrow Progress and getting approved my superintendent. Coordinating with Surveyor for Internal & External Work.

• Preparing the Material Requirement for every weekly & submitted to my superintendent and proper utilization of construction equipments (Crane, Load all, Bobcat, Rolling & Plate Compacters, Vibrators, Generators, Ext.,,,)

• Coordinating my superintendent for materials & equipments arrangement and also arranging the labour for night work.

• I given to the RFI Date to QC and make the inspection and coordinating with QC & Clients as required for inspection time.

• Making group discussion with Supervisor, Foreman & Skilled People for schedule completion of work.

• Planning to finish the Job with minimum workers and try to get more output.

• Arranging the tool box meeting(TBM) for the skilled people and workers with safety department and house keeping of the site and following the safety organization & making area tidy manner.

• Following the work for ARAMCO STANDARD.
