Especially the material mix of uni colours and wood is increasingly gaining importance, filling the furniture designs that mostly remain very linear with emotion. Barrique Eiche Barrique oak Die Barrique Eiche hat einen besonderen Eiche-Charakter. Zeigen die Eichen aus dem letzten Jahr zahlreiche Äste, die über das gesamte Dekorbild verteilt sind, finden sich in der Barrique Eiche Äste, die zum Teil markanter sind, aber nur partiell verteilt sind und somit dem Dekor eine noch größere Natürlichkeit verleihen. Das elegant-natürliche Farbspiel bietet Raum für viele Kombinationen mit den aktuellen Unifarben.NEU ist die H9384 ST10 Barrique Eiche lasiert, mit einem weiß-lasierten Naturton, der Authentizität und Leichtigkeit miteinander verbindet.

Barrique Oak exhibits a special oak character. While oak decors from previous years exhibited numerous knots scattered throughout the decor image, Barrique Oak also features knots, some of which are more striking, but only partially distributed to make the decor appear even more natural. The elegant-natural interplay of colours offers room for numerous combinations with popular uni colours.A NEW decor is H9384 ST10 Barrique Oak Glazed, with a white-glazed natural hue that combines authenticity and lightness.

Dark thermo oak decors with a varied interplay of colour, elegant oak decors with natural colours and knots as well as almost white woodgrain decors with slight colour nuances create a harmonious design with warm, grey uni colours, individualising the neutrality of the design with warmth and nature. On the two pages that follow, we are presenting the premiere of four new colour variations of existing oak decors that were redeveloped under our motto “Design goes natural”.

Gerade bei dieser Ausführung der Eiche stand die Kombination zu hellen Unifarben im Vordergrund. Größere, angeschnittene Blumen und die markante weiße Kalkpore bestimmen das Dekorbild der Feldberg Eiche. Gleichzeitig ist aber im Verlauf der Holzmaserung auch ein schöner, natürlicher Farbverlauf festzustellen. Die beiden neuen Farben H9377 ST11 Feldberg Eiche Sand und H9378 ST11 Feldberg Eiche Greige, zeigen ein weicheres Porenbild und somit einen sehr elegant-natürlichen Charakter.

This oak version in particular focused on combinations with light uni colours. Larger, sectioned florets and the striking white, limed pores define the decor image of Feldberg Oak. A beautiful, natural colour gradient is also visible in the wood grain. The two new colours H9377 ST11 Feldberg Oak Sand and H9378 ST11 Feldberg Oak Greige exhibit a softer pore image and therefore a highly elegant, natural character.

Thermo-Hölzer werden immer wichtiger für die Möbelgestaltung. Die thermische Behandlung sorgt für harmonisch, abwechslungsreiche Farbverläufe bei extrem dunklen Farben. So zeigt besonders unsere Neuheit H9128 ST11 Thermo Eiche Schwarzgold interessante leuchtende Akzente.

Thermo wood is increasingly gaining importance in furniture design. The thermal treatment results in harmonious, varied colour gradients with extremely dark colours. Our new H9128 ST11 Thermo Oak Black Gold decor in particular exhibits interesting, luminous accents.

VOLLTONFARBENSOLID COLOURS

Die Bedeutung von neutralen Unifarben ist erneut gestiegen. Dies bezieht sich nicht notwendigerweise auf den Anteil von Unifarben in der Möbelgestaltung, sondern ebenfalls auf Unifarben als Ausgangspunkt für Entscheidungen bei der restlichen Gestaltung, für den Designer und den Endkunden. Warmgraue Töne sind weiterhin beliebt und hinzu kommen modische neue Braun-Schattierungen, während kühlere Grautöne ebenfalls eine Rolle spielen. Jede Gruppe beginnt mit einem Weißton und entwickelt sich fließend hin zu dunkleren Schattierungen, so dass Kombinationen möglich werden.

VOLLTONFARBENThe importance of neutral uni colours has increased once again. This does not necessarily refer to the proportion of uni colours in furniture design, but also to uni colours as the starting point for decisions in the remainder of the design, for the designer and the end customer. Warm grey hues remain popular and are joined by fashionable new shades of brown, while cooler grey hues are also playing a role again. Each group begins with a white hue and develops smoothly into darker shades, so that combinations can be realised.

Die Oberfläche – und damit auch das haptische Erlebnis von Dekoren – ist heute mindestens genauso wichtig wie die Optik. Mit der innovativen ST18 Waveline-Struktur bieten wir die tiefste Struktur an, die aktuell in der Kollektion vorhanden ist. Die wellenartige, horizontale Struktur schafft eine haptische Fantasie-Struktur für Uni- und Metalldekore. Painted Wood ST26 ist eine Oberflächen-Neuheit auf Basis eines deckend-lackierten Pinienholzes. Das Wechselspiel von geradlinigen und belebten Partien verleiht der Oberfläche eine natürliche Optik, die aufgrund der beachtlichen Tiefe bereits aus einiger Entfernung erkennbar ist.

STRUKTURENThe surface, and therefore the tactile experience of decors, has become just as important as the appearance today. With the innovative ST18 Waveline texture, we are presenting what is the deepest texture in the collection to date. The wavelike, horizontal texture creates a tactile fantasy structure for uni and metal decors. Painted Wood ST26 is a surface innovation on the basis of an opaque coated pine. The interplay of linear and lively sections gives the surface a natural appearance, which is recognisable even from some distance away thanks to its great depth.

Die Palette von Holzdekoren war nie so breit gefächert wie heute. Besonders die Eiche ist momentan von sehr hoher Bedeutung. Neben vielen „Used Look“ und „Vintage“ Optiken sind aber auch wieder elegante, aber dennoch sehr natürliche Hölzer, insbesondere für Bad oder Büro, ein Thema. Die Farbgebung des Dekors gewinnt gegenüber dem Holztyp selbst zunehmend an Bedeutung, um die beste Farbabstimmung mit Volltonfarben zu erzielen.

HOLZREPRODUKTIONENThe range of woodgrain decors has never been as expansive as it is today. Oak in particular is of very high importance right now. Next to many “Used Look” and “Vintage” appearances, elegant yet highly natural types of wood are popular again as well, especially for the bathroom or office. The colouring of the decor is increasingly gaining greater importance than the type of wood itself to create the best colour match with solid colours.

Bei Painted Wood liegt der Fokus auf Farbe. Weiße und helle Holztypen gewinnen mit ihrer modernen und erfrischenden Optik an Beliebtheit. Diese Dekorserie erinnert an einen typisch skandinavischen Stil und eignet sich für eine breite Palette von Kombinationen. Dieses Holz wirkt dank seiner kräftigen Plankung sehr lebhaft. Die markante Maserung in den angeschnittenen Blumen ist charakteristisch für dieses Dekor.

With Painted Wood the focus is on colour. White or light types of wood are once again gaining popularity with a modern and refreshing look. This decor series is reminiscent of a typically Scandinavian style, and is suitable for a wide variety of combinations. The wood appears very lively thanks to the pronounced planking. The striking grain in the sectioned florets is characteristic of this decor.

Pinie erfreut sich aktuell großer Beliebtheit. Das Wechselspiel von kleinen Ästen und angeschnittenen Blumen und die durch eine sehr feine Maserung gekennzeichnete Optik mit sägerauen Elementen verleihen der Aalborg Pinie das Aussehen von elegantem, natürlichem, echtem Holz.

Pine is enjoying great popularity. The interplay between small knots, sectioned florets and an appearance defined by a very fine grain with rough cut elements gives Aalborg Pine the look of elegant, natural, genuine wood.

Marasino Rüster Marasino Elm

Wenn wir von Authentizität sprechen, sind Hobelschläge und Äste nicht die einzigen Optionen. Große Blumen oder prägnant geplankte Holztypen, wie etwa Marasino Rüster, stehen ebenfalls für eine neue Natürlichkeit. Die intensiven, teilweise fast schwarzen Poren, die den südeuropäischen Geschmack ausmachen, sind ein auffallendes Merkmal dieses Dekors. Dieses Dekor eignet sich besonders gut für vertikale Anwendungen.

When we speak of authenticity, plane marks and knots are not the only options. Large florets or more distinctly planked types of wood such as Marasino Elm also stand for a new naturalness. The intensive, partly almost black pores, which represent southern European tastes in particular, are a striking feature of this decor. The decor is particularly well suited for vertical applications.

Die Montana Lärche zeigt einen sehr markanten, kontrastreichen Strukturverlauf. Unterstützt wird dies durch harte Planken und angeschnittene Blumen – Aspekte, die bei der Ausführung „Country“ besonders zum Tragen kommen. Bei der Ausführung „Style“ steht das Farbspiel von hell und dunkel in Verbindung mit der natürlichen Maserung von Nadelholz im Vordergrund.

Montana Larch exhibits a very striking, high-contrast structure. This appearance is complemented by hard planks and sectioned florets, aspects that are especially apparent in the “Country” version. With the “Style” version, the focus is on the interplay of light and dark in combination with the natural grain of coniferous wood.

Bei diesem Dekor steht der Effekt einer gebürsteten Oberfläche, die fast sandgestrahlt zu sein scheint, im Mittelpunkt. Insgesamt ist dieses Dekor dank der leichten Querverstrebungen und der Plankung jedoch viel eleganter in seiner Gestaltung als zahlreiche andere aktuelle Eichen-Dekore. ST10 Authentic ist aufgrund der natürlichen Holzmaserung die dazu passende Oberfläche.

With this decor, the effect of a brushed surface that almost appears sand-blasted takes centre stage. Overall however it is much more elegant in its design than many other current oak decors, thanks to the slight cross-bars and planking. ST10 Authentic is a suitable surface thanks to the natural woodgrain.

Bramberg Fichte Bramberg pine Natürlicher kann ein Holzdekor nicht reproduziert werden. Dieses Fichte- Dekor, das an ein gebrauchtes Material einer Almhütte erinnert, zeigt alles, was die Natur zu bieten hat: Natürliche Elemente, wie Äste und Risse, aber auch Farbverläufe, wie sie erst durch die Anwendung im Außenbereich bei Holz entstehen können.

You cannot get a more natural woodgrain decor reproduction. This spruce decor reminiscent of used material from an alpine cabin shows everything nature has to offer: natural elements such as knots and cracks, but also colour gradients that are only possible in wood used for outdoor applications.

Vulcano picks up the “Used Look” theme, which could represent both a stone and a woodgrain decor that appears coated, weathered or worn. This allows Vulcano to be used on the worktop or as a material alternative in front panels and carcass designs.

Paspardo erinnert an eine alte, verwitterte Baumrinde, die mit einer Patina überzogen wurde. Die Farbe dominiert die Gestaltung. Die graue Farbstellung hat viel Farbspiel und verkörpert einen natürlichen Used-Look.

Paspardo is reminiscent of old, weathered tree bark covered by a patina. Colour dominates the design. The grey colour variation exhibits an extensive interplay of colours and embodies a natural used look.

The interplay of modern and natural elements defines the new 2012/2013 Industry Collection.

We have been inspired by the trends in the furniture industry, not only in Europe, but around the world. The result is a design programme which is suitable for a broader range of applications than ever before. The new Industry Collection presents a variety of application examples that represent our decors and surfaces. We have also expanded it with the offering of digital printing decors. Individual, unique design for furniture and interiors.With our digital printing solutions, we are now offering twelve standard versions from inventory or we realise your individual design ideas in the 2,800 × 1,310 mm (110.24" × 51.57") format as laminate or the 5,610 mm × 2,070 mm (220.87"× 81.50") as melamine faced EURODEKOR® boards. NEW – ProAcoustic A2 laminate bonded boardOn the basis of our A1 coreboard, we OFFER NON-COMBUSTIBLE, DECORATIVE FINISHING BOARDS IN AN A2 VERSION for interior applications. The A2 laminate composite boards are also available in the form of perforated or slotted A2 acoustic products. The acoustic products meet the special requirements in regards to their reaction to fire, and can be supplied with select perforations and slotting patterns.

ProAcoustic Finest features a finest perforation of 1.8/1.8/0.5 mm (0.07/0.07/0.02") and the standard ProAcoustic Classic board has a microperforation of 3.0/3.0/1.0 mm (0.12/0.12/0.04"). Next to applications as furniture components, these products are also used as wall panelling and partition walls. Realising sound-absorbing ceilings and ceiling systems as well as subsequent installations does not pose a problem either.

Für die perfekte Kombination mit Oberflächen und FarbenDas Design der Kanten hat für die Optik von Möbeln an Bedeutung gewonnen. Kanten müssen perfekt auf das Oberflächendekor abgestimmt sein. Auch Farbe, Glanzgrad, Strukturbreite und -tiefe müssen dazu passen. EGGER bietet zusammen mit ROMA Plastik perfekt abgestimmte Kanten-Dekore für alle dekorativ beschichteten Holzwerkstoffe. Sämtliche Kanten sind hinsichtlich Farbe, Körnung, Oberfläche und Glanzgrad optimal eingestellt. Die verfügbaren Dicken reichen von 0,40 bis 3,00 mm. Die Breiten variieren zwischen 12 und 100 mm.

Perfect harmony with the surfaces and colours of boardsThe edging design has gained an higher importance for the appearance of furnitures. Edges have to be perfectly matched to the surface decor. Also the colour, gloss level, texture width and -depth has to be exactly adapted to the board decor. EGGER off ers togehter with ROMA Plastik perfectly matched edgings for all decorative products of the wood-based panels industry. All edges are optimally adapted in terms of colour, grains, surface and gloss level. The available thicknesses are ranging form 0.40 to 3.00 mm and the widths vary from 12 to 100 mm.

Von standardmäßigen Kristall-Finishes bis hin zu tiefen Eschenporen, von tiefen Strukturen bis zu Granitaufdrucken und Textileffekten – ROMA bietet eine umfassende Palette an Prägungen mit mehr als 25 Alternativen. ROMA verwendet außerdem verschiedene Glanzgrade – von Supermatt bis Hochglanz – in Einklang mit der Prägung. Der Supermatte Glanz auf einem Holzdesign wirkt wie echtes Furnier und liegt bei lebendig aussehenden Möbeln mit Volltonfarben im Trend. Hochglanz wird in der Regel mit einer Schutzfolie geliefert, um ein Verkratzen beim Abkanten beziehungsweise bei der Herstellung des Möbelstücks zu verhindern. Werden die Ausführungen „matt“ und „glanz“ miteinander kombiniert, entsteht eine natürliche, für das Auge ansprechende Optik, aber auch ein natürliches Gefühl bei der Haptik.

From standard crystal finishes to deep ashpores, from deep textures to granite imprints and textile effects, ROMA offers a comprehensive range of embossings with over twenty-five alternatives. ROMA also applies various gloss levels ranging from super-matt to high-gloss in line with the embossing. The “super-matt” gloss on a wood design would gives the impression of real veneer and is trendy on livelylooking furnitures with solid colors. The high-gloss is usually supplied with a protective foil in order to avoid any scratching during edging or actual production of furniture. When matt and gloss are combined together they not only create a natural look appealing to the eye but also a natural feeling to the touch.

Die Flexibilität bleibt dank eines speziellen Herstellungsverfahrens dennoch erhalten. ROMA ALU Kanten können mit einer Grundfarbe produ-ziert werden, die perfekt auf das Oberflächendekor abgestimmt ist. Diese Harmonie zwischen Dekorplatte und Kante führt zu einer dezent sichtbaren, metallischen Linienführung im Kantenbereich bei gleichzeitig sichtbarer Aluminiumfront.

ROMA ALU Edgings give the furniture a modern appearance and are an attractive accent to living rooms, kitchens and offices. ROMA ALU consists of a 0.1 mm real aluminum, but is still flexible and is laminated with a special technique on an ABS or PVC base material. ROMA ALU edging can also be produced with a base colour that perfectly matches the surface decor; this harmony with the boards results in an almost invisible metallic line on the side, yet a full aluminum view from the front.

Bei der PMMA-Kante handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges und beständiges thermoplastisches Material, das wie Glas aussieht und sich bei Weitem am besten für transparente Anwendungen eignet. ROMA GLASS kombiniert die Transparenz des Materials mit der Qualität von erstklassigen Dekoren und erzielt dabei eine schlichte Eleganz. Die zweifarbigen ROMA DOPPIA-Kanten schaffen die Illusion von „echtem Glas“ an den Seiten der Möbelstücke mit Hochglanzfolien beziehungsweise bunten Acrylfarben. ROMA DOPPIA ist standardmäßig als Hochglanz-Ausführung erhältlich. Eine matte Ausführung kann für einen perfekten Farbübergang bei Dekor- oder Schichtstoffplatten jedoch auch hergestellt werden. Bei ACRIMARC handelt es sich um die jüngste, im Jahr 2011 vorgestellte Akzentkanten-Kollektion, die in der Mitte der Kante eine Erhöhung aufweist. Mit Hilfe dieser Erhöhung erzielt ROMA einen glänzenden metallischen Effekt für elegante Designs. Die Kanten sind in vielen lebendigen Unifarben sowie als Holzdesigns mit Hochglanz-Decklack verfügbar. Sämtliche Kanten können auf eine beliebige Glanzstufe poliert werden und verleihen dem Möbelstück eine beeindruckende Optik und einen Glaseffekt, unterstützt von dekorativen Finishes.

The PMMA Edging is a high-quality and long-lasting thermoplastic material that looks like glass and is by far the most suitable product for transparent applications. ROMA GLASS combines the transparency of the material with the quality of premium decors and emphasises the simple elegance achievable with an edgeband. The two-colour ROMA DOPPIA edgebands create the illusion of “real-glass” on the sides of furniture units with high-gloss foils or coloured acrylics. ROMA DOPPIA is available as high-gloss as standard but a matt finish can also be produced for a perfect colour transition for decorative boards or laminated boards. 

ACRIMARC is the recent accent edging collection, presented in 2011, which shows a marc in the center of the edge. With the means of this marc ROMA achieves a brilliant metallic effect for elegant designs. These edges are available in a wide range of vivid unicolours as well as wood designs with a high-gloss topcoat. All edgings can be polished to any gloss level requested and give the furniture an impressive appearance and glass effect supported with decorative finishes.
