    The Dalmore’s heritage dates back to 1263. It was in this year that Colin of Kintail, Chief of the Clan Mackenzie, saved King Alexander III from the fury of a charging stag.     Bourbon whiskey is a type of American whiskey, a barrel-aged distilled spirit made primarily from corn. The use of the term “bourbon” for the whiskey has been traced to the 1820’s and the term began to be used consistently in Kentucky in the 1870’s. It is strongly associated with the American South

    and with Kentucky in particular. To be legally sold as a bourbon, the whiskey mash bill requires a minimum of 51% corn, with the remainder being rye,

    wheat, malted barley, singly or in any combination. The history of bourbon goes back prior to prohibition, however it is a spirit that will forever age

    and grow over time. Bourbon’s general flavor profile can be characterized as having big vanilla, oak, and caramel notes. It is perfect to enjoy straight

    up or on the rocks.

    Perdomo 20th Anniversary Sun-Grown

    The Perdomo 20th Anniversary cigars are rolled with the finest tobaccos grown exclusively at

    Perdomo’s farms in Esteli, Condega, and Jalapa Valley, Nicaragua to exemplify how a true Puro

    should taste. The cigars are then aged for a minimum of 6 years and then fermented an

    additional 14 months in bourbon barrels to add richness and help bring out the natural flavors

    of the tobacco.20
