The landscaping aims to emphasize connection between all parts of the development and the sea. For this purpose:

1.A structure of pergolas separates different areas according to function and level of privacy and emphasizes the route to the sea.

2.Large swimming pools allocated at the center of the site looking like the soft shape of the seashore.

3.Gentle topography reconstructs the sand dunes and the picture is enriched by scattered pergolas similar to those on the beach. An axis of water to the west creates an aqueduct along the path where pedestrians can walk in the shade of the pergolas. The vegetation emphasizes the division of areas: an orchard of tropical trees in the area of the towers opposite groups of palm trees in the area of the swimming pool.
