Spring 2017 Snapshot• Celebrating our 10th Spring
Semester at the Canyon Country Campus.
• Marking the milestone of more than 56,000 students who have earned course credit on campus since 2007.
• Offering 260 spring sections with approx. 9,000 seats available in 39 different disciplines.
• Beginning facilities planning committees for additional CCC projects

• 109 teach exclusively at CCC this semester (65%)
• Approximately 16% of all on-ground District faculty are only at CCC this spring.
• It is expected that 10,000+ unduplicated students will attend CCC this year – for the fourth straight year.
• An average of 1,800 to 2,200 students attend CCC exclusively each semester. Currently, 12% of on-ground students are CCC-only this semester.
• Maintaining and enhancing a comprehensive campus

Enrollment Growth• COC enrollment has increased to more than 20,000 in the past decade, and is projected to grow.
• Sections offered at CCC contribute to this growth and play an important part in serving the educational need of our valley.
• Projects and improvements identified in the Educational & Facilities Master Plan will help address this expected demand, while also transforming the Canyon Country Campus through the addition of new permanent facilities.

Instruction• The Canyon Country Campus has traditionally offered a large
selection of alternative delivery, late-start, and short-term courses designed to meet the needs of working adults.
• Fall 2016 semester:• 120 of the 293 class sections offered were in evening, short-
term, hybrid, or weekend formats. • Spring 2017
• 125 of the 263 sections are in these formats (48%)
• The campus regularly promotes these sections through social media ads, banner ads, student emails, and sorted section lists, including the “perfect schedules” information available at: http://www.canyons.edu/Offices/CCC/Pages/CCC-Schedules.aspx.
• 3 New Associate Degrees for Transfer are planned for Fall 2017!• Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration
