    - 70 - 100ml/kg trong 12 gi. Bat au bang 5ml/kg moi 30 phut trong 2 gi au tien (uong hoac NS) . Sau o 5-10ml/kg/gi. - Ngng ResoMal neu:

    + Mach, HH tang + TM co noi + Phu tang.

    - Ket thuc bu nc neu tre khong con khat, co nc tieu hoac khong dau mat nc. - Cho an: tiep tuc bu me. Bat au F75 cang sm cang tot (uong/NS), thng trong vong 2-3 gi sau bu nc. Cho F75 xen ke ReSoMal.

    - 80-100 kcal/kg/ngay. Chu y khong c qua 100 kcal/kg/ngay. - 120-130ml/kg/ngay - Cho 6-12 c / ngay - Rut ong khi tre an c 3/4 yeu cau hoac an c het 2 c lien tiep. - Chng bung khi at ong: uong 2ml Magne sulfate loai IM - Neu tre them an va thay oi (tc la a ket thuc pha khi au) dung F100.

    Thay F75 bang F100 vi so lng tng t trong 2 ngay trc khi tang so lng moi c.

    Hoac dung cong thc che bien thc an, tham khao phu ban Cac che o an thc hien tai BVN I (che o bot, sa). V du: Cach nuoi an benh nhan bang cong thc 1Kcal/1ml

    Th phat: Khong tang >5g/kg/d trong 3 ngay lien tiep

    Pha phuc hoi.

    Tieu chuan chuyen sang giai oan phuc hoi dinh dng: An tot Chi Khong sot Khong oi, tieu chay. Khong phu Tang can >5g/kg/d trong 3 ngay lien tiep 3. ieu tr phuc hoi: a) Tre < 24 thang: F100 nen cho moi 4 gi (ngay va em). Tang so lng moi c 10ml (V du:

    neu c au la 60ml, c th 2 se la 70ml, th 3 la 80ml,... ) cho en khi tre khong the uong het c.

    Khi tre khong uong het c , c sau nen cho bang c trc. Neu c nay tre uong het th tang them 10ml cho c sau.

    Nhu cau nang lng: 150-220kcal/kg. Neu tre an < 130kcal/kg se co nguy c khong ap ng ieu tr.

  • Tiep tuc F100 cho en khi tre at c 90% CN/CC chuan theo bang chuan cua NCHS/WHO. Luc nay tre se bt them an va thng se an khong het phan neu cho cho tre an nhieu hn hien tai. Tre a san sang e xuat vien.

    (Lu y: Khong bao gi cho trong giai oan khi au). IV. THEO DOI VA TAI KHAM: Kch thch tinh than tre bang cach noi chuyen, goi ten, chi o chi

    vi tre. Tranh nhiem trung da va viem phoi trong thi gian nam vien. Can benh nhan moi ngay. Neu benh nhan khong len can phai kiem tra lai

    so lng thc an, chat lng thc an, o nhiem trung sau, trieu chng bat dung nap thc an

    Benh nhan xuat vien khi het phu, an ngon mieng va me biet cach lam thc an cho tre theo s hng dan cua chuyen khoa.

    Tai kham 1 tuan au sau xuat vien va moi thang 1 lan sau o cho en khi can nang - chieu cao > 80%.
