    1 Phm vi p dng

    Tiu chun quy nh phng php sng xc nh thnh phn ht ct liu ca b tng nha (BTN) thu

    c sau khi tch nha.

    2 Nguyn tc

    Ct liu b tng nha sau khi chit nha c sy kh, cn xc nh khi lng v phn chia thnh cc c

    ht bng cch sng qua b sng gm nhiu sng c kch c mt sng gim dn.

    3 Thit b, dng c

    3.1 S dng b sng mt vung ASTM vi cc c sng theo Bng 1.

    CH THCH: C th s dng thm cc sng trung gian c kch thc khc tu theo yu cu ring ca tng loi BTN.

    3.2 T sy c b phn iu chnh nhit m bo nhit sy n nh nhit 110 oC 5 oC .

    4 Chun b mu

    4.1 Mu c sy n khi lng khng i nhit 110 oC 5 oC v ngui n nhit trong phng

    th nghim.

    4.2 Khi lng mu ti thiu yu cu ph thuc vo c ht ln nht danh nh ca BTN, c qui nh trong

    5 Cch tin hnh

    5.1 Xp chng b sng c th t kch thc mt sng t nh n ln trn y sng. Kch thc mt sng

    trn cng ln hn c ht ln nht danh nh Dmax ca loi BTN th nghim.

    5.2 dn ct liu vo sng trn cng v tin hnh sng. C th dng my sng hoc lc bng tay. Khi

    dng my sng th thi gian sng theo quy nh ca tng loi my. Khi sng bng tay th thi im dng sng

    l khi sng trong 1 min m lng lt qua mi sng khng vt qu 1 % khi lng vt liu trn sng .

    5.3 Lng ct liu trn tng sng khi kt thc qu trnh sng khng ln ln 7 kg/m2 tnh trn din tch mt

    li sng i vi sng c mt nh hn 4,75 mm. i vi sng c c mt li t 4,75 mm tr ln, khi lng

    ct liu trn sng tnh bng kilgam khng ln hn 2,5 ln tch s gia c mt sng tnh bng milimt v din

    tch li sng tnh bng mt vung. Khi lng vt liu ti a trn sng i vi mt s khun sng li mt

    vung thng dng c quy nh ti Bng 3.

    CH THCH: C th khng ch hin tng qu ti trn cc sng cc b bng cc bin php sau:

    - B sung sng c c trung gian gia sng c kh nng qu ti v sng c c ln hn k tip;

    - S dng b sng kch c ln hn hoc chia mu thnh cc phn nh, sng cc phn ring r, gp khi lng st trn sng

    cng c cc ln sng khc nhau trc khi tnh t l lng st trn sng.

    5.4 Cn lng st trn tng sng v lng lt sng 0,075 mm nm trn khay y. Tng khi lng mu sau

    khi sng khng c sai khc qu 0,3 % so vi khi lng mu ban u.

    6 Biu th kt qu

    6.1 Lng st ring trn tng sng kch thc mt sng i (ai ), tnh bng phn trm khi lng, chnh xc

    n 0,1 %, theo cng thc:

    mi l khi lng phn cn li trn sng c kch thc mt sng i, tnh bng gam (g);

    m l tng khi lng mu th, tnh bng gam (g).

    6.2 Lng st tch lu trn sng kch thc mt sng i, l tng lng st ring trn cc sng c kch thc

    mt sng ln hn n v lng st ring bn thn n. Lng st tch lu (Ai ), tnh bng phn trm khi lng,

    chnh xc ti 0,1 %, theo cng thc:

    Ai = ai +ai+1...an-1+an (2)

    trong :

    ai l lng st ring trn sng c kch thc mt sng i, tnh bng phn trm khi lng (%);

    an l lng st ring trn sng c kch thc mt sng ln nht n, tnh bng phn trm khi

    lng (%).

    7 Bo co th nghim

    Bo co th nghim cn c cc thng tin sau:

    - Ngun gc mu;

    - Loi BTN;

    - Khi lng mu;

    - Lng st trn tng sng, tnh bng gam;

    - Lng st trn tng sng, tnh theo phn trm khi lng;

    - Lng st tch lu trn tng sng, tnh theo phn trm khi lng;

    - Ngi th nghim v c s th nghim;

    - Vin dn tiu chun ny.
