About JPCJAM Petrochemical Company (JPC) (private joint stock) was incorporated in 2000 along the lines of large scale programs of the country to exploit South Pars Gas Field. This huge industrial complex was constructed on the land of about 77 hectares in the South Pars Economic Zone situated in Asaluyeh, Bushehr. South Pars Gas Field, one of the biggest gas resources of the world, is located on the border shared with Iran and Qatar in the Persian Gulf, being 105 km to the south west of Asaluyeh Port. This Gas Field is extended over an area of 9,700 km2, of which 3,600 km2 is situated within Iranian waters. With approximately 14 trillion m3 gas, South Pars Gas Field accounts for 50 percent of the state’s gas reservoirs.
JAM Petrochemical CompanyTechnical Catalogue 7
After almost a decade of commissioning, this Gas Field with its olefin, linear low and high density polyethylene, butadiene and butene-1 continues to be one of the largest producers of olefin in the world and of polymer products in Iran. As the most distinguished productive complex in the South Pars Economic Zone, JPC produces and supplies various grades of petrochemical products in domestic and foreign markets. Constantly taking steps toward development, JPC is regarded as one of the most important petrochemical industrial complexes in the realm of economy. JPC production strategy, ceaseless improvement of value chain processes, customer orientation through the provision of high quality products and services as per international standards, and highly competent and committed personnel have been provided, and provides, this enterprise with endless and strong support for the achievement of its objectives and further allows it to continue to mount to the higher status in the world.

Vision
Mission
Values
Objectives
To turn into the biggest producerof olefin and its value chain in Iran up to 2021.
As a producer of olefin and its value chain, JPC relies on its capabilities and merits to create value for all beneficiaries for the ultimate purpose of improving human being quality of life globally.
• Being ambitious and seeking excellence;• Honoring human dignity;• Being knowledge oriented; and• Being accountable and responsible against beneficiaries.
1. Developing and completing the value chain of the production of olefin’s basic materials;
2. Enhancing flexibility and creating diversity in production of products tailored to the market needs;
3. Developing leadership relations and partnership with other enterprises to create higher value for JPC;
4. Constantly enhancing structures, systems, processes and managerial procedures so as to promote JPC’s productivity;
5. Designing and operationalizing integrated information management and knowledge management systems;
6. Utilizing the latest scientific and technological advances achieved all around the world for organizational training and excellence;
7. Ceaselessly creating value for clients and strengthening competitive advantages at the international level;
8. Institutionalizing and constantly improving our relationship with clients and other beneficiaries;
9. Continuously reinforcing moral values and attending to social responsibilities; and
10. Attracting, preserving, developing and employing human resources in a way consistent with JPC’s strategic requirements.
JPC in theGlobal MarketsJPC is among one of the largest exporters of Iranian polymer products. JPC continues to be ranked first for the export of high density polyethylene products. Eighty percent of JPC products are exported to more than 20 commercial destinations all around the world. One important market targeted by JPC is that of Chinese; however, JPC reduced its Chinese market share as part of its policies in order to abate commercial risks thereof. At the moment, China, Turkey, CIS, the Far East, European ports and neighboring countries serve as the entryway of JPC products to international markets. Africa and South America are another potential markets which are expected to allocated themselves a considerable part of JPC export. JPC endeavors to enhance its share of target markets and at the same time places great emphasis on potential markets.

Shear-Viscosity @ 190 °C
- On compression moulded according to ASTM D1928CProcessing ConditionsRecommended barrel tempratures range between 190 °C and 280 °C.
The above values wereCalculated from data for 100 µm producedon a 75mm Barrnageextruder with 190°C melt tem-perature using a 2:1 blow ratio and a gap die of 3.0 mm.
Handling and Health SafetyMolten polymers could be injured skin or eye so safety glass-
es and appropriate gloves are suggested to prevent possible
thermal injuries. Also appropriate ventilation is suggested in
working by melt polymer.
Accumulation of fines or dust particles that are in this grade
is not suitable because of explosion hazard probability. So
adequated filters and grounding exists at all time are rec-
ommended.
Storage Polyethylene products (in pelletised or powder form) should not be stored in direct sunshine and/or heat radiation. Ul-traviolet cause a change in the material properties.The Stor-age area should be dry and preferably don't exceed 50 °C. Under cool, dry, dark conditions Jam Polymers polyolefin resins are expected to maintain the original material and processing properties for at least 18 month. JPC would not ressponsible about quality diminishing such as color change, bad smell or ets which caused by bad storage conditions. It is better to process PE resin within 6 months after delivery.
packagingJam Polymers Polyolefin resins are supplied in Pellet form packed in 25kg bags. Alternative packaging modes are aval-able for selected grades.

CC52502 is a Narrow MWD HDPE specially designed for mineral water bottles and beverage caps. This grade has excellent organoleptic properties which prevent unpleasant odor and taste from cap or closure to transfer to water. It has good gas permeability characteristics, superior processability and excellent mechanical strength. HDPE CC52502SU does contain slip agent and stabilized against UV light.
- On compression molded according to ASTM D1928C Processing Conditions Recommended barrel tempratures range is between 160 °C and 190 °C

Storage and HandlingPolyethylene products (in pelletized or powder form) should not be stored in direct sunshine and/or heat radiation. The Storage area
should be dry and preferably don’t exceed 50 °C. JPC would not responsible about quality diminishing such as color change, bad smell
or est. which caused by bad storage conditions. It is better to process PE resin within 6 months after delivery.
The technical information sug-gested uses and application pre-sented are belived to be accurated and reliable, however JPC makes no warranties either express or implied concerning the information herein or the use of our materials.
